Acord pel qual s'aproven les Bases de la convocatòria, per a l'any 2022, d'ajudes de minimis al desenvolupament rural de l'illa de Mallorca, vinculades a projectes relacionats amb els àmbits agrari i/o ambiental i emmarcats en l'Estratègia de Desenvolupament Local Participatiu 2014-2020 de Mallorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 40 sol·licituds d'ajuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Els interessats assenyalats a l' <strong>Annex I</strong> adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Les actuacions sol·licitades pels interessats compleixen amb els requisits establerts a la convocatòria per tal de poder ser subvencionables.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent cobreix la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria no hi ha cap impediment per resoldre aquests expedients sense afectar el que disposa els apartats setè i vuitè de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">7. Llei 03/2019, de 31 de gener, agrària de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">XV. Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">XVI. Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Proposta de resolució de concessió</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i propòs al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l'Annex I , que són un total de 1 expedients i que comença amb MIQUEL VILLALONGA MAIMO i acaba amb MIQUEL VILLALONGA MAIMO , qu e suma un import total de 20.000,00 euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “ Support a l'implementació a les operacions incloses els EDL No Programats MALLORCA ”. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l'Annex I. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">3.
