&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.46cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC FORMULAR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L'informe d'impacte ambiental&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;sobre la modificació de la dotació dels serveis urbanístics de l'àmbit de la Unitat d'Execució UE/71-04,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;T.M. de Palma. , en els termes següents: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Determinació de subjecció a avaluació ambiental i tramitació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tramitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aquest projecte es tramita segons la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental d'acord amb l'article 7, &lt;em&gt;Àmbit d'aplicació de l'avaluació d'impacte ambiental, &lt;/em&gt;apartat &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Seran objecte d'una avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Qualsevol modificació de les característiques d'un projecte de l'annex I o de l'annex II, diferent de les modificacions descrites en l'article 7.1.c) ja autoritzats, executats o en procés d'execució, que pugui tenir efectes adversos significatius sobre el medi ambient.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'anterior, el projecte serà objecte d'una Avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental Simplificada i s'haurà de seguir la tramitació ambiental establerta al títol II, capítol II, secció 2ª de la llei esmentada, així com complir amb les prescripcions dels articles 21, 22, 30 i 31 del Text refós de la Llei d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears, aprovat per Decret legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, que li siguin d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Descripció i ubicació del projecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sego&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ns el document ambiental presentat pel promotor, l'objecte del projecte és la urbanització de la Unitat d'Execució UE/71-04, prevista en la modificació puntual de P.G.O.U. de Palma referida a la prolongació del carrer Callao en la parcel·la qualificada com SL3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. S'indica que les infraestructures a modificar es troben en funcionament i que disposen de recursos compromesos d'aigua potable i de tractament d'aigües residuals amb la capacitat necessària, assignada i reservada per a tota la xarxa del Sector de Llevant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Avaluació dels efectes previsibles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons el document ambiental l'execució del projecte generarà els següents impactes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Emissions de pols i soroll a conseqüència de les obres de modificació del projecte d'urbanització executat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Emissions de CO₂ derivades de l'execució de les obres permoviments de terra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ocupació del terreny, moviments d'Ocupació del terreny &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Risc de pèrdua del recurs edàfic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Consultes a les administracions públiques afectades i persones interessades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d'avaluació ambiental&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, s'han realitzat consultes a les següents administracions previsiblement afectades per la realització del projecte: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Servei d'Estudis i Planificació de la Direcció General de Recursos Hídrics (DGRH) de la Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; (VALIB &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;291594)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Consideracions tècniques(...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Segons la informació disponible al Servei de Protecció d'Espècies, no hi ha constància de la presència d'espècies catalogades o amenaçades a la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Segons el criteri del Servei de Protecció d'Espècies, no és de preveure que el projecte pugui suposar un efecte negatiu sobre les espècies catalogades o amenaçades, sempre que es portin a terme les mesures previstes, així com el pla de vigilància ambiental.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això, inform favorablement sobre el projecte urbanització UE 71/04 Avinguda Mèxic cantonada C/ Brotad T.M. Palma.».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Servei de Canvi Climàtic i Atmosfera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en relació a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la consulta efectuada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Per tot això, i en relació a la perspectiva climàtica en la tramitació ambiental, i atès que no es preveu que pugui tenir efectes significatius, s'informa favorablement l'avaluació ambiental simplificada sempre que es compleixi els següents condicionants (Les referències a articles son de la Llei 10/2019 de canvi climàtic):&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El projecte ha d'incloure:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Generació d'energia renovable en el projecte (Article 42.1)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A tal efecte es pot consultar el Catàleg de materials sostenibles de les Illes Balears que es pot consultar en el següent enllaç:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Com a mesures per a reduir els efectes del canvi climàtic es recomana incloure les mesures suggerides per a reducció d'emissions de l'annex 5 del Decret 48/2021, de 13 de desembre, regulador del Registre balear de petjada de carboni.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Servei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tècnics d'Urbanisme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en relació a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la consulta efectuada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;« Conclusions&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vegada examinada la documentació, i seguint els criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, es considera que es donen les circumstàncies per concórrer dins el supòsits d'avaluació ambiental simplificada prevists a l'article 7 de l'esmentada Llei 21/2013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es tracta d'un projecte previst en el planejament municipal que haurà de complir amb les determinacions previstes en la fitxa d'aquest i amb les determinacions del PG vigent de Palma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es considera que el present projecte d'urbanització es desenvolupa a una parcel·la amb risc d'inundació atès que es troba afectada per la zona inundable estudiada per l'ARPSI del Torrent de na Bàrbara (períodes de retorn de cent anys). Els calats de referència es poden consultar al 2n cicle dels mapes de perillositat i risc d'inundació aprovats per la DG de Recursos Hídrics. S'hauran de complir les mesures preventives previstes pel Pla de gestió del risc d'inundació de la DHIB, aprovat a data de 21 de març de 2023, RD 198/2023. En tot cas, aquestes es poden incorporar a la tramitació de la preceptiva autorització. A tal efecte, es recomanen les mesures referents als sistemes de urbans de drenatge sostenible incloses en les «Guies d'adaptació al risc d'inundació i criteris constructius de noves edificacions en zones inundables», del Ministeri per a la Transició Ecològica i el Repte Demogràfic, d'acord amb la DG d'Emergències i Interior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tal de garantir la protecció del domini públic hidràulic subterrani, s'atendrà al que disposa l'annex I de la Llei 6/1999, de 3 d'abril, de les directrius d'ordenació territorial de les Illes Balears i de mesures tributàries: «durant l'execució de les obres, s'han d'adoptar les màximes precaucions per evitar l'abocament de substàncies contaminants, incloses les derivades del manteniment de les maquinàries».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La proposta s'informa favorablement amb les consideracions contingudes en el present informe. En qualsevol cas, les anteriors observacions es fan des d'una lectura del document que es cenyeix estrictament al previst en la legislació ambiental, a partir del nivell de definició de la documentació aportada, i sense perjudici del sentit dels informes que puguin emetre altres administracions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;afectades.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Anàlisi dels criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'han analitzat els criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental i es contempla que el projecte no pot tenir efectes significatius sobre el medi ambient:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Característiques i ubicació del projecte: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sego&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ns el document ambiental presentat pel promotor, l'objecte del projecte és la urbanització de la Unitat d'Execució UE/71-04, prevista en la modificació puntual de P.G.O.U.&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de Palma referida a la prolongació del carrer Callao en la parcel·la qualificada com SL3. S'indica que les infraestructures a modificar es troben en funcionament i que disposen de recursos compromesos d'aigua potable i de tractament d'aigües residuals amb la capacitat necessària, assignada i reservada per a tota la xarxa del Sector de Llevant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Característiques del potencial impacte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons el document ambiental l'execució del projecte generarà els següents impactes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Emissions de pols i soroll a conseqüència de les obres de modificació del projecte d'urbanització executat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Emissions de CO₂ derivades de l'execució de les obres per moviments de terra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ocupació del terreny, moviments d'Ocupació del terreny &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Risc de pèrdua del recurs edàfic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) En la resolució de l'Informe Ambiental estratègic relatiu a la modificació, es van imposar condicionants que van quedar incorporats en el propi planejament urbanístic i han estat introduïts, els que són aplicables, en el projecte d'urbanització:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Instal·lació d'una barrera vegetal d'espècies mediterrànies perennes, de baix requeriment hídric i creixement ràpid, per a minimitzar l'impacte visual produït per les noves edificacions, des de l'autovia de Llevant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Reserva de places d'aparcament a la via pública per a ús exclusiu de vehicles lliures d'emissions, i disposició de punts de recàrrega per a vehicles elèctrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Compliment de les mesures ambientals previstes al document ambiental estratègic, redactat per la Sra. Miquela Noguera Ferrando, tècnica de medi ambient del Departament de Planejament Urbanístic de l'Ajuntament de Palma, amb data 22 de juliol de 2020. inclou entre les mesures aspectes relatius a les&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;edificacions (no són objecte de la modificació del projecte d'urbanització executat) i aspectes que afecten aquest projecte d'urbanització, els quals s'han incorporat en el projecte d'urbanització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Conclusions de l'Informe d'impacte ambiental&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No subjectar a avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental ordinària el projecte de la modificació de la dotació dels serveis urbanístics de l'àmbit de la Unitat d'Execució UE/ 71-04 , T.M. de Palma, redactat per Antoni Clar Monserrat amb número de col·legiat 653, signat en data 21 de febrer de 2024, atès que no es preveu que pugui tenir efectes significatius sobre el medi ambient d'acord amb els criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013, sempre que es compleixin les mesures correctores /protectores proposades en el document ambiental, redactat i signat pel Sr. Àngel Maria Pomar i Gomà, llicenciat en Biologia i l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Sra. Clara Fuertes Salom, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ambientòloga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en data de març de 2024, i els condicionants &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dels diferents Serveis consultats i resumits en aquest informe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Es publicarà el present informe ambiental al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.3 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1a1718"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; L'informe d'impacte ambiental perdrà la seva vigència i cessarà en la producció dels efectes que li són propis si, una vegada publicat en el BOIB, no s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'hagués procedit a l'autorització del projecte en el termini màxim de sis anys des de la publicació, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 21 bis del Text refós de la Llei d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Q&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uart. L'informe d'impacte ambiental no ha de ser objecte de cap recurs, sense perjudici dels que, si s'escau, siguin procedents en la via administrativa o judicial davant de l'acte, si s'escau, d'autorització del projecte, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.5 de la Llei 21/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; Aquesta resolució s'emet sense perjudici de les competències urbanístiques, de gestió o territorials de les administracions competents i de les autoritzacions o informes necessaris per a l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
