&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Aprovar les bases i la convocatòria per a la constitució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;borsí extraordinari de personal interí pel sistema de concurs de l&amp;apos;especialitat Caporal/a de Bombers per promoció interna &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;per a posteriors nomenaments com a funcionaris interins de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma enquadrats en l&amp;apos;escala d&amp;apos;Administració especial, serveis especials, classe b) servei contra incendis i salvament, grup C, subgrup C1, Caporal/a del Cos de Bombers, que s&amp;apos;adjunten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Publicar la present Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;BASES PER A LA CONVOCATÒRIA DE CONCURS DE MÈRITS PER A LA CONSTITUCIÓ D´UN BORSÍ EXTRAORDINARI PER A LA COBERTURA INTERINA DE PLACES DE CAPORAL/A&amp;nbsp;DEL COS DE BOMBERS DE L´AJUNTAMENT DE PALMA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. JUSTIFICACIÓ I OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La necessitat d&amp;apos;iniciar la convocatòria per a la creació d&amp;apos;un borsí extraordinari de caporal/a de S.C.I.S. (Servei Contra Incendis i Salvament) de l&amp;apos;Administració especial de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma, es fonamenta en la urgència de cobrir places de forma interina, atès que les necessitats extraordinàries i urgents de personal del Cos de Bombers de Palma, mentre es resolen els processos selectius per tal de nomenar caporals com a funcionaris de carrera. Així, es podran nomenar per subvenir a necessitats urgents, extraordinàries i circumstancials d&amp;apos;increment d&amp;apos;activitat que, en el seu cas, es determinaran en el moment del nomenament de la persona interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;És objecte de la present convocatòria la creació d&amp;apos;un borsí extraordinari pel sistema de concurs&amp;nbsp; de promoció interna, per a la realització de posteriors nomenaments com a personal funcionari interí del Cos de Bombers de l Ajuntament de Palma enquadrats en l&amp;apos;escala d&amp;apos;Administració especial, subescala serveis especials, classe b) servei contra incendis i salvament, grup C, subgrup C1, amb la finalitat de poder cobrir de forma immediata totes aquelles situacions administratives que es puguin produir en les quals sigui necessària la seva cobertura de manera interina fins a la seva provisió de manera definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria és extraordinària i urgent i el borsí que es derivi d&amp;apos;ella únicament tindrà validesa fins que existeixi un borsí derivat d&amp;apos;un procés ordinari de concurs oposició per promoció interna per caporal del SCIS. Una vegada exhaurit el borsí generat pel procés ordinari abans esmentat es podrà reiniciar la validesa d&amp;apos;aquest borsí en cas de necessitat urgent o extraordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà per les bases de borsins 2016, publicades al BOIB núm. 86 de 7 de juliol de 2016 i per les bases generals 2017, 2018 i 2019 publicades al BOIB núm. 129, de 21 de setembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. DESCRIPCIÓ DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.1 SUPÒSITS QUE ES PRETENEN COBRIR: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Totes aquelles situacions administratives que es puguin produir en les quals sigui necessària la seva cobertura de manera interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ESCALA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Administració especial, subescala serveis especials, classe b) servei contra incendis i salvament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Concurs per promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A més dels establerts a les bases generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Pertànyer a la plantilla del servei de Bombers d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament com a personal&amp;nbsp; funcionari de carrera i dur com a mínim cinc anys d&amp;apos;antiguitat de servei actiu a la plaça BOMBER/A o BOMBER/A CONDUCTOR/A referida a la data d&amp;apos;expiració del termini de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Estar en possessió del títol de batxillerat, tècnic o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del diploma d&amp;apos;aptitud de caporal de bombers, diploma expedit per l&amp;apos;òrgan competent de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears o per un organisme/escola autoritzada per l&amp;apos;òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana de nivell B2 mitjançant un certificat expedit per l´EBAP, o bé pels títols, diplomes i certificats homologats establert a l&amp;apos;Ordre del Conseller d&amp;apos;Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixement de llengua catalana de la Direcció general de Cultura i Jovent (BOIB num. 34, de 12-03-2013) o per Certificat expedit per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació, Cultura i Joventut, que segons el Decret 6/2012, de 3 de febrer, sobre avaluació i certificació de coneixements de català, (BOIB número 19, de 07-02-2012), garanteixi els coneixements de català exigits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Tenir carnet de conduir de la classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) No patir malaltia o defecte físic o psíquic que impedeixi o minvi el correcte desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball (annex B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SOL·LICITUD DE PARTICIPACIÓ, FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ D&amp;apos;INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La sol·licitud per participar en el concurs-oposició s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;emplenar mitjançant l&amp;apos;aplicació del Portal de l&amp;apos;opositor (https://oposicions.palma.cat), essent imprescindible l&amp;apos;acreditació per algun dels sistemes d&amp;apos;identificació i firma admesos per la passarel·la Cl@ve del Govern d&amp;apos;Espanya: DNIe/Certificat electrònic, Cl@ve Permanent i Cl@ve ocasional (Cl@ve Pin). Complimentada la sol·licitud telemàtica, es generarà un document pdf que s&amp;apos;haurà de registrar, juntament amb el justificant d&amp;apos;abonament de la taxa i el model d&amp;apos;instància específica borsí extraordinari caporal i autobaremació segons annex A, dins el termini de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies, a través del Registre electrònic de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de &lt;strong&gt;10 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els drets d&amp;apos;examen seran de 15,91 euros i seran abonats per les persones interessades dintre el termini d&amp;apos;admissió d&amp;apos;instàncies dins el procés d&amp;apos;inscripció recollits al primer paràgraf.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Atès que el full d&amp;apos;inscripció obtingut al portal de l&amp;apos;opositor de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma conté una declaració jurada de l&amp;apos;aspirant d&amp;apos;acompliment de tots els requisits exigits per accedir a la plaça de caporal, no es requereix en el moment d&amp;apos;inscripció la documentació acreditativa, que serà requerida als aspirants proposats pel Tribunal abans de la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DOCUMENTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La documentació que hauran de presentar necessàriament abans de la presa de possessió com a funcionaris interins és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Document nacional d&amp;apos;identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Còpia autèntica del títol acadèmic exigit en cada convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Còpia autèntica del permís de conduir de la categoria B (anvers i revers).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Còpia autèntica del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana que s&amp;apos;indiqui en la convocatòria específica. Els coneixements de llengua catalana s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Còpia autèntica del diploma d&amp;apos;aptitud de caporal de bombers, diploma expedit per l&amp;apos;òrgan competent de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears o per un organisme/escola autoritzada per l&amp;apos;òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CATEGORIA DEL TRIBUNAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Als efectes prevists en el Reial Decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei, el Tribunal queda classificat en la categoria segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;COMPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador estarà constituït per un president o presidenta, designat per l&amp;apos;òrgan competent, i 4 vocals, que seran designats per la Corporació per sorteig d&amp;apos;entre personal funcionari en servei actiu, un de la categoria d&amp;apos;oficial/a del SCIS, un de la categoria de Sergent/a del SCIS i dos de les categories de Caporal/a del SCIS, i que reuneixin els requisits exigits a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aquesta designació implicarà la del respectiu personal suplent. El secretari/ària serà designat per votació d&amp;apos;entre els vocals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador pot acordar, si ho creu convenient, la incorporació d&amp;apos;assessors i especialistes, amb veu però sense vot, perquè col·laborin amb la seva especialització tècnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En tot cas, podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per a efectuar funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;FUNCIONAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El procediment d&amp;apos;actuació del Tribunal Qualificador s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;ajustar a la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i a la Llei 40/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformitat amb la normativa anterior, els membres del Tribunal Qualificador s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;abstenir, i notificar-ho a l&amp;apos;òrgan convocant, quan es trobin en alguna de les circumstàncies previstes normativament. Igualment, les persones participants poden recusar els membres del Tribunal Qualificador quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De cadascuna de les reunions del Tribunal Qualificador, se n&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;estendre l&amp;apos;acta corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L&amp;apos;òrgan convocant, per si mateix o a proposta del president o presidenta del Tribunal Qualificador, pot requerir, als efectes escaients, l&amp;apos;acreditació dels aspectes necessaris quan cregui que les persones participants han pogut incórrer en inexactituds o falsedats, les quals poden ser excloses de la convocatòria en qualsevol moment. En tot cas, s&amp;apos;han de posar en coneixement de les autoritats competents les inexactituds o falsedats comprovades, a l&amp;apos;efecte pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;SEU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Als efectes de comunicacions i altres incidències, el Tribunal Qualificador té la seu al parc central de bombers al carrer Gregorio Marañón, 10, 07007 Palma (Illes Balears). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. ADMISSIÓ AL PROCEDIMENT SELECTIU. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A l&amp;apos;efecte d&amp;apos;admissió de les persones participants es tenen en compte les dades que facin constar a la sol·licitud, i és responsabilitat seva la veracitat d&amp;apos;aquestes dades, sens perjudici que, en qualsevol moment del procés selectiu, el Tribunal Qualificador de la convocatòria requereixi a les persones participants l&amp;apos;acreditació de les dades que han fet constar a la seva sol·licitud d&amp;apos;admissió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació, l&amp;apos;òrgan competent dictarà resolució en el termini màxim d&amp;apos;un mes i declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones participants admeses i excloses de la convocatòria, que es publicarà al tauler electrònic d&amp;apos;edictes i anuncis de la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament i a l&amp;apos;apartat d&amp;apos;oferta pública de feina de la mateixa pàgina web .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de la llista esmentada, les persones participants disposaran d&amp;apos;un termini de &lt;strong&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; per presentar al·legacions adreçades a esmenar els defectes que els són imputables, acreditar la documentació sol·licitada o esmenar els defectes de la seva sol·licitud inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Les persones participants que no esmenin dins d&amp;apos;aquest termini el defecte imputable a elles que n&amp;apos;hagi motivat l&amp;apos;exclusió, es considerarà que desisteixen de la seva petició i s&amp;apos;arxivarà la seva sol·licitud sense cap altre tràmit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini de presentació de reclamacions i en un termini màxim d&amp;apos;un mes s&amp;apos;aprovarà la llista definitiva d&amp;apos;aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es publicarà al tauler electrònic d&amp;apos;edictes i anuncis de la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament i a l&amp;apos;apartat d&amp;apos;oferta pública de feina de la mateixa pàgina web. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A la relació de persones excloses es farà constar les resolucions de les reclamacions presentades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els errors materials, de fet i aritmètics es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PUBLICACIÓ I INFORMACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Les publicacions oficials relatives a la convocatòria es fan a través del tauler electrònic d&amp;apos;edictes i anuncis de la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament&amp;nbsp; i a l&amp;apos;apartat d&amp;apos;oferta pública de feina de la mateixa pàgina web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 45.1.b) de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, amb la publicació de les resolucions al BOIB i l&amp;apos;exposició de les llistes als taulers d&amp;apos;anuncis en els llocs que s&amp;apos;hi indiquin, es considerarà realitzada la notificació oportuna a les persones interessades i s&amp;apos;iniciaran els terminis als efectes de possibles reclamacions o recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El procediment selectiu és el de concurs i consta d&amp;apos;una única fase: Fase de concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els mèrits de la fase de concurs es calcularan amb 2 decimals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CONSIDERACIONS GENERALS DE LA FASE DE CONCURS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La fase de concurs no té caràcter eliminatori i la puntuació màxima assolible a la fase de concurs és &lt;strong&gt;50 punts.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tots els mèrits que conformen aquesta fase es valoraran fins la data de finalització de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies. Per tal de poder comptabilitzar els mèrits presentats serà necessari tenir les titulacions i certificats en vigor fins l&amp;apos;últim dia de valoració de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenti en llengua estrangera ha d&amp;apos;anar acompanyada de la traducció jurada corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els requisits i els mèrits corresponents s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;acreditar en la forma següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L&amp;apos;Administració ha d&amp;apos;incorporar d&amp;apos;ofici a l&amp;apos;expedient del concurs, un extracte dels mèrits que figuren en l&amp;apos;expedient personal de cada persona aspirant, amb referència al darrer dia del termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El personal funcionari que vulgui comprovar les dades que figuren en el seu expedient pot sol·licitar un extracte per conèixer els requisits i els mèrits que hi figuren i, si pertoca, incloure nova documentació al seu expedient personal mitjançant un dels models de sol·licitud que es troba al portal del personal i presentar-lo acompanyat de la documentació acreditativa de la formació a través de la Seu Electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Només per als requisits i mèrits al·legats i que NO són susceptibles d&amp;apos;inscripció a l&amp;apos;expedient personal, s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;adjuntar a la sol·licitud mitjançant documents originals o còpies autèntiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Els documents acreditatius del mèrits presentats (segons el punt d) podran ser retirats pels aspirants en el termini de tres mesos comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;adquirir fermesa la resolució definitiva del procediment. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El mèrit establert en aquest apartat s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;acreditar mitjançant un certificat de l&amp;apos;òrgan competent en matèria de personal, on s&amp;apos;ha de fer constar de manera clara i expressa el càrrec de l&amp;apos;òrgan que té la competència per expedir el certificat, o el de l&amp;apos;òrgan en el qual delegui. Així mateix, ha de constar el règim jurídic, el vincle, el cos, la categoria, el període concret de prestació dels serveis fins a la data de publicació de la convocatòria i les funcions concretes desenvolupades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;B.CURSOS DE FORMACIÓ NO REGLADA (20%) (MÀXIM DE 10 PUNTS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions del cos, escala o especialitat corresponent a la borsa a la qual s&amp;apos;opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La valoració d&amp;apos;aquest criteri es du a terme d&amp;apos;acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Pel coneixement de la llengua catalana , caldrà acreditar el nivell mitjançant un certificat expedit per l&amp;apos;EBAP, o bé pels títols, diplomes i certificats homologats establert a l&amp;apos;Ordre del Conseller d&amp;apos;Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció general de Cultura i Jovent (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013) o per Certificat expedit per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació, Cultura i Joventut, que segons el Decret 6/2012, de 3 de febrer, sobre avaluació i certificació de coneixements de català, (BOIB número 19, de 07-02-2012), garanteixi els coneixements de català exigits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;E. QUALIFICACIONS OBTINGUDES EN L&amp;apos;OBTENCIÓ DEL DIPLOMA D&amp;apos;APTITUD DE CAPORAL DE BOMBERS (10%) (MÀXIM 5 PUNTS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es valorarà la qualificació obtinguda en el diploma de caporal de bombers expedit per l&amp;apos;òrgan competent de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears. Es multiplicarà la nota del curs pel coeficient de 0&amp;apos;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es valoraran les titulacions de mateix nivell acadèmic o superior a les exigides com a requisits, sense que en cap cas es pugui valorar l&amp;apos;acreditada com a requisit. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d&amp;apos;un mes comptat des de l&amp;apos;endemà de rebre la present notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s&amp;apos;hagi resolt el de reposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l&amp;apos;article abans esmentat, i 45 i següents de la llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
