&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Gerència de la Fundació Bit, va iniciar un procés de selecció per a l'Oferta Pública extraordinària d'Estabilització, per a contractar un/a Administratiu/va Serveis Generals, per a prestar serveis a la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia, amb la publicació en el BOIB de les bases específiques del procés de selecció el 29 de desembre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb les bases específiques es va desenvolupar el procés selectiu i la Comissió de Selecció va publicar el llistat definitiu de mèrits al·legats l'11 d'octubre de 2024. Una vegada finalitzat el procés de selecció, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini per a la formalització del contracte laboral i per a la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball s'inicia l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB i serà de tres dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No hi ha més persones candidates que no hagin superat el procés de selecció, per tant, no s'inclouran en cap borsa de personal laboral temporal, específica i preferent a les borses ordinàries vigent en cada ens com es deia a les bases específiques del procés de selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Publicar la present resolució en el BOIB, a la web de la Fundació Bit https://www.fundaciobit.or&lt;u&gt;g&lt;/u&gt; i en el tauler d'anuncis a les oficines de la Fundació Bit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s'hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que dicta aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
