&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. El 9 de maig de 2024, es va publicar la Resolució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2024 (BOIB núm. 61, de 9 de maig de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria és contribuir a la projecció exterior i donar suport econòmic a la mobilitat de les entitats sense ànim de lucre de les Illes Balears que duguin a terme activitats i projectes que donin a conèixer, fomentin, difonguin i promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, que es concreten, en particular, en els àmbits que exposa l&amp;apos;article 3 de la Llei 18/2019, de 8 d&amp;apos;abril, de salvaguarda del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears, durant el període comprès entre els dies 1 de novembre de 2023 i 15 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024, per fomentar l&amp;apos;intercanvi i la relació entre Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera, i entre les Illes Balears i la resta del territori de l&amp;apos;Estat espanyol i l&amp;apos;exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. D&amp;apos;acord amb el punt cinc de la Resolució de la convocatòria, l&amp;apos;import econòmic assignat a aquesta convocatòria era de 60 000 euros, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 12401.455A01.48000.00 del pressupost de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2024. L&amp;apos;apartat dos d&amp;apos;aquest punt cinc preveia la possibilitat d&amp;apos;augmentar l&amp;apos;import d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, sempre que les disponibilitats pressupostàries ho permetessin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Amb la Resolució del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;sobre la concessió i denegació de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;els projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;que es va publicar dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de setembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 128)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, el crèdit pressupostari pràcticament es va exhaurir atès que es va dictar per un import global de 58 822,85€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Per aquest motiu,&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;l 10 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024, es va publicar la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Resolució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; per la qual s&amp;apos;amplia el crèdit destinat a la convocatòria de subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;amb la finalitat d&amp;apos;ampliar la dotació &lt;/span&gt;pressupostària prevista en 40 000 euros amb càrrec de la partida pressupostària 12401.455A01.48000.00&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;resultant un import econòmic total destinat a aquesta convocatòria, de 100 000 euros (BOIB núm. 133).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. El 7 de novembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(BOIB núm. 146) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;es va publicar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;la segona r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;esolució &lt;/span&gt;del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la segona concessió de subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i s&amp;apos;autoritza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i disposa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;la despesa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;per un import global de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;23.027,93 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;7. El 7 de novembre 2024, es &lt;/span&gt;va publicar en la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Cultura la Proposta de resolució de la directora general de Cultura &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de 7 de novembre de 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;sobre la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;tercera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;concessió &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i denegació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;els projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4 &lt;/span&gt;en la qual es concedien deu dies comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se publicat per presentar al·legacions, acceptacions i renúncies. El termini començav&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;a el 8 de novembre i acabava el 21 de novembre, a&lt;/span&gt;mbdós inclosos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. No s&amp;apos;han presentat al·legacions a la proposta de resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. Els criteris d&amp;apos;ordre de prelació per concedir les subvencions estan establerts en el punt 10 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10. Les entitats que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex 1 i l&amp;apos;annex 2 d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució varen presentar a la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports una sol·licitud de subvenció per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;11. El personal tècnic de la Direcció General de Cultura va examinar les sol·licituds presentades i, en relació amb les que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex 1 d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució, està conforme en els punts següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Les entitats sol·licitants, per la seva naturalesa, poden ser beneficiàries de les subvencions objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Les entitats sol·licitants han presentat les sol·licituds dins el termini i en la forma escaient, i han adjuntat la documentació exigida per la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- S&amp;apos;ha comprovat pel personal tècnic de la Direcció General de Cultura que les entitats sol·licitants estan al corrent de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social i de les obligacions tributàries amb l&amp;apos;Administració de l&amp;apos;Estat i l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;12.Les subvencions es distribueixen en les quanties especificades en l&amp;apos;annex 1 d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució, per beneficiari, i hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient en la partida 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports dels pressuposts generals de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;13.Respecte als expedients que figuren a l&amp;apos;annex 2 es denega la subvenció per falta de crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;14.L&amp;apos;import concedit de la subvenció per a cada beneficiari de l&amp;apos;annex 1 s&amp;apos;ha calculat en funció del que s&amp;apos;estableix en l&amp;apos;apartat 11 de la convocatòria sobre els límits màxims fixats en aquest apartat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;15. Les subvencions establertes en aquesta convocatòria no constitueixen ajudes d&amp;apos;estat en el sentit definit en l&amp;apos;article 107 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea (TFUE), ja que no falsegen o amenacen de falsejar la competència, afavorint determinades empreses o produccions, i es consideren compatibles amb el mercat interior segons la previsió de l&amp;apos;apartat 3.&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; de l&amp;apos;article esmentat, ja que estan destinades a la promoció i la difusió del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears. Igualment, se circumscriuen a l&amp;apos;àmbit local, per la qual cosa no alteren els intercanvis comercials, ni tenen cap efecte sobre la competència ni el comerç entre els estats membres. A més, aquests ajuts estan emmarcats dins una de les categories compatibles amb el mercat interior a què fa referència l&amp;apos;article 53 del Reglament (UE) núm. 651/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juny de 2014, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d&amp;apos;ajudes compatibles amb el mercat interior en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del TFUE. Així mateix, tampoc no estan sotmesos al règim &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; ni al marc nacional temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Resolució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de 7 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; per la qual s&amp;apos;amplia el crèdit destinat a la convocatòria de subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2024 (BOIB núm. 133 de 10 d&amp;apos;octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Proposta de resolució de la directora general de Cultura de 7 de novembre 2024 sobre la tercera concessió de subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aprovar la tercera concessió de les subvencions per donar suport a la mobilitat en la projecció exterior de les activitats i dels projectes que promoguin les diferents manifestacions del patrimoni cultural immaterial de les Illes Balears el 2024 a les entitats beneficiàries que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex 1 per l&amp;apos;import individual que s&amp;apos;hi assenyala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Denegar la subvenció a les entitats que han presentat les sol·licituds incloses en l&amp;apos;annex 2 pels motius que s&amp;apos;hi indiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Autoritzar i disposar la despesa per un import global de 17.095,94 euros a favor de les entitats beneficiàries que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex 1 per l&amp;apos;import individual que s&amp;apos;hi assenyala, amb càrrec a la partida 12401.455A01.48000.00 dels pressuposts generals de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Concedir un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; o, si l&amp;apos;acabament de l&amp;apos;activitat és posterior a aquesta publicació, un termini màxim de deu dies hàbils després d&amp;apos;haver duit a terme l&amp;apos;activitat, perquè les entitats beneficiàries presentin el compte justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Informar que la subvenció s&amp;apos;ha de justificar mitjançant la presentació d&amp;apos;un compte justificatiu en el Registre, en els termes que s&amp;apos;indiquen en el punt 9 de la convocatòria, subscrit per l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiària o per qui la representi, al qual s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;adjuntar la documentació prevista en el punt 14.2 de la convocatòria. Transcorregut el termini de presentació del compte justificatiu sense que s&amp;apos;hagi presentat, es requerirà a la persona beneficiària que en el termini improrrogable de quinze dies el presenti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Fer saber que el pagament de la subvenció únicament es pot fer efectiu una vegada dictada la resolució corresponent i justificada la realització de l&amp;apos;activitat subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Informar que la manca de presentació de la justificació en el termini establert pot donar lloc a l&amp;apos;inici d&amp;apos;un procediment de revocació i l&amp;apos;eventual reintegrament de la subvenció d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 43 i 44 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre. Així mateix, es poden exigir la resta de responsabilitats establertes en la normativa reguladora de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Informar que les activitats objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta subvenció s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;executar en el període comprès entre els dies 1 de novembre de 2023 i 15 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024, ambdós inclosos, d&amp;apos;acord amb el punt 4 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 10.1.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt; i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
