&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 8 d'octubre de 2024, va signar la següent resolució,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 6 d'abril de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 43, l'Ordre de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc de les intervencions per al desenvolupament rural de les Illes Balears 2023-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En data de 24 de febrer de 2024 es va publicar, en el BOIB NÚM 28, la Resolució de el President del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrer per la qual s´ aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes per al Foment de la certificació de benestar animal a les explotacions bovines, per a l´ any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. De conformitat amb l´ apartat sisè de l´ esmentada Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol.licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el dia 30/04/2024 i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 65 sol.licitiuds d´ ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d´ ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol.licituds i de la documentació aportada d´ acord amb les normes reguladores d´ aquestes ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els sol.licitants indicats a l´ annex I han presentat una al.legació a la Sol.licitud única de la PAC 2024 indicant el seu desig de desistir de l´ ajuda sol.licitada per la línia d´ ajuda per el foment de la certificació de benestar animal a les explotacions bovines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Llei 39/2015 d´ 1 d´ octubre del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aplicació de l´ article 94 punt 1 de la llei 39/2015 d´ 1 d´ octubre, tot interessat podrà desistir de la seva sol.licitud o, quan això no estigui prohibit per l´ ordenament jurídic, renunciar als seus drets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe, proposta i resolució de desistiment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i propòs al vicepresident en Matèria Agrària del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Donar per desistit &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;de la seva sol·licitud d'ajuda presentada a la Sol·licitud Única de la PAC 2024 de la línia d'ajuda pel foment de la certificació de benestar animal&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;als sol.licitants que figura a l´ annex I, d´ acord amb les al.legacions presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Contra aquesta resolució –que no exhaureix la via administrativa-. Es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Agricultura Pesca i Medi Natural, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Informar a&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;l' interessat que el seu expedient es troba a la seva disposició i consulta al Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural del FOGAIBA (carrer de Reina Constança, núm.4 de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
