    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º.- Al BOIB núm. 132 de 08/10/2024 es va publicar la Resolució de la Presidenta per la qual s'aprovaven les bases de la convocatòria d'un procediment extraordinari de selecció de personal funcionari interí al servei de l'Institut Municipal d'Educació i Biblioteques (IMEB), per a la constitució d'una borsa de treball de Tècnic/a d'Administració General (TAG), grup A, subgrup A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º.- Tenint en compte les raons organitzatives de la corporació cal fer una modificació de la composició de la CTV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, aquesta Presidència, en virtut de la facultat que li atorga l'article 22.3 dels Estatuts de l'organisme autònom local Institut Municipal d'Educació i Biblioteques (IMEB-Calvià), així com la normativa vigent en matèria de règim local, disposa la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Modificar únicament el càrrec de la Presidència per raons organitzatives de la Corporació, quedant la resta dels membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració inalterats tal com es va establir a l'anterior composició de la convocatòria d'una borsa de treball de TAG per al IMEB, publicada al BOIB núm. 132, de data 08/10/2024. Per tant, la designació dels membres de la CTV és la que s'estableix a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. Antonio Pallicer Martorell, en substitució de la Sra.. Catalina Morro Pastor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Alba Ortiz Blanco, suplent: Jerònima Ferrer Mas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona designada per a la representació del personal, com a observadora del procés, amb veu, però sense vot: Miquel Mas Mas (STEI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
