&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Resolució de la Presidència de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials, de 30 de novembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 157, de 3 de desembre de 2022), per la qual aproven la convocatòria, les bases i el barem de mèrits del procés selectiu d&amp;apos;estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l&amp;apos;ingrés com a personal laboral de les categories adscrites als grups C, D i E de les places de l&amp;apos;oferta pública extraordinària de la Residència Oms/Sant Miquel i dels centres de dia de Can Clar i Son Bru de l&amp;apos;IMAS per a l&amp;apos;any 2022 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; E&lt;/span&gt;n sessió celebrada dia 19 de setembre de 2024, el Tribunal Qualificador, després d&amp;apos;haver revisat l&amp;apos;ordre de preferència d&amp;apos;elecció dels llocs oferts de les persones aspirants i atenent l&amp;apos;ordre de puntuació establert a la llista definitiva de baremació de mèrits, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;va proposar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En primer lloc, en data 08/07/2024 i número de registre 29325/2024, la senyora Margalida Perelló Rosselló amb el número 1 a l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació de la convocatòria de personal laboral va presentar renúncia a la convocatòria de concurs excepcional de mèrits del grup C de personal laboral i categoria governant-governanta de la Residència Oms-Sant Miquel i dels centres de dia de Ca&amp;apos;n Clar i Son Bru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En segon lloc,&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en data 12/07/2024 i número de registre 30110/2024,&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la senyora&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Maria Siquier Morell amb el número 2 de l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació de la convocatòria de personal laboral va presentar renúncia a la convocatòria de concurs excepcional de mèrits del grup C de personal laboral i categoria governant-governanta de la Residència Oms-Sant Miquel i dels centres de dia de Ca&amp;apos;n Clar i Son Bru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En tercer lloc, en data 12/07/2024 i número de registre 30263/2024, la senyora Camila Ros Pizà amb el número 3 de l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació de la convocatòria de personal laboral va presentar renúncia a la convocatòria de concurs excepcional de mèrits del grup C de personal laboral i categoria governant-governanta de la Residència Oms-Sant Miquel i dels centres de dia de Ca&amp;apos;n Clar i Son Bru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Aprovar la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d&amp;apos;estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l&amp;apos;ingrés com a personal laboral de la categoria Personal d&amp;apos;oficis/Oficial-a, especialitat Coordinador/a de serveis - Governant/a, grup C (actrual C1) de la Residència Oms/Sant Miquel i dels centres de dia Can Clar i Son Bru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Contractar com a personal laboral indefinit de la categoria Personal d&amp;apos;oficis/Oficial-a, especialitat Coordinador/a de serveis - Governant/a, grup C (actual C1), de la Residència Oms/Sant Miquel i dels centres de dia Can Clar i Son Bru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Adjudicar els llocs de treball a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;ordre de preferència efectuat i atenent l&amp;apos;ordre de puntuació establert a la llista definitiva de baremació de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III.&lt;/strong&gt; Resolució de la presidenta de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials de data 11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2023 per la qual ratifica l&amp;apos;Acord d&amp;apos;integració i d&amp;apos;equiparació dels llocs de treball de feina de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials de la Residència Oms/Sant Miuqel i dels centres de dia Can Clar i Son Bru amb els llocs de personal laboral i empleat públic del Consell de Mallorca i l&amp;apos;IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV.&lt;/strong&gt; Resolució del president de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials per la qual ratifica l&amp;apos;Acord d&amp;apos;aprovació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de personal laboral de l&amp;apos;IMAS i donar de baixa la Relació de Llocs de Treball vigent del personal traspassat de la Fundació per a la Dependència. Per aquest motiu els llocs del grup C actualment són C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V.&lt;/strong&gt; La Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS és l&amp;apos;òrgan competent per resoldre els procediments de selecció, d&amp;apos;acord amb allò que es preveu en l&amp;apos;article 7.2 13) del text consolidat dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials, aprovats pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca de dia 11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019). Per altra banda, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 12.4 11) del mateix text normatiu, la Gerència de l&amp;apos;IMAS és l&amp;apos;òrgan competent per contractar el personal laboral indefinit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per tot això, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 28.1 del dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d&amp;apos;11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada podrà formalitzar-se demanda davant la jurisdicció laboral competent en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l&amp;apos;esmentat recurs, i això d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu l&amp;apos;art. 69.2 de la Llei 36/2011, reguladora de la jurisdicció social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra la desestimació de la reclamació per silenci administratiu, la persona interessada podrà interposar el corresponent recurs davant la jurisdicció laboral competent en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s&amp;apos;hagi notificat la resolució).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
