    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès l&amp;apos;acord del Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, adoptat en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 14 de 27 de gener de 2022), pel qual s&amp;apos;aprovaren definitivament la constitució i els estatuts de l&amp;apos;Agència Menorca Menorca Talaiòtica com a organització especialitzada sense personalitat jurídica pròpia dependent del Consell Insular de Menorca i adscrita al al departament competent en matèria de patrimoni històric;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès que els Estatuts de l&amp;apos;Agència Menorca Menorca Talaiòtica estableixen que aquesta s&amp;apos;estructura internament en cinc òrgans de caràcter executiu –la Presidència, la Vicepresidència, el Consell Rector, la Comissió Executiva i la Direcció– i dos òrgans de caràcter bàsicament consultiu –el Consell Social i el Consell Científic–; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès que l&amp;apos;article 13 dels estatuts abans esmentats preveu expressament que el Consell Social de l&amp;apos;Agència Menorca Talaiòtica pels membres següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) El/la president/a de l&amp;apos;Agència, que pot delegar aquesta funció en la vicepresidència o en un altre membre del Consell Rector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) El/la director/a de l&amp;apos;Agència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) Els i les vocals designats per la Presidència de l&amp;apos;Agència com a representant dels grups polítics, de les entitats i dels sectors econòmics i socials de l&amp;apos;illa de Menorca en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Un vocal per cadascun dels grups polítics amb representació institucional al Consell Insular de Menorca, a proposta dels seus portaveus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Dos vocals com a representant de les organitzacions sindicals més representatives en l&amp;apos;àmbit de l&amp;apos;illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Dos vocals com a representant de les associacions empresarials en l&amp;apos;àmbit de l&amp;apos;illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Dos vocals com a representant del Fòrum d&amp;apos;entitats del tercer sector de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Dos vocals com a representant de les associacions relacionades amb la defensa del patrimoni històric i cultural en l&amp;apos;àmbit de l&amp;apos;illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Un vocal en representació d&amp;apos;una associació de caràcter ambientalista i ecologista amb ampli arrelament a l&amp;apos;illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Tres vocals com a representant dels titulars i gestors de terrenys de titularitat privada inclosos dins els components patrimoni mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Tres vocals com a representant dels col·legis professionals d&amp;apos;implantació a Menorca i que tenguin una relació específica amb Menorca Talaiòtica: 1 d&amp;apos;ells haurà de ser Col·legi Oficial de doctors i llicenciats en Filosofia i Lletres i en Ciències de les Illes Balears, de la seva secció d&amp;apos;arqueologia, els altres dos s&amp;apos;elegiran entre els col·legis d&amp;apos;arquitectes, d&amp;apos;arquitectes tècnics, d&amp;apos;enginyers, de biòlegs i de geòlegs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Un vocal com a representant del Consell Escolar de Menorca .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Un vocal com a representant de la Federació de Veïns de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Un vocal com a representant del Consell de la Joventut de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Atès que el Consell de la Joventut de Menorca no està&amp;nbsp;constituït&amp;nbsp;en l&amp;apos;actualitat&amp;nbsp;i no té representants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Atès el Decret de presidència de l&amp;apos;Agència Menorca Talaiòtica núm 2024/AGMT_P/0000003 de data 04 de juny de 2024 pel qual es van nomenar els membres del Consell Social de l&amp;apos;Agència Menorca Talaiòtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Atès que el Grup Més per Menorca ha proposat el canvi del seu representant suplent;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vist el nomenament de directors insulars que s&amp;apos;estableix en el Decret de Presidència núm. 122/2023 de data 20 de juliol (BOIB 104, de 25-07-2023) en la qual es nomena al senyor Jaime Reurer Morlá, director insular d&amp;apos;Educació, Cultura i Patrimoni;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès, per altra banda, el nomenament dels consellers executius efectuat mitjançant el Decret de Presidència núm. 92 de 10 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm. 95 d&amp;apos;11-7-2023);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vist el Decret de la presidència del Consell Insular de Menorca núm. 103/2023, de 14 de juliol (BOIB núm. 99 de 18-7-2023), en el qual es delega la presidència de l&amp;apos;Agència Menorca Talaiòtica en el senyor Juan Domingo Pons Torres, conseller executiu cap del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformitat amb les atribucions que em confereix la normativa vigent i, en particular, la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
