&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Alcalde, en data 11 de novembre de 2024 ha dictat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Vista la Secció I del Capítol de l'Ordenança de circulació, per la qual es regulen les àrees de circulació restringida en l'acabo municipal d'Eivissa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Vist l'article 17 de l'Ordenança mitjançant el qual es faculta a l'Alcalde per a declarar un determinat sector urbà com una àrea de circulació restringida (ACIRE), amb vigéncia permanent excepte senyalització que indiqui l'horari de vigéncia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist que el barri de la Marina va ser declarat àrea de circulació restringida mitjançant Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 2018-3631 (BOIB núm. 77 de 23 de juny de 2018). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Vist que en aquest barri de la Marina se situen gran part de les farmàcies de guàrdia i que el trànsit fora de temporada turística es redueix notablement. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Deixar sense efecte temporalment l'Àrea de Circulació restringida de la Marina des del 15 de Novembre de 2024&amp;nbsp; fins al 30 d'abril de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Autoritzar&amp;nbsp; la circulació de vehicles pels vials que constitueixen aquesta àrea durant aquest període. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquest decret en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica&amp;nbsp; de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
