&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l&amp;apos;article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agraria del FOGAIBA, en data 18 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.En data 30 de maig de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 71, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrer de 2023, de convocatòria, per a l&amp;apos;any 2023, dels ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC), així com altres resolucions de convocatòria d&amp;apos;ajuts que preveuen les intervencions al desenvolupament rural.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.En data 30 de juny de 2023, s&amp;apos;han rebut un total de 299 sol·licituds per l&amp;apos;ajuda destinada per al foment de races autòctones en perill d&amp;apos;extinció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d&amp;apos;Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d&amp;apos;acord amb les normes reguladores d&amp;apos;aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.En data 17 de juny de 2024 es va concedir l&amp;apos;ajuda per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d&amp;apos;extinció per a l&amp;apos;any 2023 al sol·licitant BARTOLOME VIVES MARTORELL amb número d&amp;apos;expedient 04005198 i DNI ***6491**, per un total de 680 animals i una prima anual de 13.600€ (publicada al BOIB núm. 121 de 14/09/2024).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.En data 21 de juny de 2024 es va procedir al pagament de l&amp;apos;anualitat 2023 per un import de 10.982 €, després de les reduccions i penalitzacions corresponents.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.Posteriorment per una revisió d&amp;apos;ofici es va detectar una errada en el nombre d&amp;apos;animals determinats inicials augmentant-los a 797 i a una prima anual de 15.940€. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.Tenint en compte que en l&amp;apos;actualitat existeix crèdit adequat i suficient, es possible modificar la resolució de concessió de 17 de juny 2024, i procedir al pagament del saldo de 4.958€ pendents de l&amp;apos;anualitat 2023 .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;1.Modificar la concessió del sol·licitant BARTOLOME VIVES MARTORELL amb número d&amp;apos;expedient 04005198 i DNI ***6491**, tal i com es detalla en l&amp;apos;annex I d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució per l&amp;apos;anualitat 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2.Notificar la resolució als interessats en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució -que no exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant el conseller d&amp;apos;Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
