    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB), estableix a l'article 15 la competència per ordenar la inserció d'edictes al BOIB i, al punt 4, especifica que les institucions o ens públics no esmentats als tres primers punts han d'acreditar els òrgans i les persones que, d'acord amb la seva normativa específica, estan facultats per ordenar o sol·licitar la inserció de textos al BOIB. Si no hi ha acreditació específica, cal entendre que correspon a qui exerceixi la representació de l'òrgan, l'ens o la institució de què emana el text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, d'acord amb l'article 27 dels estatuts de la Fundació, la Direcció Gerència de la Fundació té la competència per desenvolupar la política de personal aprovada pel Patronat i, amb aquesta finalitat, seleccionar el personal, subscriure o rescindir els contractes, executar els acords del Patronat en matèria de retribucions, acordar les sancions, exercir la direcció superior del personal al servei de la Fundació i mantenir les relacions amb els òrgans de representació del personal, a més de totes aquelles actuacions que en aquesta matèria li siguin encomanades, sens perjudici de les funcions que corresponen a la presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Fundació té encomanades, entre d'altres, les funcions de gestionar mitjans i recursos al servei d'execució de programes de recerca clínica, bàsica i aplicada, el desenvolupament tecnològic i la innovació al camp de la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder dur a terme aquestes funcions, la Fundació necessita convocar una plaça de data manager, del grup professional A, per al projecte «GEM21menos65: estudio de fase III para pacientes con NDMM que son candidatos para ASCT que compara VRD extendida más intervención de rescate temprano vs Isatuximab-VRD vs Isatuximab-V-Iberdomide-D» (ECSL/HEMATO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 23.2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix els criteris que han de seguir els ens públics de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma en la contractació de personal laboral, i preveu que «la selecció del personal s'ajustarà als sistemes i als procediments que s'estableixen a la Llei de la Funció Pública de les Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els articles 17 i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposen que s'han d'aplicar els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat a les contractacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat segon B de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007, de modificació de l'àmbit d'aplicació i de determinació de l'abast de control del punt 5 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 1995, preveu la comptabilitat i la rendició de comptes de les empreses públiques de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, pel que fa a la selecció del personal dels ens públics de la comunitat autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, i en l'exercici de les competències que m'atribueix l'article 28.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;dels estatuts fundacionals vigents,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés per a la selecció d'una plaça de gestor de dades (data manager), del grup professional A, per al projecte « GEM21menos65: estudio de fase III para pacientes con NDMM que son candidatos para ASCT que compara VRD extendida más intervención de rescate temprano vs Isatuximab-VRD vs Isatuximab-V-Iberdomide-D» (ECSL/HEMATO) amb els requisits, les característiques i els criteris de selecció següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. Requisits de participació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió de la titulació de grau més màster en l'àmbit de la bioquímica, biologia i/o biomedicina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar com a mínim el nivell B2 de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del certificat de bones pràctiques clíniques (GCP ICH E6 R2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del certificat de capacitació de transport de mostres IATA o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tindre complits setze anys i no excedir, si s'escau, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o una altra nacionalitat en els casos en què l'article 57 del Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (TREBEP) permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És necessari tenir nacionalitat espanyola, d'altres estats membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells estats als quals, en virtut de tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació de treballadors. cònjuge, els descendents i descendents del cònjuge, tant d'espanyols i espanyoles com de nacionals dels altres estats membre de la Unió Europea, independentment de la seva nacionalitat, sempre que els cònjuges no estiguin separats de dret i els descendents siguin menors de 21 anys o més grans, però visquin a càrrec dels seus progenitors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones estrangeres a què es refereixen els apartats anteriors, així com aquelles amb residència legal a Espanya, poden accedir a les administracions públiques com a personal laboral, en igualtat de condicions que espanyols i espanyoles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'exercici de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones amb una discapacitat reconeguda seran admeses en la realització de les proves lliures sense necessitat d'acreditar les seves condicions psíquiques, físiques i sensorials abans que comencin, sense perjudici que, superat el procés selectiu, en presentar la documentació per ser nomenades o contractades, hagin d'acreditar, com la resta de persones aspirants, la seva capacitat per desenvolupar les funcions i tasques dels llocs de treball que es convoquen i per prestar el servei públic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en cas que s'accedeixi per la quota de reserva de persones amb discapacitat, cal tenir legalment reconeguda una discapacitat de grau igual o superior al 33% i acreditar-la. Aquest cas només es preveu al concurs oposició d'estabilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Això no obstant, i d'acord amb el Decret 66/1999, de 9 de març, sobre l'accés a la funció pública de les persones amb discapacitat i dels equips de valoració multiprofessional , les persones que es presentin a un procés selectiu, sigui lliure o per torn reservat, i sol·licitin alguna adaptació per fer les proves, així ho han de fer constar expressament a la sol·licitud de participació i especificar-ne de quin tipus (temps o mitjans materials). En aquest cas, també s'ha d'aportar la certificació pertinent en què consti el tipus i el grau de disminució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquests efectes, els òrgans tècnics de selecció han de decidir sobre les peticions d'adaptacions que s'efectuïn. Amb aquesta finalitat poden requerir un informe sobre la sol·licitud d'adaptació als equips de valoració multiprofessional .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver patit un acomiadament mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap entitat del sector públic, d'òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no estar en inhabilitació o en situació equivalent ni haver rebut sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emplenar el formulari d'inscripció (annex 2) i el formulari d'autoavaluació (annex 3) de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar la descripció del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;currículum vitae &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(CV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoren els CV de les persones que no compleixin els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donar suport metodològic i estadístic al Servei d'Hematologia i Hemoteràpia, principalment en la redacció de projectes de recerca i publicació de resultats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistir a l'investigador principal per a la inclusió de pacients en els diferents assaigs clínics (cribratge o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;screening&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, aleatorització, petició de proves, cites amb altres serveis col·laboradors, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recollir i introduir dades als quaderns de recollida de dades (en paper o electrònic).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Preparar les visites de monitorització (demanar històries clíniques, introduir les dades dels documents font als quaderns de recollida de dades) i atendre el monitor durant les visites de monitorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assegurar el compliment del protocol, de les normes de bona pràctica clínica i de la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestionar assaigs clínics: protocols, resoldre discrepàncies, informar dels efectes adversos en els períodes establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transmetre imatges anonimitzades relacionades amb proves diagnòstiques d'assajos clínics a través de plataformes interactives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestionar i mantenir la documentació present a l'arxiu de l'investigador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar la documentació dels assaigs clínics/estudis als organismes competents (AEMPS, CEIm).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistir a sessions/cursos de formació d'àmbit local, nacional o internacional organitzats per grups cooperatius o per Farmaindustria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es poden presentar al registre físic de la Fundació Institut de Recerca Sanitària Illes Balears o mitjançant el correu electrònic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[1]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Unitat de Recursos Humans: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;idisba.convocatorias@ssib.es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop vençut el termini per presentar les sol·licituds i la documentació requerida per participar en el procediment de selecció, la Direcció Gerència de l'IdISBa dictarà una resolució per declarar aprovada la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, i n'indicarà les causes d'exclusió. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al web de l'IdISBa (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.idisba.es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptant a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució, per esmenar el defecte que en motivés l'exclusió o omissió, així com per adjuntar, en cas pertinent, la documentació que sigui preceptiva. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador pot declarar, previ informe motivat, la convocatòria deserta a causa de la manca d'adequació de candidats i candidates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador d'aquest procés selectiu, d'acord amb l'article 14 de la Constitució espanyola, ha de vetllar pel compliment estricte del principi d'igualtat d'oportunitats entre ambdós sexes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment d'actuació del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar en tot moment al que disposa la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment comú, així com a la resta de disposicions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon al tribunal considerar, verificar i apreciar les incidències que puguin sorgir en el desenvolupament d'aquest procés de selecció, i adoptar sobre això les decisions motivades que estimi pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VII. Resolució de la convocatòria i publicació de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el procés selectiu, el tribunal qualificador elaborarà una resolució definitiva de totes les persones aspirants, ordenada segons la puntuació total obtinguda, de major a menor, que implicarà la constitució d'una borsa de treball per als dos anys següents al mateix lloc ofert des de la publicació de l'oferta, amb priorització del mateix ordre de puntuació. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al web de la Fundació (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.idisba.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La contractació i la constitució de la borsa de treball es fan d'acord amb l'ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits i mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de còpia o còpia compulsada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'han d'acreditar amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La persona candidata ha d'aportar a l'entrevista els documents originals per poder confrontar-los en cas de no haver-los aportat ja confrontats prèviament juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
