&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.by 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l&amp;apos;extracte de la convocatòria el text complet es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/792917) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Els sol·licitants que es vulguin acollir a aquests ajuts hauran de reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Ésser entitats de conservació o associacions de propietaris, de veïns o de comerciants encarregats de la conservació d&amp;apos;alguna de les zones turístiques del municipi des Mercadal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Realitzar actuacions en l&amp;apos;àmbit de la conservació i manteniment de les zones turístiques del terme des Mercadal durant l&amp;apos;any 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- No incórrer en cap dels supòsits de l&amp;apos;article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de Subvencions (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- No estar incurses en les causes de prohibició previstes en els apartat 5 i 6 de l&amp;apos;article 4 de la Llei Orgànica 1/2002, de 22 de març, reguladora del Dret d&amp;apos;Associació, així com en l&amp;apos;article 30.4. de la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Q&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ueden expressament excloses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Entitats amb finalitat lucrativa, en particular totes les societats mercantils i civils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Cooperatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Centres docents o d&amp;apos;ensenyament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Entitats polítiques o sindicals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Segon. Finalitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;És objectiu d&amp;apos;aquestes bases col·laborar amb les entitats que realitzen activitats de conservació, millora o foment de zones turístiques del terme municipal des Mercadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les bases de la convocatòria i l&amp;apos;Ordenança general reguladora de la concessió de subvencions, aprovada inicialment pel Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament des Mercadal de dia 11 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2005 i publicada l&amp;apos;aprovació definitiva i el text íntegre en el BOIB núm. 189, de 17 de desembre de 2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Quart. Import:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;import màxim per sol·licitant és de 1.200 euros i en cap cas superarà el 50% del pressupost de despeses presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els ajuts concedits seran atesos amb càrrec a l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 70.1532.48900 del Pressupost General de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2024&lt;/span&gt;, amb un import màxim conjunt de 5.625,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Fins al dia &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;novembre&lt;/span&gt; de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
