    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Batlessa-President, en virtut del Decret núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4193&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;/2024 de 1 de novembre, ha disposat el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;/em&gt;Vist el Decret núm. 1080/2024 de 20 de març, d&amp;apos;aprovació bases i convocatòria procés selectiu per a la constitució d&amp;apos;un borsí específic per a la cobertura de necessitats de places de TAE assessor jurídic de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vista la finalització del procés selectiu amb l&amp;apos;acta del Tribunal de data 31 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024 de resolució de les al·legacions presentades a la valoració de mèrits i proposta definitiva de la valoració dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;anterior i atenent a les facultats que em son atorgades per l&amp;apos;Article 21.1,h)&lt;span style="color: rgb(201, 33, 30)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, Reguladora de Bases de Règim Local, &lt;strong&gt;DISPÒS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar de forma definitiva la següent prelació dels aspirants participants al procediment selectiu de TAE assessor jurídic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la present resolució al BOIB, tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis i al portal de transparència de la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquest acord que esgota la via administrativa es pot interposar alternativament recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a contar des del següent al de la publicació del present anunci, davant la batllia d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós- administratiu, davant el jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, a contar des del dia següent al de la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. Si optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s&amp;apos;hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici que pugui interposar se, qualsevol altre recurs que pogués estimar més convenient al seu dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
