En data 30</span> <span style="background-color:#ffffff">de gener de 2024 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 15, la Resolució del President del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 25 de gener de 2024, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2024 de les ajudes destinades al pagament compensatori en zones de muntanya a les Illes Balears.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff">2. De conformitat amb els apartat sisè de la resolució anterior, i de la Resolució de modificació del President del Fogaiba de 2 de juliol de 2024 publicada al boib 88 de 4 de juliol, de determinats ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC) per a l'any 2024, es modifica el termini de presentació de sol.licituds de determinades intervencions al desenvolupament rural. El nou termini de presentació de sol·licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el 15 de juny de 2024, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 252 sol·licituds d'ajuda de muntanya.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>3. Els òrgans gestors del Servsi d'AJudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol.licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquestes ajudes.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>4. En data 3 de setembre del 2024 es notifica, mitjançant el BOIB núm. 115 un requeriment de documentació concedint un termini de 10 dies per aportar la documentació sol.licitada, informant que transcorregut aquest termini es donaran per desistides les sol.licituds d'ajuda si no s'ha rebut la documentació.
