    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta batlia, amb data de 3 d'octubre de 2024, ha dictat un decret del següent tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Atès al vigent Decret de delegació de competències d'aquesta batlia en la resta de membres de l'actual equip de govern d'aquest Ajuntament. Atès que les circumstàncies han canviat, referent a un dels integrants d'aquest equip, per mor de la seva jubilació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En aplicació de les atribucions que em confereixen els articles 43 i següents i 115 i 116 del Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, en relació amb l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, resolc:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Nomenar com a regidors delegats/ades a les distintes àrees de gestió d'aquest Ajuntament, els/les regidors/es següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Rafel Adrover Obrador: Urbanisme i activitats, Medi ambient, Servei d'aigües, platges i sanitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Jaume Vidal Pons: E&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sports, protecció civil i, conjuntament amb Aina Manresa, gent gran de Campos, més suport a la brigada d'obres i serveis i suport a participació ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aina Manresa Monserrat: S&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;erveis socials, mercats i, conjuntament amb Jaume Vidal, gent gran de Campos; conjuntament amb Maria Antònia Barceló, fires i festes; i suport a policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Carmen Marín Barceló: Cultura, educació i infantesa, més suport a turisme, comerç i joventut, a més de ser la representant als consells escolars dels centres del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sebastià Bonet Rigo: Brigada municipal d'obres i serveis, patrimoni, Policia Local, camins rurals i fora vila, a més de suport al servei d'aigües. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Maria Dominga Obrador Vaquer: sa Ràpita, ses Covetes, gent gran de sa Ràpita, a més de suport a Medi ambient, suport a sanitat i a urbanisme i activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Maria Antònia Barceló Vanrell: Joventut, participació ciutadana i, conjuntament amb Aina Manresa, fires i festes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;José Manuel Vara Martínez: Obres i serveis, edificis municipals i cementeri municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Clara Roig Miramontes: Funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Micaela Victòria Prohens Mateu: Comerç, turisme, i suport a educació i cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sebastià Sureda Mas: Hisenda i suport a les àrees d'&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Urbanisme i de Funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La coordinació de regidories, així com totes aquelles competències que la Llei atribueix a la batlia i que no estan expressament delegades, seran exercides per la batlessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Les delegacions a què es refereix l'apartat anterior són genèriques, a l'empara del que disposa l'article 43 del Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre (ROF), incloent les facultats de direcció i gestió, inclosa la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius; mentre que aquest batle conservarà, de les matèries delegades, les facultats a què es refereix l'article 115 de l'esmentat ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Donar compte d'aquesta resolució al Ple de la Corporació en la primera sessió que es celebri, i publicar-la al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. D'acord amb l'article 44.2 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre (ROF), aquestes delegacions tindran efecte des del dia següent al de la data de la resolució i seran de caràcter indefinit, tot això sense perjudici de la potestat d'advocació per part de la Batlia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
