&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. El títol II de la Llei Orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d&amp;apos;educació, estableix, a l&amp;apos;article 71.1, que les administracions educatives han de disposar dels mitjans necessaris perquè tots els alumnes assoleixin el màxim desenvolupament personal, intel·lectual, social i emocional, així com els objectius que estableix amb caràcter general aquesta Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. El Decret 39/2011, de 29 d&amp;apos;abril, pel qual es regula l&amp;apos;atenció a la diversitat i l&amp;apos;orientació educativa en els centres educatius no universitaris sostinguts amb fons públics, pretén garantir la igualtat d&amp;apos;oportunitats de tots els alumnes perquè puguin assolir el màxim desenvolupament de les seves capacitats. Aquest Decret estableix que els centres docents han de dur a terme les actuacions necessàries per aconseguir que els alumnes assoleixin els objectius i les competències bàsiques de les diverses etapes educatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. El 20 de juliol de 2024 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 96, la Resolució provisional del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 18 de juliol de 2024 per la qual es determina l&amp;apos;ampliació de la dotació de personal de suport educatiu (dotació addicional) per a l&amp;apos;atenció a la diversitat a l&amp;apos;ensenyament privat concertat per al curs 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. El 12 de setembre de 2024 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 120 la Resolució definitiva del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 5 de setembre de 2024 per la qual es determina la dotació de personal de suport educatiu (dotació addicional) per a l&amp;apos;atenció a la diversitat a l&amp;apos;ensenyament privat concertat per al curs 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Amb posterioritat a la Resolució definitiva de 5 de setembre de 2024, el Servei de Recursos per a l&amp;apos;Atenció a la Diversitat de Centres Concertats, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ha emès &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; l&amp;apos;informe de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9 d&amp;apos;octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de 2024, e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;n sentit favorable a incrementar en 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; hores la dotació d&amp;apos;especialista en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;atenció a la diversitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;AD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;) del CC &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Jesús María &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; (codi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;0700&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3471&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;), per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; al curs 2024-2025. D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;informe, aquest i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ncrement es justifica per la necessitat d&amp;apos;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;atendre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; les noves incorporacions d&amp;apos;alumnat nouvingut &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i l&amp;apos;augment de ràtio a 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; i 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; d&amp;apos;ESO, amb un 28% &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d&amp;apos;alumnat amb NESE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient a les partides pressupostàries corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;Ordre de la consellera d&amp;apos;Educació i Cultura de 7 de maig de 2008 per la qual es regula la dotació dels equips docents als nivells educatius concertats (BOIB núm. 65, de 13 de maig) modificada per Ordre de la consellera d&amp;apos;Educació i Cultura de 23 de juny de 2009 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Decret 59/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les normes que han de regir les convocatòries per a l&amp;apos;establiment i la renovació dels concerts educatius a partir del curs acadèmic 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. El Decret 1/2024, de 4 de gener, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, per la qual es modifica el Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les competències i l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, i pel Decret 17/2023, de 23 d&amp;apos;agost (BOIB núm. 3, de 5 de gener).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
