    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 27 de febrer de 2023 la Mesa Sectorial d'Educació de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears va adoptar l'Acord sobre mesures sociolaborals i millores educatives, que va ser ratificat per Acord del Consell de Govern de 27 de març, publicat al BOIB núm. 39, de 28 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre les diferents mesures adoptades es dedica una especial atenció al desenvolupament de la carrera professional docent, compatible amb els sexennis, entre els anys 2023 i 2027, que exigeix, en primer lloc, la creació d'un complement de carrera professional docent, una part del qual ha de ser percebut de forma inicial per tots els funcionaris docents i ha de ser consolidable, d'acord amb el model de carrera que s'hi estableixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Acord de 27 de febrer de 2023 abans esmentat estructura la carrera professional en tres trams en funció d'un calendari d'aplicació. A més, exigeix convocatòries anuals per al reconeixement de la carrera professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb posterioritat, la Mesa Sectorial d'Educació de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears va adoptar, el 3 de maig de 2023, l'Acord de bases per al desenvolupament de la carrera professional docent, ratificat per Acord del Consell de Govern de 15 de maig de 2023 (BOIB núm. 66, de 18 de maig), el qual concreta els aspectes previstos amb caràcter general en l'Acord de 27 de febrer de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així, la base tercera de l'Acord de 3 de maig de 2023, abans esmentat, estructura la carrera professional en una part consolidable i una part no consolidable. La part consolidable s'estructura en tres trams en cadascun dels quals els docents han de tenir reconegut el sexenni corresponent per adquirir el dret d'accés al tram superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la base vuitena, l'accés als diferents trams de carrera professional es produeix mitjançant una convocatòria anual, que ha d'aprovar el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats, en el procediment de la qual s'han d'acreditar els requisits i l'avaluació favorable en relació als indicadors d'avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests requisits es preveuen en l'apartat 3 de la base cinquena i, pel que fa al primer tram, són: tenir reconegut el primer sexenni, obtenir una avaluació favorable en els indicadors d'avaluació i no haver estat objecte de sanció per falta greu o molt greu en els quatre cursos anteriors, d'acord amb el règim disciplinari aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, es va publicar la Resolució del director general de Personal Docent per la qual s'aprova la primera convocatòria per al reconeixement del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional dels funcionaris docents al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en la qual, d'acord amb la base onzena de l'Acord de 3 de maig de 2023, no era necessari haver-hi obtingut una avaluació favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ens trobam, per tant, davant la necessitat d'aprovar i publicar la segona convocatòria anual per al reconeixement del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional dels funcionaris docents al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la qual ha de tenir en compte les característiques de la carrera professional docent previstes en la base segona de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial d'Educació de 3 de maig de 2023. Particularment, ha de tenir en compte les següents: ha de ser voluntària, personalitzada, irreversible pel que fa als trams consolidables, progressiva, oberta i incentivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb tot el que s'ha exposat anteriorment, i amb l'acord de la Mesa Sectorial d'Educació, que es va dur a terme en la reunió de dia 21 d'octubre de 2024, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar la segona convocatòria anual per al reconeixement del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional dels funcionaris docents al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, que figura com a annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, les persones interessades poden interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb el que estableixen els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Àmbit d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria s'aplica als funcionaris docents – de carrera, interins i en pràctiques – al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que acompleixin els requisits que s'indiquen en la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No tenir reconegut, en la data de publicació de la convocatòria, el primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Excedència per raó de cura de familiars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Excedència voluntària especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Llicència d'estudis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tenir reconegut el primer sexenni en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Obtenir una avaluació favorable en els indicadors d'avaluació i no haver estat objecte de sanció per falta greu o molt greu en els quatre cursos anteriors (2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 i 2003-2024) d'acord amb el règim disciplinari aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Els funcionaris docents han de sol·licitar el reconeixement de la part consolidable de la carrera professional mitjançant el tràmit telemàtic habilitat a l'efecte en la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Personal Docent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. El termini de presentació és des del 28 d'octubre fins al 8 de novembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Acreditació dels requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats ha de comprovar que el personal docent inclòs en l'àmbit d'aplicació d'aquesta convocatòria acompleix els requisits previstos en les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a), b) i c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Llistes provisionals i definitives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Una vegada comprovats els requisits, el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats ha de dictar una resolució que aprovi la llista provisional de funcionaris docents als quals se'ls reconeix el dret de ser avaluats per a l'obtenció del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional, que s'ha de publicar el mateix dia que es dicti a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats &amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Les persones interessades disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils per reclamar contra la llista provisional esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Finalitzat el termini anterior i acceptades les al·legacions, si n'hi ha, i esmenats els errors detectats, el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats ha de dictar una resolució que aprovi la llista definitiva que s'ha de publicar el mateix dia que es dicti a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats &amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Informe d'avaluació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. L'informe d'avaluació només s'ha d'emetre en relació a les persones que acompleixen els requisits previstos en les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a), b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la base 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. L'informe s'ha d'emetre abans del 20 de desembre de 2024 d'acord amb els annexos 1,2,3 i 4 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 15 de maig de 2023, i ha d'estar referit a la plaça que el funcionari docent ocupa durant el curs 24-25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. L'avaluació és positiva quan el docent obté, com a mínim, un 60 % de la mitjana de la puntuació màxima, arrodonida al nombre enter inferior més proper, del valor de tots els indicadors de l'avaluació i l'autoavaluació que s'estableixen als annexos d'aquesta resolució. Cada indicador es valora de 0 a 2, on 0 equival a poc, 1 a suficient, i 2 a molt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. L'informe l'han de signar les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El director del centre i el secretari o el cap d'estudis on la persona objecte de l'avaluació presta serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. El cap corresponent en el cas d'equips d'orientació i suport a l'aprenentatge, POAP, camps d'aprenentatge, Museu d'Educació i altres serveis educatius o a l'Administració educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. L'inspector del centre en el cas del personal docent que forma part dels equips directius i en el cas dels caps d'equips d'orientació i suport a l'aprenentatge, POAP, camps d'aprenentatge, Museu d'Educació i altres serveis educatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Per a l'avaluació docent, les persones que l'han de signar han de consultar el parer de l'equip docent o de l'equip que correspongui del qual forma part la persona que s'avalua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.6. La persona que ha de signar l'informe ha de gestionar que la persona avaluada empleni prèviament l'autoavaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.7. Una vegada emès l'informe s'ha de donar trasllat d'una còpia a la persona avaluada perquè, en el termini de cinc dies hàbils, en cas de disconformitat, presenti una reclamació davant la Comissió de Revisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Comissió de Revisió: composició i funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de constituir una comissió de revisió com a òrgan col·legiat al qual li correspon informar sobre les reclamacions presentades en cas de disconformitat amb els informes d'avaluació. La Comissió de Revisió pot recaptar la informació que consideri oportuna per informar sobre les reclamacions. També ha de fer una proposta de resolució al Director General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats en què s'ha de declarar l'avaluació positiva o negativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Revisió està formada per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El cap del Departament d'Inspecció Educativa o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. El cap del Departament de Gestió de Personal Docent o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La cap de Departament de Planificació i Centres o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. El cap del Departament de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. La cap de departament de Primera Infància, Atenció a la Diversitat i Millora Educativa o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Un funcionari de la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats, que actuarà com a secretari, sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les sessions de la Comissió hi pot assistir, amb veu però sense vot, un representant de cada una de les organitzacions sindicals amb representació a la Mesa Sectorial d'Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Proposta de resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. El director de cada centre o el cap del servei o el cap de departament corresponent de l'Administració educativa ha de proposar a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats la llista de funcionaris docents amb avaluació positiva i amb dret a percebre el complement de carrera del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional, així com la llista de les persones amb avaluació negativa que no han presentat reclamació davant de la Comissió de Revisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Respecte a les avaluacions que hagin estat objecte de reclamació davant la Comissió de Revisió, la Comissió ha de fer la proposta corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Resolució provisional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. D'acord amb les propostes rebudes, el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats ha de dictar una resolució provisional per la qual reconeix o denega el primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional, amb indicació, respectivament, dels efectes administratius i econòmics del reconeixement i dels motius de denegació, que s'ha publicar el mateix dia que es dicti a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Personal Docent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Les persones interessades disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils per reclamar contra la resolució provisional esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Resolució definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1 Un cop finalitzat el termini anterior, acceptades les al·legacions, si n'hi han, i esmenats els errors detectats, si escau, el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats ha de dictar una resolució definitiva per la qual reconeix o denega el primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional, amb indicació, respectivament, dels efectes administratius i econòmics del reconeixement i dels motius de denegació, que s'ha de publicar el mateix dia que es dicti a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Personal Docent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;http://dgpdocen.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Contra aquesta resolució, les persones interessades poden interposar un recurs de reposició davant el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. Una vegada reconegut el dret, la incorporació al primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional és irrenunciable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Efectes econòmics del reconeixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1 Els efectes econòmics del reconeixement del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional docent es retrotreuen al mes següent a la data del reconeixement del primer sexenni per a aquells que el tinguin reconegut entre l'1 de setembre de 2023 i la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds d'aquesta convocatòria i que es trobin en situació de servei actiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2 Els efectes econòmics del reconeixement del primer tram de la part consolidable de la carrera professional docent es produiran en el mes de la reincorporació per als funcionaris docents en les situacions administratives de serveis especials, excedència per raó de violència de gènere, excedència per raó de cura de familiars, excedència voluntària especial i llicència per estudis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
