&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. El 28 de desembre de 2023, es va publicar, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023 del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases reguladores i s&amp;apos;aprova una nova convocatòria de les ajudes &lt;em&gt;de minimis &lt;/em&gt;per a la modernització i la innovació en la higiene i en la neteja dels establiments d&amp;apos;allotjament turístic, destinada a la compra de mecanismes d&amp;apos;elevació de llits, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència finançat per la Unió Europea amb Next Generation EU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. El 8 de febrer de 2024, es va publicar, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/em&gt;l&amp;apos;Ordre 6/2024 del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports per la qual es modifica l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023 per aptar-la al nou règim &lt;em&gt;de&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; que preveuen els articles 2.2 i 3.2 del Reglament (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comissió Europea, de 13 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(206, 24, 30)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;3. D&amp;apos;acord amb la nova redacció de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; l&amp;apos;article 10 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;l&amp;apos;Ordre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;/202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;el punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;aquesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;està sotmesa al règim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;establert&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; en el Reglament (UE) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2023/2831 de la Comissió Europea, de 13 de desembre de 2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;ublica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;t en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;DOUE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; núm. 2831, de 15 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;desembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; de 2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;àgines 1 a 12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;En conseqüència, les ajudes previstes són compatibles amb el mercat interior i, alhora, resten exemptes de l&amp;apos;obligació de notificació establerta en l&amp;apos;article 108, apartat 3, del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. El termini per presentar sol·licituds es va iniciar el 29 de desembre de 2023 i finalitzà el 30 de juny de 2024, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;establert en el punt 11 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. L&amp;apos;article 16.2 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023 estableix que, atès que l&amp;apos;objecte de la subvenció és el finançament d&amp;apos;actuacions que no requereixen la valoració comparativa amb altres propostes, es poden dictar les resolucions de concessió una vegada que s&amp;apos;hagi comprovat el compliment dels requisits establerts en la convocatòria, encara que no hagi finalitzat el termini de presentació de propostes. La convocatòria no preveu la intervenció de cap comissió avaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El 2 de maig, el 25 de juny i el 28 de setembre de 2024, s&amp;apos;han publicat, en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de les Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;respectivament, la primera, la segona i la tercera propostes de resolució per les quals es concedeixen subvencions en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Amb posterioritat a la publicació de les propostes de resolució esmentades en el punt anterior i en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la persona sol·licitant de l&amp;apos;expedient &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;TUR_AJDLLITS_A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;42&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;/2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ha presentat una&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; ampliaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a fi d&amp;apos;augmentar el nombre d&amp;apos;elements subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;D&amp;apos;altra banda, la persona&lt;/span&gt; sol·licitant de l&amp;apos;expedient &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;TUR_AJDLLITS_A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;/2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;desisti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; parcial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ment &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; l&amp;apos;import &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;inicialment proposat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i manté la sol·licitud només per a una part de l&amp;apos;import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(206, 24, 30)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. Ateses les sol·licituds presentades i en aplicació dels criteris per a l&amp;apos;adjudicació dels ajuts prevists en la convocatòria, es relacionen en l&amp;apos;annex 1 les persones sol·licitants que compleixen els requisits per poder ser beneficiàries de l&amp;apos;ajut i la quantia individual d&amp;apos;aquest, calculada d&amp;apos;acord amb els punts 5 i 6 de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(206, 24, 30)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per tant, d&amp;apos;acord amb el punt 6 de la convocatòria, la intensitat de la subvenció s&amp;apos;estableix segons l&amp;apos;esquema següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Per als establiments de fins a 50 habitacions, se subvenciona el 50 % de la despesa elegible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Per als establiments d&amp;apos;entre 51 i 150 habitacions, se subvenciona el 40 % de la despesa elegible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Per als establiments de més de 150 habitacions, se subvenciona el 30 % de la despesa elegible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La despesa elegible de l&amp;apos;ajuda és del 100 % del preu unitari de compra del mecanisme d&amp;apos;elevació de llits, amb un import màxim de 380 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En conseqüència, &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;l&amp;apos;annex 1 d&amp;apos;aquesta proposta de resolució conté una relació de&lt;/span&gt; les persones proposades com a beneficiàries dels ajuts, amb indicació de la quantia individual de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. Analitzada la sol·licitud presentada per HORT SANT PATRICI, SL (expedient TUR_AJD_EL_66/2024), resulta que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; no consta inscrit en el corresponent registre insular d&amp;apos;empreses, activitats i establiments turístics de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;tal com s&amp;apos;estableix en el punt 3.3 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En conseqüència, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 17 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023, correspon denegar les sol·licituds que es relacionen en l&amp;apos;annex 2 per incompliment dels requisits prevists en l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023 i en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;9. De conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 17.1 de l&amp;apos;Ordre 25/2023, la persona instructora, a la vista de l&amp;apos;expedient, n&amp;apos;ha de formular la proposta de resolució. &lt;/span&gt;Aquesta s&amp;apos;ha de notificar a la persona interessada, mitjançant la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; i s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;obrir un tràmit d&amp;apos;audiència de deu dies hàbils a fi que pugui formular les al·legacions que consideri oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La presentació de la justificació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ha de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;fer-se exclusivament de forma telemàtica, a través del tràmit específic posat a disposició de les persones interessades en el portal de la Direcció General de Turisme i en la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB.
