    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Ple de 31 de juliol de 2023 va aprovar la creació i la composició de les comissions informatives permanents; de Cultura, Benestar Social i Esports per una banda i per l&amp;apos;altra la d&amp;apos;Economia Territori i Serveis Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el mateix Ple es va aprovar així mateix la creació i la composició de la Comissió Especial de Comptes; aquesta darrera i segons acord adoptat en aquest Ple estarà formada pels mateixos membres que integren la Comissió Informativa d&amp;apos;Economia, Territori i Serveis Generals, amb el mateix nombre de representants i amb idèntica estructura i representació dels grups polítics que formen la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per decret de presidència núm. 162/2023, de 23 d&amp;apos;agost es van designar els membres de les comissions informatives permanents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès l&amp;apos;escrit de la portaveu del Grup PSOE Menorca de data 8 de novembre de 2024 (RE núm. 037155) mitjançant el qual se sol·licita el canvi d&amp;apos;un representant titular del seu grup en una comissió informativa permanent i en dues comissions informatives especials; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;article 99 del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular de Menorca, i en ús de les atribucions que em confereix l&amp;apos;ordenament jurídic vigent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar, a petició de la portaveu del Grup PSOE Menorca, el canvi d&amp;apos;un representant titular del seu grup en una comissió informativa permanent i en dues comissiones informatives especials, d&amp;apos;acord amb el detall que es transcriu a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Comissió Informativa d&amp;apos;Economia, Territori i Serveis Generals i Comissió Especial de Comptes, &lt;/strong&gt;nomenar el senyor José Pastrana Huguet, com a membre titular en substitució del senyor Eduardo Arturo Robsy Petrus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Comissió Informativa Especial de Revisió del Reglament Orgànic del Consell Insular de Menorca&lt;/strong&gt;, nomenar el senyor José Pastrana Huguet, com a membre titular en substitució del senyor Eduardo Arturo Robsy Petrus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar aquesta resolució als interessats i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, sens perjudici que aquesta resolució tengui efecte des del dia que se signi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
