En aquestes borses s'integraran els candidats que hagin obtingut la puntuació mínima de 10 punts.”</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>6. </strong>Vist que el decret de Presidència núm. 2024-0085 de data 09/06/2024 d'aprovació de la llista definitiva d'aspirants contemplava de forma conjunta i sense diferenciació als aspirants tant de la llista definitiva com de la borsa d'interins, fet que indueix a error de les persones seleccionades en cada un dels supòsits i tampoc consta la seva publicació a la seu electrònica ni al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>7. </strong>Vist<strong> </strong>el Decret núm. 2024-0138 de data 28 d'octubre de 2024 pel qual s'estima el recurs d'alçada interposat per l'aspirant amb DNI 41****52Z amb registre núm. 2024-E-RE-32 contra l'Acta de resolució d'al·legacions i relació definitiva d'aprovats i proposta de nomenament, dels aspirants a les places de la plantilla de personal laboral fix del Patronat Municipal de Música d'Eivissa del procés selectiu per proveir places mitjançant el procediment d'estabilització d'ocupació temporal, pel qual s'acorda RECTIFICAR l'acta definitiva i atorgar a favor de la recurrent set (7) punts addicionals en concepte de formació acadèmica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
