&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cosa que fem pública al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, als efectes establerts a l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les bases reguladores del procediment selectiu que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta resolució, per cobrir, com a personal laboral fixo, pel torn lliure i pel sistema de concurs-oposició, una plaça de Treballador/a Familiar, grup de classificació professional 4, vacant i dotada pressupostàriament, corresponent a l'oferta pública d'ocupació de l'any 2023 de l' ajuntament d' Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Convocar el procediment selectiu d'acord amb el contingut de les bases que s'aproven. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Publicar les bases de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, així com publicar al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat l´anunci de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició, a interposar davant aquesta Batlia, en el termini d'un mes des de la seva publicació al BOIB, d'acord amb l'establert als articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o bé directament i de forma alternativa recurs contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb l'establert als articles esmentats i als articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, a interposar davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- OBJECTE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la selecció, pel procediment de concurs-oposició, d'una plaça de tècnic sociosanitària (treballador/a familiar), personal laboral fix, grup 4, de la plantilla de personal laboral de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes bases i el corresponent procediment selectiu es regiran de conformitat amb els termes establerts al Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, a la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB, el Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, i supletòriament, per a allò no previst a l'anterior; al Reial Decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat; en el Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, pel qual s'estableixen les regles bàsiques i programes mínims del procediment de selecció dels funcionaris d'Administració i en la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria d'aquesta plaça està vinculada a la provisió del lloc de treball vacant de Treballador/a familiar, codi 7110, reservat a personal laboral:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Retribucions: Les retribucions que corresponen al lloc de treball associat a la plaça convocada són les establertes per al lloc de treball de treballador/a familiar al Conveni Col·lectiu del Personal Laboral de l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les funcions seran les pròpies del lloc de treball objecte de provisió, les professionals, que estaran adscrites al Servei d'Ajuda a Domicili Municipal i prestaran suport de caire assistencial i socioeducatiu en el entorn habitual de vida de les persones i famílies usuàries del servei que no poden fer-se càrrec de forma autònoma de les tasques de cura personal, de la llar o de tipus social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre d'altres, desenvoluparan les següents funcions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tasques d'atenció i cures personals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suport la higiene personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suport a la mobilització dins la llar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control i suport de l'alimentació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suport a la cura de la salut i control de medicació prescrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aplicació de tècniques de prevenció d'accidents dins la llar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desenvolupament d'activitats relacionades amb la gestió i funcionament de la unitat de convivència administració i control de despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Observació i detecció de les necessitats i les situacions de risc de la persona o de l'entorn familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tasques d'atenció domèstica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats d'organització i manteniment de la llar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cura de la roba de la persona i organització, canvis d'armaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suport a les tasques de manteniment bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Capacitació d'habilitats parentals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atencions relacionades amb la criança de menors o persones amb necessitats d'atenció específiques en funció del pla d'intervenció familiar establert pels tècnics de serveis socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Intervencions de caràcter rehabilitador, psicosocial, domèstic, d'atenció personal i en l'entorn personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Intervenció en els domicilis per a la higiene de persones majors i dependents, mobilitzacions, control de medicació i d'alimentació, acompanyaments, així com suport a les persones dependents en el domicili a les necessitats de la vida diària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participació activa en el seguiment dels casos, reunions d'equip i aquelles intervencions que en cada cas es valorin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Registre informàtic de les intervencions realitzades i de seguiment de casos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Altres tasques relacionades amb les anteriors que, puguin ser atribuïdes en relació al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De manera excepcional, si es produeixen necessitats temporal de personal en el Centre de dia, es podrà utilitzar la borsa que s'integri per a l'ocupació temporal de places en aquesta institució social, quan el servei sigui gestionat per l'Ajuntament de manera directa. També de forma excepcional, podran ser assignades tasques a realitzar en el Centre de dia de manera temporal, quan el servei sigui prestat directament per l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes bases i el corresponent procediment selectiu es regiran de conformitat amb els termes establerts al Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, a la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB, el Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, i supletòriament, per a allò no previst a l'anterior; al Reial Decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat; en el Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny, pel qual s'estableixen les regles bàsiques i programes mínims del procediment de selecció dels funcionaris d'Administració i en la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia tracta les dades personals de les persones sol·licitants i de les persones seleccionades en aquests processos selectius amb la finalitat de gestionar la seva sol·licitud i les actuacions objecte de les corresponents convocatòries, i es sotmet a les obligacions previstes en el Reglament Europeu 2016/679, de 27 d'abril, General de Protecció de Dades (RGPD, en endavant) i la resta de normativa complementària. La corporació realitzarà les tasques necessàries perquè s'acompleixin els principis i deures establerts en la normativa vigent sobre la matèria, per garantir que no hi ha risc per als drets i llibertats dels/de les sol·licitants i dels/de les seleccionats/des. Les dades personals facilitades en els processos selectius regulats per aquestes bases seran tractades per l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia amb l'única finalitat de gestionar-les, d'acord amb l'article 66 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que, tot i haver superat les proves de la fase d'oposició i/o concurs, no siguin proposats per ser nomenats o contractats perquè no superin el procés selectius s'incorporaran a una borsa de treball que l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia utilitzarà per cobrir les vacants temporals que es produeixin al llarg del proper exercici o fins que es repeteixi una nova convocatòria de grups i subgrups o escales i subescales idèntics o grups assimilats idèntics en el cas de personal laboral, ja siguin derivades de contingències comunes com de situacions administratives amb dret a reserva del lloc de treball o de llocs vacants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- REQUISITS DELS/ DE LES ASPIRANTS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, els requisits següents, dels quals han d'estar en possessió durant tot el procés selectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun Estat membre de la Unió Europea o que, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació dels treballadors. També podran ser admesos el cònjuge, els descendents i els descendents del cònjuge, tant dels ciutadans espanyols com dels nacionals dels estats membres de la Unió Europea, qualsevol que sigui la seva nacionalitat, sempre que els cònjuges no estiguin separats de dret i els descendents siguin menors de 21 anys o majors d'aquesta edat però visquin a càrrec dels seus progenitors i al cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret. Tal i com estableix l'article 57 de RDL 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova l'EBEP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant que no tingui la nacionalitat espanyola ha d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el seu permís de residència i de treball si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa, ambdues referides a la data de finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Estar en possessió d'una o de les següents titulacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol del Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà d'atenció a persones en situació de dependència que estableix el Reial decret 1593/2011, de 4 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El títol de Tècnic de grau mitjà en cures Auxiliars d'Infermeria que estableix el Reial decret 546/1995, de 7 d'abril, pel qual s'estableix el currículum del cicle formatiu de grau mitjà corresponent a aquesta titulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El títol de Tècnic de grau mitjà en Atenció Sociosanitària que estableix el Reial decret 496/2003, de 2 de maig, pel qual s'estableixen aquest títol i els corresponents ensenyaments comuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O alternativament, estar en possessió de les dues titulacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El certificat de professionalitat d'Atenció Sociosanitària a persones dependents en institucions socials, regulat pel Reial decret 1379/2008, d'1 d'agost, pel qual s'estableixen dos certificats de professionalitat de la família professional Serveis socioculturals i a la comunitat que s'inclouen en el Repertori nacional de certificats de professionalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El certificat de professionalitat d'atenció sociosanitària en el domicili, regulat pel Reial decret 1379/2008, d'1 d'agost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Estar en possessió del permís de conduir B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponents al nivell del certificat A2, de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, de l'EBAP, de l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes o equivalents. En el cas que els aspirants optin per acreditar els coneixements de llengua catalana mitjançant l'aportació del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, els títols vàlids seran els expedits o homologats pels organismes competents i d'acord amb la legislació vigent quant a aquesta matèria, o en el cas de no disposar del mateix, hauran de realitzar una prova de coneixements.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per accedir al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de tenir la nacionalitat d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent, ni haver estat sotmès a cap sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) No haver estat condemnat/ada per sentència ferma per algun delicte contra la llibertat i indemnitat sexual, que inclou l'agressió i abús sexual, l'assetjament sexual, l'exhibicionisme i provocació sexual, la prostitució i explotació sexual i corrupció de menors, així com per tracte d'éssers humans, requisit introduït per la Llei 26/2015, de 38 de juliol, de modificació del sistema de protecció de la infància i l'adolescència, que modifica l'article 13 de la Llei orgànica 1/1996, de 15 de gener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit d'haver presentat un títol equivalent a l'exigit haurà d'al·legar la norma que estableixi l'equivalència, o si no, haurà d'adjuntar un certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent que acrediti l'esmentada equivalència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, les persones aspirants hauran d'estar en possessió de la credencial que n'acrediti l'homologació o de la credencial per exercir la professió corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits establerts en els apartats anteriors s'hauran de complir el darrer dia de presentació de sol·licituds i se n'haurà de gaudir durant el període selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb anterioritat a la contractació, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no està sotmesa a cap dels motius d'incompatibilitat establerts en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, que regula les incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracion&amp;nbsp;públiques o s'haurà de comprometre, si s'escau, a exercir l'oportuna opció en el període de temps que preveu l'article 10 de la disposició legal anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1- FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies per participar al concurs-oposició s'hauran de presentar, segons el model normalitzat que figura a l'Annex II d'aquestes bases, adreçades a la Sra. Batlessa de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. Dites instàncies es podran presentar a l'Oficina d'Atenció a la Ciutadania, en el registre general electrònic de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de VINT DIES HÀBILS, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE). Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. Els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i en el seu cas, en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, les persones interessades hauran d'acompanyar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Una fotocòpia del document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol/a, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Una fotocòpia simple del títol acadèmic exigit en cada convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Còpia autèntica, o còpia adverada/compulsada del certificat, títol o diploma de coneixement del nivell exigit A2 de llengua catalana. En el cas de no disposar del mateix, hauran de realitzar una prova de coneixements.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa sempre i quan determini la mancança dels requisits per participar en la convocatòria, comportarà l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant des del moment en que s'adverteixi, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits de les persones aspirants que s'hagin de valorar en la fase de concurs NO s'han de presentar amb la instància inicial. S'hauran de presentar dins el termini de DEU dies naturals comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació del llistat definitiu de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició, adjuntat l'Annex III d'aquesta convocatòria. La data màxima en la qual es tindran en compte els mèrits a valorar és la data límit de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procediment selectiu objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, amb independència de la data de presentació de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits aportats per part de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase. A més, no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts abans de la publicació de la convocatòria que siguin al·legats però que no es justifiquin degudament dins el termini de presentació de mèrits abans indicat. Els documents acreditatius de mèrits hauran de ser originals (acompanyats de fotocòpia) per a la seva compulsa en el moment de la presentació, o bé còpies degudament adverades per l'autoritat, organisme o fedatari públic competent. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits, llevat de defectes merament formals advertits en la documentació presentada per l'aspirant, sempre que aquesta acrediti el mèrit al·legat en l'aspecte substantiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ADMISSIÓ D'ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la batlessa dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament; es concedirà un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, i seran esmenats els errors. Els/les sol·licitants que dins el termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admesos seran definitivament exclosos/oses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop examinades les que s'haguessin presentat, es publicarà la relació definitiva d'admesos a través dels mitjans esmentats. Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi haguessin, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la Resolució que aprovi la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis del procediment selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva sense necessitat de nova resolució, circumstància que es farà pública mitjançant diligència, al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la publicació de la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses es farà pública la data, lloc i hora de realització del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els òrgans de selecció seran col·legiats i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-la aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal està format per tres membres (un president, un secretari i un vocal) i els seus respectius suplents, per cobrir les absències que es puguin produir. Tots els membres del tribunal seran funcionaris de carrera i/o personal laboral fix, d'igual o superior categoria a la de la plaça convocada, i amb titulació acadèmica d'igual o superior nivell a l'exigida per a l'ingrés en la subescala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'han d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre de les proves en tot el que no preveuen aquestes bases. Tanmateix resoldrà les al·legacions que li siguin plantejades. Tots els membres del Tribunal Qualificador, tindran veu i vot. En el cas que es produeixi un empat en les decisions del Tribunal, el president podrà fer ús del vot de qualitat per desfer-lo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar de la incorporació d'assessors especialistes, amb veu i sense vot, en cadascuna de les proves del procés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per efectuar funcions de vigilància del correcte desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. PROCÉS SELECTIU:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà de tres fases: prova de català (en el seu cas), oposició i concurs, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 61 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, i l'article 91 del Decret 214/1990, de 30 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament del personal al servei de les entitats locals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 PROVA DE CATALÀ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova consistirà en la realització d´un exercici de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell A2, la qual es qualificarà com a apte o no apte, i serà eliminatòria. Aquesta prova es durà a terme per part del Servei de Normalització lingüística de l'Ajuntament d´Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada conclosa la prova de català, el Tribunal qualificador farà públic el resultat d´aquesta al tauler d'anuncis electrònic, atorgant als interessats un termini de dos dies hàbils per tal que puguin formular-ne al·legacions o reclamacions o sol·licitar revisió dels exàmens realitzats. El tribunal qualificador, un cop examinades les al·legacions, les resoldrà i en farà públic el resultat al tauler d'anuncis electrònic. En el mateix acte, el Tribunal anunciarà la data, hora i lloc en que es constituirà a l'objecte de realitzar l'exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estaran exempts de realitzar aquesta prova les persones aspirants que acreditin estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell exigit o un superior, mitjançant l´aportació d´un certificat expedit per un organisme reconegut a aquest efecte en la legislació vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es reconeixeran els certificats que es presentin inclosos a l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013, i segons el règim temporal i d'equivalències que s'hi estableix. Els certificats s'hauran de presentar mitjançant còpia autèntica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. FASE D'OPOSICIÓ: 60 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements generals i específics. De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer exercici: Coneixements generals i específics. 0-30 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en una prova escrita tipus test, que contindrà un total de 35 preguntes avaluables, de les quals 5 seran de reserva, amb quatre respostes alternatives de les quals només una serà la correcta, relacionades amb tot el temari que es detalla a l'Annex I d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es puntuarà de 0 a 30 punts, quedant eliminats automàticament els aspirants que no obtinguin la qualificació mínima de 15 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada pregunta contestada correctament tindrà una puntuació d'1 punt .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes no resoltes o no contestades no puntuaran. Les preguntes contestades erròniament es penalitzaran amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici tindrà una durada màxima de 60 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tal i com s'estableix al Reglament per a l'ús de la llengua catalana a l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia (BOIB núm. 113, de 20 de setembre de 2001), els aspirants hauran de realitzar en llengua catalana com a mínim un dels exercicis de les proves d'accés. Així, aquest primer exercici es realitzarà en llengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon exercici.- Desenvolupament d'un o diversos supòsits pràctics. De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. 0-30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la resolució, en el termini màxim de 60 minuts, d'un o diversos supòsits pràctics que plantejarà el tribunal, relacionats amb la part del temari de coneixements específics de l'Annex I i amb les tasques a desenvolupar vinculades al lloc de treball a desenvolupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la correcció del raonament, la solució proposada, i la correcta redacció de l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es puntuarà de 0 a 30 punts, quedant eliminats els aspirants que no obtinguin la qualificació mínima de 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que es plantegi més d'un cas pràctic, cadascun d'ells es valorarà entre o 0 30 punts, i el resultat global del segon exercici vendrà de l'aplicació de la mitjana aritmètica de les notes de cada un dels casos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. FASE DE CONCURS: màxim 40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs serà posterior a la fase d'oposició i en cap supòsit servirà per superar la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop acabada la fase d'oposició, el Tribunal passarà a valorar els mèrits adduïts per aquells aspirants que hagin superat la fase de l'oposició, d'acord amb el barem previst en aquesta base. Els mèrits es presentaran tal i com s'estableix en la base tercera, en un termini de deu dies naturals des de la publicació del resultat definitiu de la fase d'oposició i adjuntat l'Annex III. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el Tribunal farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament les puntuacions atorgades a cada aspirant, desglossant en els cinc apartats que composen la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els interessats podran sol·licitar revisió i/o audiència al tribunal dins els tres dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final dels aspirants vindrà determinada per la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en cada exercici de la fase d'oposició i dels mèrits valorats en la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, aquest es resoldrà aplicant la següent graduació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Major puntuació en la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Si persisteix l'empat s'aplicarà el criteri de major puntuació en el tercer examen de la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si persisteix l'empat tindrà preferència el/s aspirant/s major/s de 45 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que el Tribunal valorarà en la fase de concurs, seran els següents, sempre que hagin estat prèviament acreditats en el termini i condicions establertes en les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Experiència professional: 20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Per serveis prestats en l'Administració Pública com a Treballador/a Familiar o tècnic/a en atenció Sociosanitària ja sigui com a personal laboral o funcionari, en un lloc igual o similar, amb independència de la seva denominació: 0,30 punts per mes complet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Per experiència en el sector privat exercint funcions directament relacionades amb el lloc convocat: 0,15 punts per mes complet. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. Titulacions acadèmiques. Puntuació màxima: 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Pel títol de tècnic de grau mitjà o equivalents a efectes acadèmics relacionats amb el lloc de feina: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Pel títol de tècnic superior o equivalent a efectes acadèmics o titulació superior relacionats amb el lloc de feina: 6 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No s'han de valorar com a mèrit els estudis que són un requisit previ i necessari per cursar els estudis que es valoren. A aquest efecte, es considerarà com a requisit previ i necessari la titulació conduent a altra titulació o que quedi absorbida per una altra titulació valorada com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C. Formació: 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les accions formatives específiques i relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada sempre i quan es tracti de cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris promoguts per les administracions públiques, els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua entre l'Administració i els agents socials, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) i els cursos impartits per centres docents homologats, col·legis oficials i universitats públiques i/o privades. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competència en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran en tot cas els següents cursos transversals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de tecnologies de la informació i de la comunicació; comunicació i habilitats personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de l'àrea de prevenció de riscos laborals, seguretat i salut laboral. El de nivell superior implica la no valoració del de nivell inferior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos en matèria d'igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Curs de l'àrea d'informàtica vinculats a les funcions del lloc. Es valorarà el títol més recent i de nivell superior de cada temàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tots els casos es valorarà un sol cop les accions formatives de contingut idèntic relatives a una mateixa qüestió o a un mateix programa, encara que s'hi hagi participat més d'una vegada. Es valorarà el curs o l'acció formativa amb més hores de durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos han de tenir una durada superior a deu (10) hores. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament. No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques. Tampoc es valoraran els cursos de doctorat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la plaça es computaran amb 0,02 punts per cada hora d'aprofitament i amb 0,01 punts per cada hora d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos relacionats amb matèries transversals si no tenen relació amb les funcions de la plaça convocada es computaran amb 0,01 punts per cada hora d'aprofitament i amb 0,005 punts per cada hora d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'especifica la durada no podran ser valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D. Coneixement de la llengua catalana superiors als exgitis: 4 punts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Certificat nivell B1: 1 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Certificat nivell B2: 2 punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Certificat nivell C1: 3 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Certificat nivell C2: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu: 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà només el certificat de major coneixement, excepte el certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, que serà acumulable als anteriors, sempre dins del límit màxim de 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits a què es refereix l'apartat anterior s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de la còpia simple de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en administració local, resta d'administracions públiques, o en empreses contractistes d'aquestes: Mitjançant Annex I de Certificació de Serveis Prestats, o certificat equivalent, expedit per l'Administració pública corresponent o, si escau, per certificació emesa per les empreses contractistes de l'administració, còpia de contracte de treball, o qualsevol altre mitjà admissible en Dret, en què consti la plaça i/o lloc de treball exercits o la categoria professional, grup o subgrup de classificació, el període de prestació dels serveis, la vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionari de carrera o interí o personal laboral). No es valoren els serveis prestats com a personal eventual, segons el que estableix l'article 12.4 de l'EBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Treballs realitzats en empreses privades: Serveis prestats a l'empresa privada per compte d'altre: Mitjançant còpia del contracte de treball o bé mitjançant certificat d'empresa en el qual consti la data d'alta i baixa en aquesta, la categoria laboral i el tipus de contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà l'experiència laboral quan de la documentació aportada es desprengui clarament les funcions realitzades i l'analogia amb les del lloc que s'ha de proveir. Es pot acreditar, entre altres documents, mitjançant la presentació d'un certificat de funcions realitzades o un informe de les funcions desenvolupades en el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements orals i escrits de català:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant la presentació d'una còpia original de certificats expedits per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedits o homologats per la Junta Avaluadora de Català, o organisme oficial adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia simple del certificat d'assistència o aprofitament als cursos de formació i perfeccionament impartits o promoguts per les administracions publiques, els impartits en els marc de la formació continua entre l'administració i els agents socials quan el contingut estigui directament relacionat amb les funcions de la borsa a la qual s'opta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, es faran públiques en el tauler d'anuncis i al portal web de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia i en qualsevol altre mitjà que es consideri oportú la llista de puntuacions obtingudes pels aspirants amb indicació del número de Document Nacional d'Identitat (DNI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase de concurs per presentar reclamacions respecte d'aquesta i, una vegada que el Tribunal Qualificador hagi resolt les al·legacions presentades, es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. RELACIÓ DE PERSONES QUE HAN SUPERAT EL CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ, PROPOSTA DEL TRIBUNAL DE CONTRACTACIÓ I PROPOSTA DE CONSTITUCIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini anterior, si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzat el concurs-oposició, i elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aspirants que l'han superat, amb la proposta de contractació com a personal laboral de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut una major puntuació total en el global del concurs-oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta de la borsa de treball que inclourà el llistat de les persones aspirants que hagin superat al manco el primer exercici de la fase d'oposició, amb les corresponents puntuacions obtingudes en les proves superades, així com també les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs d'aquells aspirants que hagin superat tota la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prelació en dita borsa vendrà donada per l'ordre segons les puntuacions obtingudes en el procediment selectiu, inclosa la fase de concurs per aquells aspirants que hi hagin arribat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS I CONTRACTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que siguin proposats pel Tribunal Qualificador, en el termini dels tres dies hàbils des de la publicació de la puntuació definitiva del procediment, hauran de presentar la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia autenticada o fotocòpia original del títol exigit o certificació acadèmica que acrediti que té cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, juntament amb el document que acrediti que ha abonat els drets per a la seva expedició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat mèdic acreditatiu de posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat separat/da, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de les comunitats autònomes o de les entitats locals, i que no està inhabilitat/da per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant proposat no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar la contractació de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentada la documentació, es procedirà a la resolució per a la contractació dels aspirants que hagin superat el procediment selectiu, i es disposarà d'un termini de tres dies hàbils per formalitzar el contracte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d´anuncis electrònic de l´Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. FUNCIONAMENT I VIGÈNCIA DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada seleccionat l'aspirant que superi el procediment selectiu, la Batlia dictarà resolució per la que es constituirà la borsa de treball resultant de dit procediment, per al nomenament de personal laboral temporal o funcionaris interins, que serà objecte de publicació al tauler d'anuncis del lloc web municipal i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball que es constitueixi de la present convocatòria tindrà caràcter preferent a les que es puguin convocar de forma extraordinària un cop exhaurida aquesta borsa, fins a la propera convocatòria de selecció derivada de d'oferta pública que s'aprovi, que substituirà a la borsa que es conformi de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de no disponible aquelles persones integrants de la borsa de treball que estiguin prestant serveis com a personal funcionari interí o personal laboral en l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, corresponent al mateix cos, la mateixa escala o especialitat, o que, per concórrer alguna de les causes previstes en els apartats a, b, c, d, ò e, de la base 10a, no hagin acceptat el lloc ofert. Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en la situació de no disponible en la borsa, no se la cridarà per oferir-li un lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de disponible la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa, amb la conseqüència que se les ha de cridar per oferir-los un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa. Les persones aspirants que, havent-hi renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en la base 10a conserven la posició obtinguda en la borsa. Això no obstant, queden en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap més oferta mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada, amb l'obligació de comunicar l'acabament de les situacions esmentades en la forma i el termini prevists en la base onzena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. RENÚNCIA I EXCLUSIÓ DE LA BORSA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la contractació o el nomenament en el termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres— i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat per la Batlia, s'entén que hi renuncia. Aquest termini ha de ser com a mínim de 3 dies hàbils i com a màxim de 15 dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita d'acord amb l'establert a la base desena anterior se les ha d'excloure de la borsa de treball corresponent, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres—, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels tres dies hàbils següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en període de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors, o trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal per motiu d'embaràs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia o dels seus organismes públics, com a personal funcionari interí en un altre cos o en una altra escala o especialitat, o com a personal laboral temporal o indefinit no fix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la Relació de llocs de treball de les Administracions públiques o dels seus organismes públics dependents com a personal funcionari de carrera i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a cap de les situacions administratives legalment establertes que habiliten per al nomenament com a funcionari interí de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar per escrit dirigit a la Batlia l'acabament de les situacions previstes en els apartats anteriors, excepte la de l'apartat b, en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des que es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina l'exclusió de la borsa. La posterior renúncia d'una persona funcionària interina al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc prèviament acceptat, suposa l'exclusió de la borsa de treball per a la qual va ser cridada, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produeixin com a conseqüència de la crida per ocupar un altre lloc de treball en un altre cos, una altra escala o especialitat de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia o dels seus organismes autònoms o en els casos de força major. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. CONTRACTACIONS TEMPORALS, NOMENAMENTS INTERINS I GESTIÓ DE LA BORSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridats per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractar personal laboral temporal o de nomenar funcionaris interins. L'ordre de preferència per efectuar les contractacions o els nomenaments vindrà determinat per l'ordre de puntuació. Si hi ha més d'una contractació o nomenament a efectuar, de les mateixes característiques, es poden fer crides col·lectives simultànies a tantes persones aspirants en situació de disponible en la borsa com es consideri necessari per atendre les peticions de cobertura de llocs pendents. En aquest cas, els llocs oferts s'han d'adjudicar per ordre rigorós de prelació de les persones aspirants de la borsa que hagin manifestat la seva conformitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que siguin cridats i donin la seva conformitat a la seva contractació o al seu nomenament com a funcionari interí en el termini d'un dia hàbil (o dos dies hàbils si la crida es fa així un divendres) hauran de presentar, en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptats des del següent a l'acceptació, la documentació indicada a la base vuitena anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'aspirant proposat no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Batlia acordarà la seva exclusió i procedirà a proposar la contractació o el nomenament de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentada la documentació, es procedirà a la contractació o al nomenament del primer aspirant de la borsa de treball, per ordre de puntuació, havent-se d'incorporar al lloc de treball en el termini mínim de 3 dies hàbils i màxim de 15 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigència màxima d'aquesta borsa s'estendrà fins a la constitució de la borsa ordinària resultant de la primera convocatòria que es realitzi després d'aquesta derivada d'oferta pública per a l'ingrés com Treballador/a Familiar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. INCIDÈNIES, PUBLICITAT, RÉGIM NORMATIU I RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin a la interpretació d'aquestes bases i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els actes d'aquesta convocatòria que estiguin sotmesos a informació pública seran inserits en el tauler anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (www.alcudia.net), al marge de la seva publicació al BOIB quan sigui preceptiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició, a interposar davant aquesta Batlia, en el termini d'un mes des de la seva publicació al BOIB, d'acord amb l'establert als articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o bé directament i de forma alternativa recurs contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb l'establert als articles esmentats i als articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, a interposar davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
