    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en data 28 de novembre de 2024, ha adoptat la següent Resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la proposta d'aprovació de l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador de dia 7 de novembre de 2024 de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del subgrup C1, categories /especialitats de capatàs-assa d'obres L, Encarregat-ada d'equip taller mecànic&amp;nbsp;del Consell de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori, del nomenament com a laboral fix&amp;nbsp;i de l'adjudicació de lloc de feina el contingut de la qual és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Els membres del Tribunal qualificador, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una vegada que l'EMAP ha comprovat el compliment dels requisits de les persones aspirants per a ser nomenades personal laboral fix i per haver superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional establert a les bases específiques de la convocatòria de data&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 29 de novembre de 2022 (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB núm. 157)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació de la llista definitiva un cop resolts els desempats, i comprovats els requisits específics per a l'adscripció al lloc de feina, han adoptat els següents acords per elevar al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció&amp;nbsp;Publica i per tant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROPOSA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. APROVAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la llista definitiva de la persona aspirant que ha superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix , categories /especialitats de capatàs-assa d'obres L, Encarregat-ada d'equip taller mecànic,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;del subgrup C1 del Consell de Mallorca i de l'Agència de Defensa del Territori (ADT), d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 52.3 de la Llei 3/2007, en concordança amb l'article 61.8 del TREBEP, aquesta llista conté, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. NOMENAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;personal laboral fix , categories /especialitats de capatàs-assa d'obres L, Encarregat-ada d'equip taller mecànic, del subgrup C1 del Consell de Mallorca i l'ADT, a la persona aspirant que ha superat el procediment selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la convocatòria d'aquesta plaça, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. ADJUDICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el lloc de treball corresponent, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document, a la persona aspirant que ha superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la, categories /especialitats de capatàs-assa d'obres L, Encarregat-ada d'equip taller mecànic, d'acord amb el resultat del&amp;nbsp;tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INFORMAR del següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. ADJUDICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el lloc de treball corresponent, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la, categories /especialitats de capatàs-assa d'obres L, Encarregat-ada d'equip taller mecànic, d'acord amb el resultat del&amp;nbsp;tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ORDENAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la publicació de la present Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones nomenades disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptat a partir del dia següent a la publicació, per al jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'adscripció al lloc de treball del personal relacionat es durà a terme amb resolucions individualitzades del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública una vegada fiscalitzada de conformitat per la Intervenció General aquesta proposta de Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, que esgota la via administrativa, podeu formalitzar demanda davant el Jutjat social de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i esgotada la via administrativa i podeu formalitzar demanda davant el Jutjat social de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
