&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Per Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 8 de gener de 2024 es va convocar un procediment extraordinari per constituir una borsa d&amp;apos;ocupació temporal específica, descentralitzada per illes, per a la categoria de policia del cos de policia local (BOIB núm. 6, de 11 de gener de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 13 de setembre de 2024 es va obrir un nou termini d&amp;apos;inscripció en el &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;procediment extraordinari per constituir una borsa única d&amp;apos;ocupació temporal específica, descentralitzada per illes, per a la categoria de policia local (BOIB núm. 123, de 19 de setembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Per Resolució de la directora gerenta de l&amp;apos;EBAP de 12 de setembre de 2024 es va aprovar la convocatòria de la 46a promoció del curs bàsic de capacitació per accedir a la categoria de policia del cos de policia local per als anys 2024 i 2025 (BOIB núm. 123, de 19 de setembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Per Resolució de la directora gerenta de l&amp;apos;EBAP de 4 d&amp;apos;octubre es va aprovar la llista provisional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb indicació de les causes d&amp;apos;exclusió del procediment del procediment extraodinari per constituir una borsa única d&amp;apos;ocupació temporal específica, descentralitzada per illes, per a la categoria de policia del cos de policia local, i es varen atorgar 2 dies hàbils per realitzar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Transcorregut aquest termini, el Servei de Gestió Formativa i Administrativa ha revisat les llistes i procedeix deixar de d&amp;apos;expressar algunes persones que ja formen part de la borsa, i una persona exclosa ha esmenat el requisit que li faltava per acreditar i per tant, passa a estar admès. Així mateix, una persona admesa ha passat a estar exclosa per ser funcionari de carrera en el mateix cos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. La Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, i en concret, la Disposició addicional vuitena d&amp;apos;aquesta Llei, introduïda per l&amp;apos;apartat 4 de l&amp;apos;article únic del Decret llei 6/2021, de 9 de juliol, de modificació de la Llei 4/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. La Disposició addicional tercera del Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, afegida per l&amp;apos;apartat 5 de la Disposició final primera del Decret llei 6/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. La Llei orgànica 2/1986, de 13 de març, de forces i cossos de seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. L&amp;apos;article 92 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. El Text refós de la Llei de l&amp;apos;Estatut Bàsic de l&amp;apos;Empleat Públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d&amp;apos;octubre, i en concret, l&amp;apos;article 10.1 d&amp;apos;aquest cos legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Els articles 15 i 16 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, que resulten d&amp;apos;aplicació en virtut del que disposen l&amp;apos;article 3.2 d&amp;apos;aquesta Llei i l&amp;apos;article 92.1 de la Llei 7/1985, abans esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. L&amp;apos;article 189.1 i 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b),&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, que contempla al personal funcionari interí com una classe de personal al servei de les entitats locals de les Illes Balears i l&amp;apos;article 190 de la mateixa llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. El Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el procediment de selecció de personal funcionari interí al servei de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, aplicable de manera supletòria en virtut del que disposa l&amp;apos;article 190.1 primer paràgraf &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;in fine&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de la Llei 20/2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. La Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10. La Resolució de 8 de gener de 2024 (BOIB núm. 6, de 11 de gener de 2024) per la qual es convoca un procediment extraordinari per constituir una borsa d&amp;apos;ocupació temporal específica, descentralitzada per illes, per a la categoria de policia, modificada per les Resolucions de 4 de juny de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Aprovar la llista definitiva de persones aspirants admeses en el procediment e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;xtraordinari en els termes que estableixen els annexos 1, 2 i 3 d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Aprovar la llista definitiva de persones aspirants excloses del procediment extraordinari, amb indicació de les causes d&amp;apos;exclusió, en els termes que estableix l&amp;apos;annex 4 d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; a la Seu Electrònica de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears &amp;lt;http://www.caib.es&amp;gt;, i en la pàgina web &amp;lt;http://oposicions.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar, en via administrativa, recurs de reposició, amb caràcter potestatiu i previ al recurs contenciós administratiu, en el registre de l&amp;apos;EBAP o davant l&amp;apos;òrgan delegant en un termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà que s&amp;apos;hagi publicat aquesta Resolució, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
