&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria i les bases que han de regir el concurs per la creació d&amp;apos;una borsa de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;cap de neteja &lt;/span&gt;amb caràcter laboral temporal a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran, per cobrir les necessitat exposades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/strong&gt;Donar publicitat a la convocatòria mitjançant anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en el taulell d&amp;apos;edictes de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament i a la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Signat per mi, l&amp;apos;Alcaldessa Antonia Camps Florit, a la data de la signatura que consta en aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A continuació es transcriuen les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES PER LES QUALS S&amp;apos;HA DE REGIR EL CONCURS PER LA CREACIÓ D&amp;apos;UNA BORSA DE TREBALL DE CAP DE NETEJA AMB CARÀCTER LABORAL TEMPORAL DE L&amp;apos;AJUNTAMENT DES MIGJORN GRAN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA I CARACTERÍSTIQUES DE LES PLAÇA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La present convocatòria té per objecte la constitució d&amp;apos;una borsa de treball de la categoria de Cap de Neteja, enquadrada en el grup de classificació (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;AP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;), amb caràcter laboral temporal, mitjançant un sistema de concurs de mèrits, per cobrir una plaça vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les tasques a desenvolupar per el/la Cap de Neteja consistiran en: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Coordinar les tasques del servei de neteja (organitzar les tasques de tot el servei de neteja i realitzar les compres del material necessari per a la neteja).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Realitzar la neteja dels centres de treball i instal·lacions municipals ( espolsar mobiliari; granar i fregar el terra; buidar papereres i cendres; netejar vidres, finestres, persianes, portes interiors i exteriors; netejar els banys; treure els fems; obrir i tancar instal·lacions; realitzar la bugada de tovalloles i draps d&amp;apos;espolsar; netejar les instal·lacions en cas d&amp;apos;esdeveniments especials).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Qualsevol altra tasca pròpia de la seva categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tenir nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici d&amp;apos;allò disposat a l&amp;apos;article 57 (accés a l&amp;apos;ocupació pública de nacionals d&amp;apos;altres Estats) de la Llei 7/2007, de 12 d&amp;apos;abril, de l&amp;apos;Estatut bàsic de l&amp;apos;empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tenir la capacitat funcional pel desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l&amp;apos;edat de jubilació forçosa, ambdues el dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No haver estat separats, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació ni estar inhabilitats per al desenvolupament de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No patir cap malaltia o discapacitat física o psíquica que impedeixi el desenvolupament normal de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No trobar-se inclosos en cap de les causes d&amp;apos;incapacitat previstes en la legislació per al desenvolupament del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No trobar-se inclosos en cap dels supòsits d&amp;apos;incompatibilitat prevists a la Llei 53/84, de 26 de desembre, d&amp;apos;incompatibilitat del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estar en possessió del certificat d&amp;apos;escolaritat, estudis primaris o equivalent, o en condicions d&amp;apos;obtenir-lo en la data en que conclogui el termini de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Comptar amb el certificat A2 de coneixements de català emès per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els/les aspirants que desitgin prendre part en les proves selectives hauran de presentar en el Registre General de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran (Pla de l&amp;apos;Església, 3 des Migjorn), una instància tipus a la que s&amp;apos;adjunta en aquesta convocatòria com a annex I, adreçada a la batlessa de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;També es podran presentar en la forma establerta en l&amp;apos;article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El termini per a la presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies comptarà des de la publicació de la corresponent convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears fins a 10 dies hàbils a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació en el BOIB. En cas que el dia d&amp;apos;acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds coincideixi en diumenge o festiu, l&amp;apos;esmentat termini finalitzarà el següent dia hàbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per ser admès i prendre part en les proves selectives corresponents, les instàncies hauran d&amp;apos;anar acompanyades de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) Fotocòpia compulsada del DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) Els documents acreditatius del requisit del epígrafs h) i i)de la base segona, per original o fotocopia compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) Manifestar que compleixen totes les condicions referides en la base segona, amb independència de la seva posterior acreditació en finalitzar el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Relacionar els mèrits que tenguin, seguint el mateix ordre d&amp;apos;exposició que consta en el barem de mèrits; aquests hauran d&amp;apos;acreditar-se documentalment mitjançant certificats, diplomes, títols, etc. originals o fotocòpies compulsades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador no en podrà valorar d&amp;apos;altres que no siguin aportats en aquest moment. Únicament resten exceptuades d&amp;apos;aquesta exigència les acreditacions referides als serveis prestats en aquest Ajuntament, les quals s&amp;apos;efectuaran mitjançant document expedit pel Servei de Personal i s&amp;apos;aportaran d&amp;apos;ofici a l&amp;apos;expedient, sempre,però, que prèviament s&amp;apos;hagin al·legat en la instància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els errors de fet que es poguessin advertir podran ser corregits en qualsevol moment, d&amp;apos;ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si alguna de les instàncies tingués cap defecte esmenable, es comunicarà a la persona interessada, a fi que en un termini de deu dies l&amp;apos;esmeni, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 68 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els aspirants amb discapacitat hauran de presentar còpia del document del IBAS o equivalent que acrediti aquesta circumstància i la seva capacitat per a les funcions corresponents a la plaça convocada, i demanar les possibles adaptacions de temps i mitjans per a la realització de l&amp;apos;exercici en que aquesta adaptació sigui necessària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies, la Batlessa dictarà una resolució, en el termini màxim 15 dies, per la qual es declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, la designació del Tribunal Avalador i es fixarà el dia, l&amp;apos;hora i el lloc de l&amp;apos;inici de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquesta resolució serà publicada en la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(www.ajmigjorngran.org&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;) de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, i una còpia s&amp;apos;exposarà al públic en el tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament. Es concedirà un termini de cinc (5) dies hàbils per a esmenes i possibles reclamacions. Els /les aspirants que, dintre del termini assenyalat, no esmenin l&amp;apos;exclusió o alegin l&amp;apos;omissió, justificant el seu dret a ser inclosos en la relació de persones admeses, seran definitivament exclosos de la realització de les proves. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Tribunal serà competent per a resoldre qualsevol incident que es produeixi en el transcurs del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;S&amp;apos;acreditarà, en el cas dels serveis prestats a l&amp;apos;Administració pública, mitjançant certificat acreditatiu de serveis previs; i en el cas dels serveis prestats a l&amp;apos;àmbit privat mitjançant informe preceptiu de vida laboral o document equivalent, acompanyat de contracte de treball, certificat d&amp;apos;empresa o certificat dels serveis prestats emès per l&amp;apos;entitat corresponent, o qualsevol altre document que l&amp;apos;òrgan de selecció consideri suficient, en el que s&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;expressar la data d&amp;apos;inici, data de finalització de la relació laboral, categoria i/o lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si es presenta més d&amp;apos;un certificat, es tindrà en compte només el de nivell superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Un cop finalitzada la qualificació dels aspirants, el Tribunal farà pública en el tauler d&amp;apos;edictes de la corporació i a la pàgina web municipal (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;www.ajmigjorngran.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;) la relació provisional d&amp;apos;aspirants per ordre de puntuació final obtinguda, i del document nacional d&amp;apos;identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tots els aspirants disposaran d&amp;apos;un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de l&amp;apos;exposició, per efectuar les reclamacions que considerin oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva valoració davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Tribunal Avaluador elevarà la proposta de contractació del candidat aprovat amb major puntuació a la Presidència de la Corporació. En cas de renúncia expressa de l&amp;apos;aspirant proposat, el Tribunal Avaluador elevarà la proposta de contractació del següent aspirant, en ordre de puntuació, fent referència expressa a les causes del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Tribunal Avaluador queda facultat per interpretar aquestes bases, resoldre dubtes i incidències que es plantegin, i prendre els acords necessaris per assegurar el correcte desenvolupament de la convocatòria aprovada, en tot allò no previst a les bases. Abans de la constitució del Tribunal Avaluador, s&amp;apos;atribueix a Batlia la facultat d&amp;apos;aprovar i interpretar aquestes bases i resoldre les incidències i els recursos que puguin donar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dins d&amp;apos;aquestes facultats, s&amp;apos;inclouen les de desqualificar als aspirants i, en conseqüència, no puntuar les seves proves, quan aquells vulnerin les lleis o les bases de la convocatòria o el seu comportament suposi un abús o frau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
