&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En compliment del que disposa l'article 44.2 del ROF i demés legislació concordant, el present anunci comunica que per decret d'alcaldia, numero 2024/DA/002733, de data 02/08/24, expedient OF037/2023/0001, es va aprovar la delegació de competències de l'Alcalde a favor dels Regidors i Regidores, el text del qual és del tenor literal següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expedient: OF03720230001&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Assumpte&lt;/strong&gt;: Delegació de competències de l'Alcalde a favor dels Regidors i Regidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb l'objecte de dotar d'una major celeritat i eficàcia a l'actuació municipal, es fa necessari procedir, d'acord amb la legislació vigent i amb el Reglament Orgànic Municipal, aquesta Alcaldia considera necessari, en ús de les facultats que li confereixen els articles 21.3 i 23.4 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, en la seva nova redacció actual i altra legislació concordant, procedir a l'establiment d'un nou règim de delegacions de competències de caràcter general i específica, en favor de diferents Regidors i Regidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb la legislació a la que s'ha fet referència anteriorment, aquesta Alcaldia pot delegar l'exercici de les seves atribucions en els membres de la Junta de Govern, sempre i quan no es trobin dins dels supòsits previstos per l'article 21.3 de la Llei Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, en la seva redacció actual, i per l'article 8, 9 i 12 de Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del Sector Públic, en la qual es regulen les competències de l'Alcaldia que no poden ser objecte de delegació sense perjudici de les delegacions especials pugui realitzar en favor de qualsevol regidor i regidora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenint en compte que en el Ple ordinari de data 31 de juliol del 2024 ha pres possessió un nou regidor del Grup Municipal del PSOE es fa necessari actualitzar la nova organització municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot l'anteriorment exposat i en us de les atribucions que m'atorga la Llei Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i del ROM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Efectuar a favor dels membres de la Junta de Govern Local i els regidors i regidores que formen part de l'equip de govern que a continuació es relacionen, una &lt;strong&gt;delegació general d'atribucions de gestió&lt;/strong&gt; dels assumptes de les seves respectives regidories d'actuació, d'acord amb la definició funcional i amb els camps d'actuació que, a títol merament enunciatiu, es recullen respecte de cada regidoria en els punts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La delegació general a favor dels esmentats Regidors i Regidores a la que abans s'ha fet referència, comportarà, tant la &lt;strong&gt;facultat de direcció&lt;/strong&gt; de la regidoria corresponent, com la seva &lt;strong&gt;gestió&lt;/strong&gt;, fins i tot la firma de quants documents de tramitació, si escau, incloses les propostes de resolució que siguin necessàries per l'execució de l'esmentada delegació, sempre que sent potestat d'aquesta Alcaldia, no es trobin inclosos com a competències indelegables a l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, i altra legislació concordant, ni estiguin delegades a favor de la Junta de Govern Local o d'altres Regidors o Regidores, ni atribuïdes excepcionalment a altres regidories per aquest Decret. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectes de delimitació de l'àmbit d'actuació de cadascuna d'aquestes Regidories, correspondran a aquestes els camps d'actuació, les matèries i següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Per tots els Regidors i Regidores delegats generals&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Els actes de direcció, impuls, gestió, i resolució corresponents als serveis inclosos en la seva Àrea/Àmbit/Departament que, sent potestat d'aquesta Alcaldia, no es trobin inclosos com a competències indelegables a l'article 21.3. de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, i altra legislació concordant, ni estiguin delegades a favor de la Junta de Govern Local o d'altres Regidors o Regidores, ni atribuïdes excepcionalment a altres Àrees en els apartats següents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Direcció superior de caràcter funcional del personal adscrit a les funcions delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Les facultats instrumentals necessàries per exercir l'àmbit competencial atribuït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Efectuar a favor dels membres de la Junta de Govern Local i els regidors i regidores que formen part de l'equip de govern que a continuació es relacionen, una &lt;strong&gt;delegació general d'atribucions que impliquen la facultat de resoldre&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers&lt;/strong&gt; dels assumptes de les seves respectives regidories d'actuació d'acord amb la definició funcional i amb els camps d'actuació que, a títol merament enunciatiu, es recullen respecte de cada regidoria en els punts següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectes de delimitació de l'àmbit d'actuació de cadascuna de les regidories, correspondran a aquestes, &lt;strong&gt;a títol merament enunciatiu i no exhaustiu&lt;/strong&gt;, els camps d'actuació i les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVEIS GENERALS &lt;/strong&gt;(Secretaria General, Serveis Jurídics, Contractació i Recursos Humans),&lt;strong&gt; HISENDA &lt;/strong&gt;(Serveis Econòmics, Tresoreria i Patrimoni),&lt;strong&gt; SEGURETAT CIUTADANA &lt;/strong&gt;(Policia Local, Ordenació del tràfic i de l'estacionament i Protecció Civil),&lt;strong&gt; OAC, NOVES TECNOLOGIES&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;(Tecnologies de la informació i Transparència)&lt;strong&gt; i TAXI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVEIS GENERALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Secretaria General&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Òrgans col·legiats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Coordinació de processos electorals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis Jurídics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Assessoria Jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Resoldre, amb caràcter centralitzat, totes les sol·licituds d'accés a la informació que els ciutadans i ciutadanes dirigeixin a l'Ajuntament o als seus ens instrumentals vinculats presents i futurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) Gestió, direcció i tramitació d'expedients en matèria de responsabilitat patrimonial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) Autorització, disposició i reconeixement d'obligacions en matèria de responsabilitat patrimonial de competència de l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5) Defensa i representació de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contractació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Impuls, gestió, tramitació de tots els contractes de l'Ajuntament excepte els inferiors a 15.000 euros (IVA exclòs) i notes d'encàrrecs d'altres departaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Pla anual de contractació&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos Humans&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Prevenció de riscos laborals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Política i gestió de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas d'absència, vacant, malaltia o qualsevol altre impediment dels Regidors i Regidores delegats, assumirà directament i automàticament les seves competències aquesta Alcaldia, com a titular de la competència originària, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d'advocació, en base a la present resolució, sense necessitat d'una nova expressa en aquest sentit, sempre que així es notifiqui als interessants en l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aquesta Alcaldia es reserva totes aquelles competències indelegables establertes en l'article 21.1 i 2 i 3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i especialment les competències de la gestió i direcció dels assumptes, &lt;strong&gt;a títol merament enunciatiu i no exhaustiu&lt;/strong&gt;, que així mateix s'especifiquen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ALCALDIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1) Dirigir el govern i l'administració municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (21.1a) LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2) Convocar i presidir les sessions del ple&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, llevat dels casos que preveuen aquesta Llei i la legislació electoral general, &lt;strong&gt;de la junta de govern local,&lt;/strong&gt; i de qualssevol altres òrgans municipals quan així s'estableixi en una disposició legal o reglamentària, i &lt;strong&gt;decidir els empats amb vot de qualitat&lt;/strong&gt; 21.1 c) LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3)&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Dictar bans&lt;/strong&gt; (21.1 e) LRBRL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4) La competència per &lt;strong&gt;concertar operacions de crèdit&lt;/strong&gt;, sempre que aquelles estiguin previstes al pressupost i el seu import acumulat dins de cada exercici econòmic no superi el 10 per cent dels seus recursos ordinaris, llevat de les de tresoreria que li corresponen quan l'import acumulat de les operacions vives en cada moment no superi el 15 per cent dels ingressos corrents liquidats en l'exercici anterior, ordenar pagaments i retre compte&lt;strong&gt;s&lt;/strong&gt;; tot això de conformitat amb el que disposa el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) En matèria &lt;strong&gt;d'autorització i disposició de despeses, dins de l'import dels crèdits autoritzats en els pressupostos&lt;/strong&gt; i en l'àmbit d'actuació de les competències de l'alcalde, així com en matèries de &lt;strong&gt;reconeixement i liquidació de les obligacions derivades de compromisos de despeses legalment adquirides&lt;/strong&gt;, que corresponen a l'alcalde, es poden delegar aquestes competències, però s'han de recollir en cada exercici a les &lt;strong&gt;bases d'execució&lt;/strong&gt; del pressupost, i això en virtut del que disposa l'art. 185.1, 2 i 3 TRLRHL. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) No és delegable, en cap cas, la facultat de l'alcalde de &lt;strong&gt;resoldre les discrepàncies a les notes d'objecció d'intervenció,&lt;/strong&gt; dins l'àmbit de la seva competència, per venir així establert a l'art. 217.1 TRLRHL. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5) Exercir la &lt;strong&gt;direcció superior de tot el personal i la separació del servei dels funcionaris de la corporació i l'acomiadament del personal laboral&lt;/strong&gt;, i donar-ne compte al ple, en aquests dos últims casos, en la primera sessió que faci. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6) Exercir les &lt;strong&gt;accions judicials i administratives i defensar l'ajuntament &lt;/strong&gt;en les matèries de competència seva, fins i tot quan les ha delegat en un altre òrgan i, en cas d'urgència, en matèries de la competència del ple, i en aquest cas donar-ne compte al ple en la primera sessió que faci perquè ho ratifiqui (21.1 k) LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7) La iniciativa per proposar al ple la &lt;strong&gt;declaració de lesivitat &lt;/strong&gt;en matèries de la competència de l'alcaldia (21.1 l) LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8) Adoptar personalment, i sota la seva responsabilitat, &lt;strong&gt;en cas de catàstrofe o d'infortunis públics o greu risc d'aquests, les mesures necessàries&lt;/strong&gt; i adequades, i donar-ne compte immediatament al ple (21.1 m LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9) Representar l'ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (21.1b) LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10) Dirigir, inspeccionar i impulsar els serveis i obres municipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (21.1 d LRBRL)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11) Desenvolupar la &lt;strong&gt;gestió econòmica&lt;/strong&gt; d'acord amb el pressupost aprovat, &lt;strong&gt;disposar despeses&lt;/strong&gt; dins els límits de la seva competència (21.1 f) LRBRL). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12) Signar les &lt;strong&gt;actes del Ple i de la Junta de Govern i diligenciar els llibres oficials d'Actes&lt;/strong&gt; acreditatius de l'adopció d'acords pels òrgans col·legiats municipals i dels llibres oficials de Decrets de l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13) Vist i plau dels &lt;strong&gt;certificats de resolucions i acords&lt;/strong&gt; municipals i dels altres certificats que no hagin sigut objecte de delegació a favor d'altres membres de la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Donar publicitat del text íntegre d'aquestes delegacions a través del Web de l'Ajuntament, al Tauler d'Anuncis de l'Ajuntament i del Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en compliment de la legislació concordant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar aquesta resolució als Regidors i Regidores afectats, entenent-se acceptada la competència delegada de forma tàcita, el mateix dia &lt;strong&gt;2 d'agost de 2024&lt;/strong&gt; si no es manifesta res en contra, o es fa ús de la delegació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar als Grups municipals i comunicar al personal tècnic i administratiu dels diferents serveis municipals a través de la intranet, pel seu coneixement i efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Donar compte al Ple d'aquesta resolució en la primera sessió que tingui lloc”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
