&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 30 de desembre de 2022, mitjançant Resolució de Batlia 457/2022 es va aprovar la convocatòria i les bases del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de la oferta d´ocupació per estabilització de l'Ajuntament de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 5 de gener de 2023 es va publicar al BOIB número 2 l´aprovació de la convocatòria i les bases del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema excepcional de concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de la oferta d'ocupació d'estabilització de l´Ajuntament de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 7 de febrer de 2023 es va publicar al BOE número 32 l´anunci de la convocatòria, concedint un termini de vint dies hàbils a partir del dia següent a la seva publicació per presentar sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 8 de març de 2023 va finalitzar el termini per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 7 de març de 2024 es va publicar la Resolució de Batlia per la que s'aprovava provisionalment les llistes d'aspirants admesos i exclosos per participar en l'esmentat procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 19 de març de 2024 es va signar la Resolució de Batlia per la que s'aprovava definitivament la llista d'aspirants admesos i exclosos per participar en l'esmentat procés selectiu, nomenament del Tribunal i la llista provisional dels mèrits al·legats pels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 17 de juny de 2024 es va estendre acta de constitució del Tribunal i atorgament de puntuacions provisionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 24 de juliol de 2024 es va estendre acta del tribunal qualificador del procediment selectiu d'atorgament de puntuacions definitives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 30 de setembre de 2024 es va publicar decret pel qual s'aprovava la llista d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu de referència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 21 de novembre de 2024 es va presentar registre d'entrada núm. 2024-E-RE-2380 per part de l'aspirant MSR, amb DNI 3****805F, on renunciava al procés selectiu per incompliment de condició necessària per ser nomenada a la plaça de referència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Vist el punt 16 de les bases reguladores de l'esmentat procés selectiu, relatives al procediment a seguir per al nomenament com a personal laboral fix dels aspirants seleccionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acceptar la renúncia presentada per l'aspirant MSR, amb DNI 3****805F.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
