font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff">2.En data de 15 d'abril de 2023 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolució de la Presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 d'abril, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes per al Foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció per a l'any per a l'any 2023.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>3.En data 30 de maig de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 71, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrer de 2023, de convocatòria, per a l'any 2023, dels ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC), així com altres resolucions de convocatòria d'ajuts que preveuen les intervencions al desenvolupament rural.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>4.En data 30 de juny de 2023, s'han rebut un total de 299 sol·licituds per l'ajuda destinada per al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>5.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.En data 14 de maig de 2024 es va formular una proposta provisional denegatòria per al expedient indicat a l'annex II, que fou publicada a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA el 15 de juny de 2024.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>7.Com a resultat d'un control de camp realitzat al sol·licitant TORRALBET SL amb número d'expedient 04003413 i NIF B83112839 es varen identificar dues vaques d'aptitud làctia de dos anys o més i una euga de més de dos anys per la qual cosa no es compleix el número mínim de unitats de bestiar major per sol·licitud i raça per a l'illa de Menorca.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>8.El sol·licitant HANDSCHMANN ELISABETH amb número de expedient 04004652 i DNI ***8891** sol·licita ajuda per a quatre animals (tres eugues de més de dos anys i un semental) quan a la convocatòria l'ajuda sols es per a eugues de més de dos anys.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>9.En data 7 de juny de 2024 el sol·licitant HANDSCHMANN ELISABETH amb número de expedient 04004652 i DNI ***8891** presenta com al·legació amb codi 16622 una justificació animal REGA <span style="background-color:#ffffff">tal i com es detalla en l'annex I d'aquesta resolució per l'anualitat 2023.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>10.En data 10 de juny de 2024 el sol·licitant HANDSCHMANN ELISABETH amb número de expedient 04004652 i DNI ***8891** presenta com al·legació amb codi 16631 un certificat veterinari <span style="background-color:#ffffff">tal i com es detalla en l'annex I d'aquesta resolució per l'anualitat 2023.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
