font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L'apartat 8.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 de març de 2023 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció, corresponents a l'any 2023, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><em>3.En data 30 de maig de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 71, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrer de 2023, de convocatòria, per a l'any 2023, dels ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC), així com altres resolucions de convocatòria d'ajuts que preveuen les intervencions al desenvolupament rural.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><em>4.En data 30 de juny de 2023, s'han rebut un total de 299 sol·licituds per l'ajuda destinada per al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><em>5.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
