    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El dia 30 d'octubre de 2024 la Junta de Govern de l'Ajuntament de Sóller va aprovar la convocatòria i les bases específiques del procés selectiu per a cobrir, com a personal funcionari de carrera i pel torn lliure, una plaça que pertany a l'escala d'Administració especial, Subescala Serveis Especials, Classe Personal d'Oficis, denominació oficial 1ª electricista de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, així com la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears com a continuació es transcriuen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE REGIRAN LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA SELECCIÓ, MITJANÇANT CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ, DE PERSONAL PER A COBRIR PEL TORN LLIURE UNA VACANT DE FUNCIONARI/ÀRIA DE CARRERA DE L'ADMINISTRACIÓ ESPECIAL, SUBESCALA SERVEIS ESPECIALS, CLASSE PERSONAL D'OFICIS, DENOMINACIÓ OFICIAL 1ª ELECTRICISTA D'AQUEST AJUNTAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de les presents bases és regular el procediment per a cobrir, com a personal funcionari de carrera, una plaça de l'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis Especials, Classe Personal d'Oficis, denominació oficial 1ª electricista (Plaça núm. 112) vacant en la plantilla municipal d'aquest Ajuntament, pel torn lliure, inclòs en l'Oferta d'Ocupació corresponent a l'exercici 2024(BOIB núm. 134 de dia 12 d'octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. Normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procediment selectiu es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en aquesta convocatòria i, en allò no previst, s'aplicarà el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (en endavant EBEP) i a la Llei autonòmica 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de les Illes Balears (en endavant LFPIB); i la normativa vigent com el Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, així com el Reglament general d'ingrés del personal al serveis de l'Administració general de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'AGE aprovat pel Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També serà aplicable la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria i les presents bases es publicaran al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per presentar instàncies i sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés serà de deu dies hàbils i s'iniciarà des de l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria al BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriorment, qualsevol anunci al respecte es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la Seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller (https://soller.sedelectronica.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import dels drets d'examen de les proves selectives es regulen a l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per les proves de personal de 2009. La taxa per participar en el procés selectiu del grup C2 és de 12,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. Requisits que han de reunir els aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per formar part en el procés de selecció i ser admesos, els aspirants hauran de reunir a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Ser espanyol/a o nacional d'un dels restants estats membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells estats als que sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors, en els termes prevists en la llei estatal que regula aquesta matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir complerts els 16 anys, i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa, per a l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en disposició del títol de Graduat Escolar en Educació Secundària Obligatòria o equivalent o en condicions d'obtenir-lo a la data que finalitzi la presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Posseir la capacitat funcional pel desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No haver estat separat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, de cap administració o ocupació pública, ni trobar-se inhabilitat, per sentència ferma, per al compliment de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Disposar dels coneixements de la llengua catalana – Certificat de nivell B1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Estar en possessió del Permís de Conducció classe “B”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Estar en possessió del certificat d'Instal·lador Autoritzat en Baixa Tensió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Haver satisfet la taxa de serveis de selecció de personal d'acord amb el que preveu l'article 4 de la de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per a proves de personal. Això no obstant, resten exemptes del pagament de la taxa de drets d'examen les persones amb discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, l'interessat/ada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap plaça ni realitza cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'art. 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep cap pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En el cas de realitzar una activitat privada, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de 10 dies des de la presa de possessió, amb la finalitat que la corporació pugui adoptar un acord de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA.- Relacions amb els ciutadans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 45.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, atès que es tracta d'un procediment de concurrència competitiva, els actes administratius que integren aquest procediment i s'hagin de notificar a les persones interessades, així com els de qualsevol procediment que se'n derivi (inclosos els anuncis de la interposició de qualsevol recurs en via administrativa o en via judicial i els tràmits d'audiència), en comptes de notificar-se, s'han de publicar en la seu electrònica i al Taulell d'Anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Sóller. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això sens perjudici que es publiquin en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears els actes que les bases d'aquesta convocatòria determinin expressament que s'hi hagin de publicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA.- Relacions a través de mitjans electrònics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix, mitjançant aquesta convocatòria i d'acord amb l'Ordenança reguladora del funcionament de l'oficina d'assistència en matèria de registre i registre electrònic i del servei d'atenció a la ciutadania de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, que les persones físiques que vulguin participar en processos selectius de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, queden obligades a relacionar-se amb l'Ajuntament telemàticament en totes les fases del procediment, quedant incloses les reclamacions i els recursos administratius que es puguin interposar, llevat dels supòsits expressament previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. Presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Procediment &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.1. Les persones aspirants han d'emplenar la sol·licitud per participar mitjançant la formalització del corresponent tràmit telemàtic disponible a la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, https://soller.sedelectronica.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.2. El model específic de sol·licitud telemàtica de participació inclou un apartat de dades personals i la declaració responsable en els termes de l'article 69 de la Llei 29/2015, d'1 d'octubre, relativa al compliment de tots i cada un dels requisits de participació exigits a la base tercera, referits sempre a la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de les instàncies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per a proves de personal, la taxa per drets d'examen és de 12 euros i s'abonarà a l'entitat bancària CaixaBank amb número de compte: ES12-2100-7293-5513-0039-5838. La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada determina l'exclusió de l'aspirant. Aquest pagament no substitueix, en cap cas, el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.3. Juntament amb la sol·licitud telemàtica de participació caldrà emplenar el full d'autobaremació de mèrits, que té igualment la consideració de declaració responsable en els termes que preveu l'esmentat article 69.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest full d'autobaremació, les persones aspirants han d'al·legar, sota la seva responsabilitat, quins són els mèrits dels quals disposen d'entre els prevists en l'Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els interessats són responsables de la veracitat dels documents presentats electrònicament en les diverses fases dels procediments selectius, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.4. L'Administració, d'ofici o a proposta del president del tribunal, pot requerir en qualsevol moment que els aspirants aportin la documentació que acrediti la veracitat de qualsevol dels documents que hagin d'aportar. La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió, de caràcter essencial, de qualsevol dada o informació que s'incorpori en la declaració responsable o la no presentació davant l'administració convocant de la documentació que hagi estat requerida per acreditar el compliment d'allò declarat determina l'exclusió del procediment selectiu, sens perjudici de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives en què s'hagi pogut incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.5. La presentació de la sol·licitud per participar en el procés selectiu suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívocs de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a càrrec de l'òrgan competent i únicament per a les finalitats establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Termini &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini general de presentació de sol·licituds serà de deu dies hàbils a partir del dia següent a aquell en què es publiqui l'anunci de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat, prèvia publicació íntegra de les Bases al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entén prorrogat el primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud fora del termini i forma indicada a les presents bases suposarà l'exclusió de la persona aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos i prendre part a la convocatòria els aspirants hauran de manifestar a la sol·licitud que reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la base tercera. Serà necessari aportar juntament amb la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El full d'autobaremació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Còpia del DNI o del NIF o document acreditatiu de la nacionalitat certificat per l'autoritat competent del país d'origen, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Còpia de la titulació exigida a la present convocatòria, o el justificant d'haver satisfet els drets d'expedició, sense perjudici de la posterior presentació del títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Còpia del títol exigit del nivell de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Còpia del Permís de Conducció classe “B”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Còpia del Certificat d'Instal·lador Autoritzat en Baixa Tensió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Justificant d'haver satisfet els drets d'examen que es fixen en 12,00 euros en l'entitat bancària indicada CaixaBanc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h.&amp;nbsp;Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat mai separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Acreditació dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació dels mèrits al·legats en l'autobaremació es durà a terme dins el termini de 10 dies hàbils comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. Admissió dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la presidència de la Corporació o persona en qui delegui dictarà resolució aprovant la llista d'aspirants admesos i exclosos. La relació d'aspirants admesos i exclosos es publicarà al taulell d'anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament https://soller.sedelectronica.es i en ella figurarà si escau, la causa d'exclusió, concedint-se un termini de tres dies hàbils per formular davant la Batlia les reclamacions o esmenes que considerin oportunes, dirigides a esmenar els defectes que s'hagin pogut produir. Per tal d'evitar errors, i, si es produeixen, de possibilitar-ne la correcció dins el termini establert i en la forma, les persones aspirants han de comprovar que no figuren en la relació d'exclosos i, a més, consten a la llista d'admesos. Aquesta resolució es publicarà segons la base 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les esmenes o l'adjunció dels documents es presentaran a través de la Seu Electrònica (https://soller.sedelectronica.es) dins el termini indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si les persones excloses o omeses no esmenen el defecte o no presenten els documents preceptius, es consideraran excloses del procediment mitjançant la resolució per la qual s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses a la qual es refereix el paràgraf següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Acabat el termini al qual fa referència la base 7.1 i esmenades les sol·licituds, si escau, la presidència de la Corporació, o autoritat delegada, dictarà la resolució que declararà aprovada la llista definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos. Aquesta resolució es publicarà segons la base 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement a les persones interessades que es compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el citat anunci o mitjançant anunci posterior, degudament publicat al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, s'indicarà el lloc, data i hora de l'inici del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. Tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina l'article 60 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic i supletòriament l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la CAIB i article 4 del Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un/a president/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dos vocals, un/a dels quals actuarà com a secretari/a amb veu i vot. S'hauran de designar els corresponents suplents. Un per cadascun dels titulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal hauran de pertanyes a un grup superior o igual al del lloc objecte del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els membres del tribunal tenen veu i vot, i les seves decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria d'assistents i el vot del president dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del Tribunal s'ajustarà al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al funcionament del Tribunal li és d'aplicació el règim jurídic previst a la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, a la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic i a les bases d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d'assessors especialistes per a aquelles proves en què sigui necessària i també de col·laboradors en tasques de vigilància i de control del desenvolupament dels distints exercicis. Aquests assessors i col·laboradors es limitaran a prestar l'assistència i la col·laboració que se'ls sol·liciti i tindran veu, però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon al tribunal qualificador resoldre totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació d'aquestes bases i també allò que pertoqui en els casos no prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords del tribunal només podran ser impugnats en els supòsits i en la forma establerta a la Llei de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. Procediment de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà de dues fases: concurs i oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Fase d'oposició (fins a 60 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima de la fase d'oposició serà de 60 punts. L'oposició constarà dos exercicis, ambdós de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER EXERCICI.- L'exercici consistirà en contestar un qüestionari de 20 preguntes tipus test amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals només una serà correcta. Les 16 primeres seran ordinàries i avaluables, i les 4 darreres seran de reserva. Els aspirants marcaran les contestacions en els corresponents fulls d'examen. Totes les preguntes correspondran al temari contingut a l'Annex II d'aquestes bases. El temps per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de 65 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El criteri de correcció serà el següent: resposta correcta, 2,5 punts; les respostes errònies i les preguntes no contestades no suposen cap descompte. Els aspirants seran convocats en crida única, i seran exclosos de l'oposició els qui no hi compareguin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es puntuarà amb un màxim de 40 punts, sent eliminats els aspirants que no obtinguin una puntuació mínima de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclòs l'exercici, i una vegada realitzada la correcció de la prova, el tribunal qualificador farà públic el resultat del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició al taulell d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'ajuntament, amb la publicació del llistat d'aspirants que han superat la prova, amb expressió de la seva identitat i la puntuació obtinguda, atorgant als interessats un termini de tres dies hàbils per tal que puguin formular-ne al·legacions o reclamacions o sol·licitar revisió de l'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'existir reclamacions, al·legacions o sol·licituds de revisió, el tribunal qualificador, un cop examinades, les resoldrà i en farà públic el resultat al taulell d'anuncis de la seu electrònica. Un cop resoltes les al·legacions o revisions, si n'hi hagués, i d'acord amb el seu resultat, el tribunal procedirà a fer públic el llistat definitiu de resultats del primer exercici. En el mateix acte, el tribunal anunciarà la data, hora i lloc de realització del segon exercici de la fase d'oposició. En tot cas, entre l'anunci de la data i la realització de cada exercici hi haurà d'haver un termini mínim de cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON EXERCICI.- Consistirà en la resolució d'un supòsit pràctic, ja es tracti d'un plantejament únic o el plantejament de vàries qüestions de caràcter pràctic, relacionat amb les matèries del temari i amb les tasques i funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. El temps màxim de la prova serà de 90 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest exercici el tribunal valorarà la capacitat per aplicar els coneixements a les situacions pràctiques que es plantegin, la sistemàtica, la capacitat d'organització, la capacitat d'anàlisi i síntesi i la capacitat d'expressió de l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la realització d'aquest exercici els aspirants podran fer ús de textos legals, així com de calculadora. Els textos els han d'aportar les persones aspirants en format paper, no permetent-se la consulta per mitjans electrònics. En tot cas els textos legals objecte de consulta no contindran comentaris doctrinals jurisprudencials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es puntuarà amb un màxim de 20 punts, sent eliminats els aspirants que no obtinguin una puntuació mínima de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclòs l'exercici, i una vegada realitzada la correcció de la prova, el tribunal qualificador farà públic el resultat del segon exercici de la fase d'oposició al taulell d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'ajuntament, amb la publicació del llistat d'aspirants que han superat la prova, amb expressió de la seva identitat i la puntuació obtinguda, atorgant als interessats un termini de tres dies hàbils per tal que puguin formular-ne al·legacions o reclamacions o sol·licitar revisió de l'examen realitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'existir reclamacions, al·legacions o sol·licituds de revisió, el tribunal qualificador, un cop examinades, les resoldrà i en farà públic el resultat al taulell d'anuncis. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Fase de concurs (fins a 40 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.1 Autobaremació de mèrits i acreditació de mèrits al·legats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tal i com estableix la base sisena, les persones aspirants han d'emplenar, juntament amb la sol·licitud de participació i d'acord amb el tràmit telemàtic, el full d'autobaremació de mèrits, que té la consideració de declaració responsable en els termes que preveu l'article 69 de la Llei 39/2015. En aquest full d'autobaremació els aspirants han d'al·legar, sota la seva responsabilitat, quins són els mèrits dels quals disposa d'entre els previstos en l'Annex I. Només es reconeixeran i seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de publicació de la convocatòria al BOE, no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts amb posterioritat. La falsedat en les dades consignades en l'al·legació de mèrits determina l'exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver-hi participat, a més de les actuacions legals que es derivin per la falsedat en les dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants queden vinculats pels mèrits que al·leguen en el tràmit telemàtic, per tant, la puntuació resultant dels mèrits declarats determina la puntuació màxima que poden obtenir en la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la fase d'oposició i amb la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que l'han superada, aquests disposen del termini de 10 dies hàbils per acreditar els mèrits al·legats en l'autobaremació, d'acord amb l'establert a l'Annex I, telemàticament a través del tràmit disponible a la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, https://soller.sedelectronica.es. Durant aquest tràmit no s'admet l'al·legació de nous mèrits no especificats a la declaració inicial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits dels aspirants s'han d'haver assolit en la data de publicació de la convocatòria al BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats pel personal de l'Ajuntament de Sóller que constin en el seu expedient personal s'incorporaran d'ofici per l'Administració, sense que sigui necessari acreditar-lo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades també poden adjuntar la documentació que considerin pertinent per completar o aclarir els certificats o títols que figuren en l'expedient personal o que han acreditat, quan pertoqui, i que poden plantejar dubtes als tribunals sobre la procedència de valorar-los.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els interessats són els responsables de la veracitat dels documents presentats electrònicament en les diverses fases dels procediments selectius, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment, quan la rellevància del document ho exigeixi o hi hagi dubtes que derivin de la qualitat de la còpia, l'Administració pot sol·licitar a la persona interessada que exhibeixi el document o la informació original per tal de fer l'acarament de les còpies que hagi aportat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.2 Comprovació dels mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal revisarà la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats seguint el barem que figura en l'Annex I. Només seran objecte de valoració els mèrits relacionats al full d'autobaremació presentat amb la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal requerirà als aspirants, si escau, que esmenin els defectes que presenti la documentació indicativa dels mèrits atorgant un termini de d'esmena de 3 dies hàbils. També pot reclamar formalment a les persones interessades els aclariments o, si pertoca, la documentació addicional que consideri necessària per disposar dels elements de judici necessaris de cara a valorar els mèrits que han al·legat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada conclòs el procediment de revisió i baremació, el Tribunal aprovarà una llista provisional amb les puntuacions que han obtingut les persones aspirants. Aquesta llista s'ha de publicar de major a menor puntuació total. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista provisional de puntuacions, per al·legar les rectificacions que considerin pertinents sobre la valoració provisional de mèrits del concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal ha de resoldre de forma motivada les al·legacions efectuades pels aspirants mitjançant la corresponent publicació en els llocs indicats en la base 4. Un cop resoltes les al·legacions s'ha de publicar, en els mateixos termes, la llista definitiva de valoració de mèrits dels concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. Resultat del concurs oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Ordre de prelació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació de les persones aspirants que hagin superat el concurs oposició, que no pot contenir un nombre de persones superior al de places convocades quedarà determinat per la suma de la puntuació obtinguda en els exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de la fase d'oposició i de la valoració dels mèrits corresponents de la fase de concurs, calculada amb la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nota total (0 a 100 punts) = nota de l'aspirant a la fase d'oposició (0 a 60 punts) + punts mèrits de l'aspirant en la fase de concurs (0 a 40 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Criteris de desempat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que es produeixin empats, s'han de resoldre atenent successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Major puntuació en l'apartat d'experiència professional de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Major puntuació en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Major puntuació en el segon examen de la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3 Proposta del tribunal de nomenament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal elevarà a la Presidència de la Corporació la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aspirants que han superat el procediment selectiu, amb la proposta de nomenament com a funcionari de carrera de l'aspirant que havent superat la fase d'oposició hagi obtingut una major puntuació total en el global del concurs oposició, d'acord amb l'establert en els apartats anteriors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no pot aprovar ni declarar que ha superat el procediment selectiu un nombre de persones superior al de places convocades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Això no obstant, amb la finalitat d'assegurar la cobertura de les places convocades, quan hi hagi renúncies d'aspirants seleccionats abans del nomenament o presa de possessió, la Presidència de la Corporació disposarà de la prelació complementària de les persones aspirants que vagin a continuació de la proposada, per ordre de puntuació, per al seu possible nomenament com a personal funcionari de carrera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4 Publicació de la llista d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Presidència de la Corporació, a la vista de la proposta anterior, dictarà resolució per la que ordenarà la publicació al taulell d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller i al BOIB, de l'aspirant que ha superat el procediment selectiu per a l'ingrès a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala de serveis especials, classe personal d'oficis, denominació Oficial 1ª Electricista, de l'Ajuntament de Sóller. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no es presenta la documentació dins el termini fixat o si en el moment d'examinar la documentació es dedueix que hi manca algun dels requisits exigits, la persona interessada no podrà ser nomenada com a personal funcionari i les seves actuacions quedaran anul·lades, sens perjudici de la responsabilitat en què hagi incorregut per falsedat en la sol·licitud inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant proposat no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar el nomenament de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació en el concurs-oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA.- Nomenament i presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada revisada i conforme la documentació a què fa referència la base anterior, la persona que hagi superat el concurs oposició serà nomenada, per resolució de la Batlia, personal funcionari de carrera de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala de serveis especials, classe personal d'oficis, denominació Oficial 1ª Electricista de l'Ajuntament de Sóller. Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sóller i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presa de possessió s'ha d'efectuar en el termes legalment prevists de la categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA. BORSES DE PERSONAL INTERÍ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que hagin participat en aquest procediment i no hagin superat el procés selectiu s'han d'incloure en una borsa de personal interí de la corresponent categoria i especialitat en el qual hagin participat. Aquesta borsa ha de tenir de caràcter preferent a qualsevol altra borsa ordinària i/o extraordinària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal conformarà una llista per ordre de puntuació. Amb aquesta llista es constituirà una borsa de personal interí mitjançant Resolució de la Presidència de la Corporació o autoritat delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris i precisos pel bon ordre del procés selectiu en tots aquells assumptes que no es recullin en les presents bases, sempre amb estricta observança de la normativa vigent aplicable en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La puntuació màxima de la fase de concurs serà de 40 punts. Els mèrits al·legats i justificats pels aspirants en la fase de concurs i que el tribunal valorarà es regiran pel barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiència professional (màxim fins a 30 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Administració Local i altres organismes públics: 0,50 punts per mes efectiu de serveis prestats (màx 15). En aquest apartat es valoraran els serveis prestats en l'Administració en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera, interí o laboral, pertanyent als cossos generals com a Oficial 1ª electricista. No es computaran les fraccions inferiors a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Empreses privades: 0,25 punts per mes efectiu de serveis prestats (màx. 15). En el cas d'empreses privades, es valoraran els serveis prestats com a Oficial 1ª electricista o amb funcions equivalents a dita categoria. No es computaran les fraccions inferiors a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditació: En empresa pública, mitjançant certificat de serveis prestats amb data d'inici i finalització de la relació laboral, categoria i funcions expedit per l'òrgan competent de l'Administració de què es tracti. En empresa privada, mitjançant certificat d'empresa amb indicació de la data d'alta i baixa, categoria professional, tipus de contracte i funcions realitzades. Excepcionalment, per al cas d'extinció de l'empresa on es van prestar els serveis, s'aportaran els documents originals o fotocòpies degudament confrontades que justifiquin de forma fefaent les dades indicades anteriorment (Informe de vida laboral i contracte de treball).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats per a l'administració pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la llei de contractes, ni tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de personal eventual o de confiança o alt càrrec o càrrec electiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditació de l'experiència professional i documentació a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El límit temporal per valorar l'experiència professional serà la data de publicació en el BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'experiència professional es computa per mesos complets. Si bé es tendran en compte les fraccions de temps inferiors a un mes per a la suma total del temps computable, una vegada efectuada la suma del total del temps computable es descartaran les fraccions de temps inferior a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats com a personal funcionari de les administracions públiques, s'hauran d'acreditar mitjançant certificat lliurat per l'organisme competent de l'administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'efecte de valorar el treball desenvolupat s'ha de computar el temps que els candidats hagin estat en les situacions d'excedències, reduccions de jornada, permisos o altres beneficis relacionats amb la maternitat o paternitat i per raó de guarda legal o cura de familiars o per motiu de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Estar en possessió del Permís de Conducció classe “C1” o "C": 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Estar en possessió de títol de tècnic en grau mitjà o títol de tècnic en grau superior en la disciplina objecte d'avaluació en la fase d'oposició (màx 4 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1- Estar en possessió del títol de tècnic en grau mitjà: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2- Estar en possessió del títol de tècnic en grau superior: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es puntuarà el títol del major nivell en cada disciplina amb un màxim de 4 punts en el total d'aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Accions formatives (fins a 5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos rebuts o impartits, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, en el marc de l'Acord de Formació per a l'Ocupació o dels plans de formació contínua del personal de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits o promoguts, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, per qualsevol administració pública territorial. Dins el concepte d'administració pública territorial s'emmarquen els cursos impartits per ens del sector públic adscrits i dependents d'aquests administracions territorials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits o promoguts, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, per qualsevol escola d'administració pública, o bé homologats per aquestes escoles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, per les organitzacions sindicals en el marc dels antics acords de formació contínua en les administracions públiques (AFCAP) com en l'actual Acord de Formació per a l'Ocupació de les Administracions Públiques (AFEDAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, pels col·legis oficials professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran només els cursos relacionats amb el lloc a cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de les accions formatives es farà mitjançant certificacions o documents oficials estesos per les administracions i/o organismes competents, i han d'incloure les hores de durada o els crèdits dels cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat serà valorat d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Els cursos amb aprofitament o impartits es valoraran a raó de 0,15 punts per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Els cursos amb assistència es valoraran a raó de 0,08 punts per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
