&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) de data 30 de novembre de 2022, per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i el barem de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a les escales, subescales, classes i especialitats dels subgrups C1, C2 i AP de les places de l'oferta pública extraordinària per a l'any 2022 (BOIB núm. 157, de 3 de desembre de 2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Resolució de data 28 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB num. 170, de 30 de desembre de 2022), de correcció dels errors observats a la publicació de la Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i el barem de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a les escales, subescales, classes i especialitats dels subgrups C1, C2 i AP de les places de l'oferta pública extraordinària per a l'any 2022 (BOIB núm. 157, de 3 de desembre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Els membres del Tribunal Qualificador en sessió celebrada dia 21 d'octubre de 2024, després d'haver revisat l'ordre de preferència d'elecció dels llocs oferts de les persones aspirants, atenent l'ordre de puntuació establert a la llista definitiva de baremació de mèrits, i d'acord amb la base 14.1 de la convocatòria, han adoptat l' ACORD següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar la llista definitiva següent, de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica auxiliar, especialitat guia intèrpret de llenguatge de signes del subgrup C1 la qual conté tantes persones aprovades com el número de places convocades per l'IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Proposar el nomenament com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica auxiliar, especialitat guia intèrpret de llenguatge de signes del subgrup C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Proposar l'adjudicació del lloc de treball a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu, d'acord amb l'ordre de preferència efectuat i atenent l'ordre de puntuació establert a la llista definitiva de baremació de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I.&lt;/strong&gt; El Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. &lt;/strong&gt;Atès l'establert a la base 14.1 de l'Annex II de la Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) de data 30 de novembre de 2022, per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i el barem de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a les escales, subescales, classes i especialitats dels subgrups C1, C2 i AP de les places de l'oferta pública extraordinària per&amp;nbsp;a l'any 2022 (BOIB núm. 157, de 3 de desembre de 2022) i d'acord amb l'article 52.3 de la Llei 3/2007, en concordança amb l'article 61.8 del TREBEP, la llista de persones que han superat el procés selectiu ha de contenir, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III.&lt;/strong&gt; La Presidència de l'IMAS es l'òrgan competent per resoldre els procediments de selecció i nomenar el personal funcionari de carrera, d'acord amb allò que es preveu en l'article 7.2 13) i 14) del text consolidat dels Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprovats pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca de dia 11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar individualment als interessats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 28.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d'11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la present Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
