&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE HAN DE REGIR LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER LA COBERTURA DE QUATRE PLACES DE PEÓ DE BRIGADA COM PERSONAL LABORAL FIXE DE L'EMPRESA MUNICIPAL DE SERVEIS D'ALCÚDIA S.A.U (EMSA) MITJANÇANT EL SISTEMA DE CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els aspirants que superin el procés selectiu i que, per tant, siguin contractats com a personal laboral fixe&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; peó de Brigada &lt;/span&gt;d'EMSA desenvoluparà les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada &lt;/span&gt;d'EMSA en l'Àrea Tècnica d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funcions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tasques elementals de manteniment i conservació d'edificis i instal·lacions municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Escombrar, netejar, regar, podar, pintar, segar gespa, plantar en carrers, places, i altres espais públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Muntar i desmuntar escenaris, tarimes i altres elements per adequar espais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Col·laboració amb el personal de l'Ajuntament per a l'organització d'actes o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d'altres entitats que aquest autoritzi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mantenir ordenat i net els magatzem municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tasques de manteniment i conservació de les eines, els vehicles i la maquinària, necessaris pel desenvolupament dels diversos treballs i activitats encomanats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Qualsevol altra funció atribuïble al seu lloc de feina i perfil professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CONDICIONS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per prendre part en aquestes proves selectives, les persones aspirants hauran de reunir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra de les que permeten l'accés a l'ocupació pública segons l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Haver complert els setze anys i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa, ambdues referides al dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Estar en possessió del certificat d'escolaritat o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger s'ha d'aportar la corresponent documentació que n'acrediti l'homologació oficial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;No patir malaltia o defecte físic o psíquic que impedeixi el desenvolupament de les corresponents funcions. És a dir, tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No haver estat separat/da mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral, del qual hagi estat separat/da o inhabilitat/da. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no ha d'estar inhabilitat/da o en situació equivalent ni ha d'haver estat sotmès/a a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, accedir a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) &lt;/em&gt;No estar sotmès/a a causa d'incapacitat o incompatibilitat de les contingudes en la legislació local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Haver obtingut el certificat de nivell A2 acreditatiu del coneixement de la llengua catalana de català de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o un altre organisme reconegut a aquest efecte en la legislació vigent. En cas de que no es pugui acreditar, s'haurà de realitzar una prova de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell A2, prevista a la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) &lt;/em&gt;Carnet de conduir B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i) &lt;/em&gt;Prèviament a &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la contractació com a personal fixe, o com a personal laboral temporal per aquells aspirants que estiguin dins el borsí,&lt;/span&gt;la persona/es interessada/es haurà/n de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels apartats &lt;em&gt;c), g) &lt;/em&gt;i &lt;em&gt;h) &lt;/em&gt;i fer constar la manifestació de complir els requisits assenyalats als apartats &lt;em&gt;d), e), &lt;/em&gt;i&lt;em&gt; f).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en les proves selectives s'hauran de presentar, segons el model oficial que consta com a &lt;em&gt;Annex I&lt;/em&gt; a les presentes bases, en el Registre d'EMSAo en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. En el cas de presentar la instància mitjançant la seu electrònica, en el camp RESUM haurà de posar l'assumpte &lt;em&gt;"Cobertura com a personal laboral fixe peó de la Brigada&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d'EMSA"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de no presentar la instància al Registre d'EMSA ni a la Seu electrònica la persona interessada haurà de comunicar-ho a EMSA abans de la finalització del termini de la presentació de les instàncies mitjançant l'enviament d'un correu electrònic a l'adreça &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;emsa@alcudia.ne&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:navy"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt; posant a l'assumpte &lt;em&gt;"Cobertura com a personal laboral fixe peó de Brigada d'EMSA"&lt;/em&gt; i adjuntant el justificant de la presentació de la instància dins termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El model d'instància que consta com a &lt;em&gt;Annex I&lt;/em&gt; inclou una declaració jurada de reunir totes i cada una de les condicions exigides a la base segona. També inclou un full d'autobaremació de mèrits on els aspirants han d'al·legar de quins mèrits disposen d'acord amb allò disposat a l'apartat de FASE DE CONCURS. Aquest autobarem té igualment la consideració de declaració jurada. L'acreditació dels mèrits manifestats a l'autobarem s'hauran de presentar una vegada &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;aprovada&lt;/span&gt; la fase d'oposició; &lt;strong&gt;NO s'ha d'aportar cap documentació d'acreditació de mèrits amb la sol·licitud de participació&lt;/strong&gt;. En cap cas es tendran en compte els mèrits obtinguts amb posterioritat a la data de finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies per participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador o els òrgans competents d'EMSA podran requerir en qualsevol moment del procès a les persones aspirants perquè acreditin la veracitat d'allò declarat, o de la documentació aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies serà de 20 dies hàbils, comptats a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la convocatòria al &lt;em&gt;BOIB&lt;/em&gt;. Els successius anuncis s'han de publicar únicament a la pàgina web d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La convocatòria s'anunciarà en els llocs habituals i a la pàgina web d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dóna el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i el telèfon que hi figurin es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius com la no-comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ADMISSIÓ D'ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Presidenta dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la pàgina web d'EMSA; es concedirà un termini de deu (10) dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, i seran esmenats els errors. Els/les sol·licitants que dins el termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admesos/ses seran definitivament exclosos/oses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Als efectes d'aquesta convocatòria s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables imputables a l'aspirant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No complir qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Qualsevol altra que resulti de la normativa aplicable o del que preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errades i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades hauran de comprovar no només que no figuren a la relació de persones excloses, sinó que, a més, consten a la de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes reclamacions, si n'hi hagués, seran acceptades i rebutjades a la resolució de la Presidenta, per la qual serà aprovada la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional, s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva, sense necessitat de nou acord i publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Elevada a definitiva la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, la Presidenta determinarà la data de l'inici del primer exercici, així com el lloc i l'hora de la seva celebració. Les persones aspirants s'hi hauran de presentar el dia assenyalat i amb el DNI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta llista, juntament amb la data d'inici de l'exercici, es publicaran a la pàgina web d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones que superin el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indica a la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria abans del seu nomenament, junt amb els mèrits que hagin estat valorats a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador es constituirà &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;per 3 integrants: un president, un secretari amb veu i voti 1 vocal, amb els seus corresponents suplents. No obstant i depenent del nombre de sol·licituds es podrà ampliar el nombre de membres fins un màxim de 5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador queda autoritzat per resoldre tots els dubtes que puguin sorgir i adoptar els acords precisos per al bon funcionament de la convocatòria en tot el que no s'hagi previst a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els membres del tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se de formar-ne part i d'intervenir-hi quan concorrin les circumstàncies establertes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i hauran de notificar-ho a l'autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Comitè d'Empresa d'EMSA podrà designar un representant sindical per vetllar pel bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ORDRE D'ACTUACIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que s'hagin d'organitzar torns per dur a terme els exercicis, l'ordre d'actuació de les persones aspirants serà determinat mitjançant sorteig públic i es comunicarà mitjançant publicació a la web d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;FASE D'OPOSICIÓ. (60 punts). &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest procediment selectiu constarà de tres exercicis que s'especifiquen acontinuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades en crida única, mitjançant la publicació dels anuncis de celebració de l'exercici a la pàgina web d'EMSA. Seran excloses del procés selectiu les que no hi compareguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entre el final d'un exercici i el començament del següent hauran de transcórrer, almanco, 72 hores, i no podrà excedir de tres mesos. No obstant això, el Tribunal podrà acordar l'ampliació d'aquest termini per causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer exercici.Prova de català. (ELIMINATÒRIA) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta prova consistirà en la realització d'un exercici de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell A2, la qual es qualificarà com a apte o no apte, i serà eliminatòria. Aquesta prova es durà a terme per part del Servei de Normalització lingüística de l´Ajuntament d´Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vegada conclosa la prova de català, el Tribunal qualificador farà públic el resultat d´aquesta al tauler d'anuncis electrònic, atorgant als interessats un termini de tres dies hàbils per tal que puguin formular-ne al·legacions o reclamacions o sol·licitar revisió dels exàmens realitzats. El tribunal qualificador, un cop examinades les al·legacions, les resoldrà i en farà públic el resultat al tauler d'anuncis electrònic. En el mateix acte, el Tribunal anunciarà la data, hora i lloc en que es constituirà a l'objecte de realitzar l'exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estaran exempts de realitzar aquesta prova les persones aspirants que acreditin estar en possessió del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell exigit o un superior, mitjançant l´aportació d´un certificat expedit per un organisme reconegut a aquest efecte en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es reconeixeran els certificats que es presentin inclosos a l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013, i segons el règim temporal i d'equivalències que s'hi estableix. Els certificats s'hauran de presentar mitjançant còpia autèntica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon exercici. Qüestionari tipus text.(20 punts). NO ELIMINATORI. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i NO eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consistirà a respondre per escrit un qüestionari tipus test de 20 preguntes més 5 preguntes de reserva, amb tres respostes alternatives, de les quals només una és correcta, referides al temari que figura com a &lt;em&gt;Annex III&lt;/em&gt;. Les persones aspirants marcaran les respostes en els corresponents fulls d'examen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas que el tribunal acordi l'anul·lació d'alguna o algunes de les preguntes, per haver detectat d'ofici algun error manifest durant la realització de l'exercici o perquè aquest es detecta com a conseqüència de les al·legacions que posteriorment es presentin, es tendran en consideració les preguntes de reserva. Aquestes s'escolliran segons l'ordre de prelació en què es trobin en el propi exercici. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si una vegada duita a terme l'operació anterior el tribunal acorda anul·lar alguna pregunta més, el valor de cada pregunta s'ajustarà perquè la puntuació màxima sigui de 20 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El temps per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de 40 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tal com s'estableix al Reglament per a l'ús de la llengua catalana de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (BOIB núm. 113, de 20 de setembre de 2001), els aspirants hauran de realitzar en llengua catalana com a mínim un dels exercicis de les proves d'accés. Així, l'exercici tipus test es realitzarà en llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer exercici. Prova física. (40 punts).(ELIMINATÒRIA)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els candidats hauran de superar les proves físiques que es determinen a continuació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;POTÈNCIA:&lt;/strong&gt; Llançament estàtic de pilota medicinal (pes: 3 Kg. per a dones i de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4 Kg. per a homes), distància mínima 6 metres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FONS:&lt;/strong&gt; Carrera de 2.5 kilòmetres en un temps màxim de 16 minuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FORÇA:&lt;/strong&gt; Aixecar un sac &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o element &lt;/span&gt;equivalent del terra i mantenir-lo subjecte durant 5 segons. (pes 20 kilograms dones i 25 kilograms homes). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cadascuna de les proves serà eliminatòria, en cas de no superar-se una d'elles el candidat no podrà accedir a la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El candidat que no superi les proves físiques en aquesta primera convocatòria quedarà eliminat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La realització de les proves físiques comporta fer activitats que originen càrregues físiques que produeixen reaccions cardiovasculars i broncopulmonars de major o menor intensitat; a més, existeix el risc de lesions físiques com ara sobreesforços, dislocacions i luxacions, etc. Serà responsabilitat del Candidat accedir a les proves en les adequades condicions psicofísiques necessàries i suficients&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;QUALIFICACIÓ DE L'EXERCICI &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La qualificació de l'exercici es farà garantint l'anonimat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Segon exercici. Qüestionari tipus text. 20 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i NO ELIMINATORI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest exercici obligatori i NO ELIMINATORI serà qualificat fins a un màxim de 20 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada un dels membres del Tribunal llegirà i corregirà tots els exercicis per fer una valoració individual inicial, que es posarà en comú per donar una qualificació, que serà de 0 a 20 punts, única i conjunta, per acord de tots els seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El criteri de correcció serà el següent: cada pregunta resposta correctament es valorarà amb 1 punt; les preguntes no resoltes, tant si figuren les quatre opcions en blanc com si figuren amb més d'una resposta, no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia es penalitzaran amb un quart del valor assignat a la resposta correcta (0,25 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el tribunal acorda anul·lar més preguntes que el nombre de preguntes de reserva, el valor de cada pregunta s'ajustarà perquè la puntuació màxima sigui de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El resultat s'expressarà en dos decimals, aplicant les tècniques normals de l'arrodoniment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer exercici. Prova física. (40 punts). ELIMINATORI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori cada una d'elles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 40 punts, i seran eliminades les persones opositores que no assoleixin un mínim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'han de superar totes les proves. Es començarà per la prova de potència, posteriorment la de fons i per últim la de força. Cada una d'elles seran eliminatoris per tant no es passarà a la següent si no es supera la precedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El nombre de punts que podran ser atorgats per cada membre del tribunal en aquest exercici serà de 0 a 40 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- POTÈNCIA: &lt;/strong&gt;Llançament estàtic de pilota medicinal (pes: 3 Quilograms per a dones i de 4 Quilograms per a homes), distància mínima 6 metres, es valorarà amb un màxim de 12 punts, de la manera següent: : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 6 metres: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 7 metres: 7 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 8 metres: 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o iguala 9 metres: 9 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 10 metres: 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 11 metres: 11 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 12 metres: 12 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- FONS&lt;/strong&gt;: Carrera de 3 quilòmetres en un temps màxim de 16 minuts, es valorarà amb un màxim de 20 punts, de la manera següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 16 minuts: 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 15 minuts: 11 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 14 minuts: 12 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 13 minuts: 13 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 12 minuts: 14 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 11 minuts: 15 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 10 minuts: 16 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menor o igual a 9 minuts: 20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- FORÇA: &lt;/strong&gt;Aixecar un sac o element equivalent del sòl i mantenir-lo subjecte durant com a mínim 5 segons (pes 20 quilograms dones i 25 quilograms homes) es valorarà amb un màxim de 18 punts de la manera següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 5 segons: 9 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 10 segons: 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 20 segons: 11 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 25 segons: 12 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 30 segons: 13 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 35 segons: 14 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 60 segons: 15 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Major o igual a 120 segons: 18 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PUBLICACIÓ DE LES QUALIFICACIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conclòs l'exercici, el tribunal farà pública a la pàgina web d'EMSA la relació d'aspirants que hagin superat el mínim establert, amb indicació de la qualificació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Totes les persones opositores disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de la publicació de les qualificacions de l'exercici, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de la fase d'oposició serà la suma de la qualificació en els dos exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El llistat de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició junt amb la qualificació definitiva que hagi obtingut cada una s'exposaran a la pàgina web d'EMSA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dins els tres (3) dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació, les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició han d'acreditar documentalment &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;segons el model &lt;em&gt;Annex II&lt;/em&gt; d'aquestes bases,&lt;/span&gt; els mèrits que s'hagin al·legat a l'autobarem de mèrits per esser valorats en la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;FASE DE CONCURS I MÈRITS A VALORAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fase de concurs constitueix com a màxim un 40% de la puntuació màxima assolible del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els mèrits s'han d'acreditar i valorar sempre amb referència a la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar pel tribunal són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Experiència professional i antiguitat reconeguda. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 20punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En aquest apartat s'atorgarà una puntuació global màxima de 20 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública, els seus organismes autònomso empreses del secor públic com a personal funcionari o laboral en la categoria &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó, oficial 2ª, oficial 1ª (o en la categoria i funcions equivalents ala plaça i categoria objecte de convocatòria) &lt;/span&gt;es valorarà amb 0,50 punts per mes complet treballat a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Serveis prestats en el sector privat, amb contracte de treball o certificat d'empresa en la categoria i funcions equivalents a la plaça i categoria objecte de la convocatòria, es valorarà amb 0,40 punts per mes complet de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fraccions inferiors al mes complet treballat a jornada completa es valoraran proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas de que s'hagin prestat serveis per compte pròpia els dies d'alta l'activitat s'entendran com a una jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Titulacions acadèmiques, coneixement de la llengua catalana, formació i perfeccionament. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B1.&lt;/strong&gt; Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris directament relacionats amb el lloc &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada&lt;/span&gt;d'EMSA&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;fins un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència, és a dir, que no són acumulables l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'acreditaran documentalment presentant al Registre General d'EMSA còpia del títol d'assistència o certificat expedit pel centre o institució que hagi organitzat el curs, jornada o seminari, amb indicació de la seva duració i de les matèries tractades. Només es valoraran aquells cursos, jornades o seminaris que estiguin relacionats directament amb la plaça objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La valoració dels cursos es realitzarà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin assistència, es valoraran a raó de0,10 punts per cada 10 hores o 0,25 punts per crèdit ECTS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin aprofitament, es valoraran a raó de 0,20 punts per cada 10 hores o 0,50 punts per crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els cursos impartits es valoraran amb 0,30 punts per cada 10 hores o 0,75punts per crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fracció es valorarà proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.2. &lt;/strong&gt;Estar en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica superior a l'exigida: &lt;strong&gt;fins a un màxim de 8 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Per un títol d'ESO: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Per un títol de Batxiller: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Per un títol de Formació de grau mig o superior: 8 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No s'han de valorar com a mèrit els estudis que són un requisit previ i necessari per cursar els estudis que es valoren. A aquest efecte, es considerarà com a requisit previ i necessari la titulació conduent a altra titulació o que quedi absorbida per una altra titulació valorada com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.3.&lt;/strong&gt; Coneixements orals i escrits de la llengua catalana: &lt;strong&gt;fins a un màxim de 2 punts. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Només es valoraran les certificacions expedides pel Govern de les Illes Balears o títol, diploma o certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivell B1: 0,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivell B2: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivell C1: 1,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivell C2: 2punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivell LA: 0,3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supòsit que l'aspirant acrediti estar en possessió de més d'un certificat, només s'atorgarà la puntuació que acrediti majors coneixements, excepció feta del LA, que es sumarà al certificat que acrediti el major coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quant a la valoració dels mèrits anteriors,&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;aquests s'acreditaran documentalment mitjançant fotocòpia del corresponent títol expedit pel centre o institució oficialment reconeguda que hagi organitzat el curs, amb indicació de la seva durada i les matèries tractades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un mateix mèrit només es podrà valorar en aquell apartat en què obtingui major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implicarà que no es poden valorar els de nivell inferior necessaris per obtenir-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal podrà demanar a les persones interessades els aclariments o, en el seu cas, la documentació addicional que estimi oportuna, amb l'única finalitat de comprovar la veritat dels mèrits aportats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOTZENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;QUALIFICACIÓ DE LA FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de la fase de concurs serà la suma aritmètica de les puntuacions atorgades pels mèrits al·legats per les persones aspirants, i s'exposarà a la pàgina web d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran de tres (3) dies hàbils per poder presentar al·legacions a aquesta qualificació. En el cas no haver-n'hi, s'entendrà definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TRETZENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;QUALIFICACIÓ FINAL DEL CONCURS OPOSICIÓ. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La qualificació final del concurs oposició serà la suma aritmètica de la qualificació definitiva de la fase d'oposició i de la qualificació definitiva del concurs, i s'exposarà a la pàgina web d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CATORZENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ELABORACIÓ DEL BORSÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzada la selecció, el tribunal qualificador elaborarà les relacions d'aspirants que passaran a formar part &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del borsí de &lt;/span&gt;personal laboral &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relació d'aprovats i l'ordre de prelació es faran públics a la pàgina web d'EMSA. L'ordre de prelació es determinarà per la puntuació obtinguda en la qualificació final, que s'ordenarà de major a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas que es produeixi empat en la puntuació dels integrants dels borsins, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Major puntuació obtinguda en l'exercici de la prova física de la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Major puntuació obtinguda en l'exercici del la prova del qüestionari tipus text de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Major puntuació obtinguda en la fase de concurs per l'experiènciaprofessional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Si continuàs l'empat una vegada aplicats els criteris anteriors, aquest es resoldrà per sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quan es produeixi una situació de les contemplades en el ET que motivi la contractació de personal laboral temporal, es comunicarà a la persona que correspongui del borsí pertinent segons l'ordre de prelació en què figuri en el borsí, el lloc i el termini en què s'ha d'incorporar. Aquesta comunicació es realitzarà mitjançant correu electrònic o cridada telefònica, d'acord amb aquelles dades que hagi comunicat a la seva instància l'aspirant. Si la persona no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la cobertura de la plaça oferta en el termini d'un (1) dia hàbil a comptar des de la comunicació de l'oferta, així com la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini que se li indiqui, s'entendrà que hi renuncia. Si transcorregudes vint-i-quatre (24) hores des del primer intent de comunicació aquest resulta infructuós, es comunicarà a la següent persona aspirant segons l'ordre de prelació, sense que això impliqui ni l'exclusió ni la pèrdua del lloc dins aquest ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones que renunciïn de manera expressa o tàcita passaran darrer lloc en l'ordre de prelació del borsí, amb excepció que al·leguin dins el termini de dos (2) dies hàbils, a comptar des de la comunicació de l'oferta, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, la qual hauran de justificar documentalment dins els tres (3) dies naturals següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, inclòs el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a la cura de fills i filles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar prestant serveis com a personal laboral dins EMSA o a qualsevol altra administració pública, organisme autònom o empresa municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar prestant serveis per compte d'altri o propi en una empresa privada, o estar donat/ada d'alta com a autònom/a a la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Causes de força major, degudament justificades i apreciades pel tribunal o pels serveis jurídics d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;És a dir, les persones aspirants que acreditin i justifiquin documentalment aquests supòsits d'excepcionalitat quedaran en la situació de no disponibles en el mateix lloc que ocupen dins l'ordre de prelació. En cas de no justificar-ho dins els 3 dies naturals passaran a ocupar el darrer lloc en l'ordre de prelació. Aquests aspirants estaran obligats a comunicar i a justificar la finalització d'aquestes situacions en el termini de deu (10) dies hàbils des que es produeixi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona aspirant a la qual s'ofereix cobrir una vacant hi renuncia de manera tàcita o expressa, o no s'hi incorpora en el termini que li hagi indicat EMSA, es comunicarà l'oferta a la següent persona aspirant segons l'ordre de prelació fixat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La persona integrant del borsí, prèviament a ésser contractada, haurà de justificar documentalment els requisits assenyalats a la base segona i haurà de presentar els documents originals que acreditin els mèrits que hagi presentat i s'hagin valorat, per a realitzar la seva comprovació i compulsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquella persona aspirant que estigui ocupant una plaça &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada d'EMSA&lt;/span&gt;procedent d'aquest borsí i presenti renúncia al dit lloc de feina serà exclòs/a del borsí, amb excepció de casos de força major degudament justificats i apreciats pel tribunal o pels serveis jurídics d'EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquella persona aspirant que, ocupant una plaça &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada d'EMSA &lt;/span&gt;procedent d'aquest borsí, cessi en el seu lloc de treball passarà a incorporar-se novament en el borsí en el lloc que li correspongui segons la puntuació obtinguda en el moment en què es va formar el borsí, sempre que en aquells moments el dit borsí sigui vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quan s'incorpori un titular d'una plaça &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d'EMSA&lt;/span&gt; si no existeixi cap altra plaça vacant se seguiran les següents normes de preferència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En primer lloc, cessarà un dels temporals que hagi estat contractat en el marc d'aquesta convocatòria, i entre ells a qui correspongui segons l'ordre de prelació establert en aquestes bases. Així s'actuarà successivament si es produeixen noves incorporacions de titulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una vegada que hagin cessat tots els laborals temporals de la present convocatòria com a conseqüència de la incorporació de titulars, hauran de cessar els procedents de la convocatòria immediatament anterior, i així successivament, seguint els corresponents ordres de prelació establerts a les bases respectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest borsí romandrà vigent fins a la creació d'un nou borsí &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;peó de Brigada d'EMSA&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest borsí serà preferent al borsí anterior, de manera que el borsí que es formi arran d'aquesta convocatòria tendrà la consideració de borsa activa i únicament podran ser cridades per una oferta les persones en situació de disponible d'aquesta borsa. Una vegada exhaurida aquesta, si fos necessari es podrà reactivar la borsa anterior mentre es tramita un procés selectiu per a la creació d'un nou borsí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En tot allò no disposat anteriorment serà d'aplicació la normativa de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINZENA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;EXCLUSIÓ DELS BORSINS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Són causa d'exclusió dels borsins les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El fet de no reunir els requisits establerts a la base segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acomiadament laboral per causes disciplinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El fet de ser sancionat/ada com a conseqüència d'un expedient disciplinari. L'exclusió per aquest motiu és vigent durant el termini d'un (1) any des de la imposició de la sanció per faltes lleus, i per faltes greus i molt greus l'exclusió és definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Rescissió del contracte de treball per iniciativa de l'aspirant, excepte que estigui motivada per una millora de treball dins del propi ajuntament o a una altra administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
