    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Cementiri municipal d'Alcúdia es troba en una situació d'esgotament de l'espai físic i de mancança d'unitats d'enterrament, que es deu principalment al fet de no haver dut a terme, durant molts d'anys, i en el termini de cinc anys improrrogables, previst en l'article 99 de l'Ordenança municipal del cementiri i policia sanitària mortuòria, les corresponents exhumacions i trasllats de restes cadavèriques. A més, hi ha diverses sepultures de titularitat municipal que es troben en mal estat i en algunes existeix perill d'enderroc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Per aquest motiu, mitjançant Decret núm. 2024-2689, de data 24 d'octubre de 2024, s'ha acordat declarar extingits els drets funeraris temporals respecte de les sepultures municipals 175, 176 i 177 de primera del Cementiri municipal d'Alcúdia, situades a la part antiga, ordenant l'exhumació de les restes, la seva neteja i col·locació en unitats de conservació especials, així com la re-inhumació d'aquestes a la sepultura municipal 445 de la zona 1, als efectes de la seva conservació, de les restes que no hagin estat reclamades per les persones interessades o familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEPULTURA 175 DE PRIMERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Nínxol 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. Restes sense identificar i restes de H.M, provinents del nínxol individual 20, on va ser enterrat en data 2 de maig de 1975, i que es varen traslladar en data 11 de març de 1981.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Nínxol 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.
