&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En data 4 de setembre de 2024 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 116 la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, de 3 de setembre de 2024, per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, el barem de mèrits i la designació de les comissions tècniques de valoració del procediment per a proveir llocs de treball de personal funcionari de carrera de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. En aquesta Resolució s'han advertit una sèrie d'errors materials relatius a l'acreditació de la documentació d'un mèrit que consti en llengua estrangera (traducció jurada), les referències a determinats Annexos i bases de la convocatòria, així com la numeració d'algun dels seus apartats i subapartats, el termini d'esmena del qual disposen els aspirants per a poder esmenar els defectes que presenti la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits (5 dies) així com la referència a la llei de pressupostos vigent i a la Llei 4/2021, de 17 de desembre, de mesures extraordinàries urgents per executar les actuacions i els projectes que s'han de finançar amb fons europeus en el marc del pla de recuperació, transformació i resiliència (Disposició addicional sisena).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;També s'han advertit errades, entre d'altres, en la numeració de determinats apartats de la versió castellana. A més, es suprimeix el punt 4.2 relatiu al coneixement d'altres llengües, ja regulat en el punt 10 de l'Annex 2 de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Pels anteriors motius es considera convenient publicar la present correcció d'errors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que aquestes poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instàncies de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics que existeixin en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. D'altra banda, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratius correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;- Rectificar, en els termes establerts en l'Annex 1 d'aquesta resolució, els errors advertits en l'Annex 1 “Bases” de la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 3 de setembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 116 de 4 de setembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;- Rectificar, en els termes establerts en l'Annex 2 d'aquesta resolució, els errors advertits en l'Annex 2 “Barem de mèrits” de l'esmentada convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. Rectificar, en els termes establerts en l'Annex 3 d'aquesta resolució, els errors advertits en la versió castellana de l'Annex 2 de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Rectificació dels errors advertits en l'Annex 1 de la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, de 3 de setembre de 2024, per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, el barem de mèrits i la designació de les comissions tècniques de valoració del procediment per proveir llocs de treball de personal funcionari de carrera de l'Administració de la CAIB (BOIB núm. 116, de 4 de setembre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punt 7 de l'Annex 1 de les Bases:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On hi diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;7. Relacions a través de mitjans electrònics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 12 del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, les persones aspirants que participin en aquest procés selectiu queden obligades a relacionar-se amb l'Administració convocant a través de mitjans electrònics mitjançant el corresponent tràmit telemàtic.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cas de presentar la sol·licitud o qualsevol altra documentació de manera presencial, l'Administració, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la Llei 39/2015, requerirà que es dugui a terme en la forma indicada anteriorment amb l'advertiment que si no es fa així es tindrà per no presentada la sol·licitud o realitzat el tràmit corresponent”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;7. Relacions a través de mitjans electrònics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;D'acord amb la Disposició addicional sisena de la Llei 4/2021, de 17 de desembre, de &lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;mesures extraordinàries i urgents per executar les actuacions i els projectes que s'han de finançar amb fons europeus en el marc del pla de recuperació, transformació i resiliència, les persones aspirants que participin en aquest procés selectiu queden obligades a relacionar-se amb l'Administració convocant a través de mitjans electrònics mitjançant el corresponent tràmit telemàtic.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cas de presentar la sol·licitud o qualsevol altra documentació de manera presencial, l'Administració, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;68.4 de la Llei 39/2015, requerirà que es dugui a terme en la forma indicada anteriorment amb l'advertiment que si no es fa així es tindrà per&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;no presentada la sol·licitud o realitzat el tràmit corresponent”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punt 11 de l'Annex 1 de les Bases:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On hi diu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“11.5. En el supòsit que la documentació acreditativa d'un mèrit consti en llengua estrangera, la Comissió de baremació pot requerir a la persona interessada que presenti una traducció jurada. Sense aquesta traducció, el mèrit no es pot considerar acreditat i, per tant, no s'ha de valorar.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“11.5. En el supòsit que la documentació acreditativa d'un mèrit consti en llengua estrangera, la Comissió de baremació pot requerir a la persona interessada que presenti una traducció. Sense aquesta traducció, el mèrit no es pot considerar acreditat i, per tant, no s'ha de valorar.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En el punt 14 de l'Ann&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ex 1 de l&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;es Bases:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
