    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat 9.3 de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears(FOGAIBA) de 27 de febrer de 2015 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per al foment de la producció integrada, per a l'any 2015, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'annex I que comença amb l'expedient núm. PI7/2015 LUIS CARGICA-RUIZ GUASP i acaba amb FROZA, S.L., apareixen els imports a revocar a l'anualitat 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;A l'annex II que comença amb l'expedient núm. PI199/2015 a nom de Pedro Company Vives i acaba per l'expedient PI182/2015, apareixen els imports a revocar a l'anualitat 2019.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proposta de resolució de revocació parcial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i proposo al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Revocar els imports concedits als beneficiaris i els expedient que configuren l'annex I i II per a l'anualitat 2018 i 2019, respectivament, de la línia les ajudes destinades al “Foment de la Producció Integrada”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
