&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar els llocs de treball d'òrgans directius, coordinacions generals i direccions generals de cada Àrea o Regidoria, que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Modificació dels llocs de Director General de Pressuposts i de Directora de General de Funció Pública i Contractació en el sentit que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Bàrbara Martí Mora, actual Directora General de Funció Pública i Contractació passarà a denominar-se Directora General de Funció Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; Procedir al cessament i nomenament dels òrgans directius següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cessar al Sr. Pedro Miró Martínez com a Coordinador general de d'Economia, Comerç, Autònoms, Mercats i Fires atesa l'amortització del lloc establerta a l'apartat segon del present Acord i nomenar al Sr. Miró Coordinador General d'Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut, Gent Gran i Interculturalitat, lloc que es crea a l'apartat tercer del present Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cessar al Sr. Jaume Pla Forteza com a Director General de Seguretat Ciutadana atesa l'amortització del lloc establert a l'apartat segon del present Acord i nomenar al Sr. Pla Forteza Coordinador General de Seguretat Ciutadana i Civisme, lloc que es crea a l'apartat tercer del present Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÉ.- &lt;/strong&gt;Deixar sense efectes l'Acord de JGL_20230726_01_U030 de data 26 de juliol de 2023mitjançant el qual se li atribuïen temporalment les funcions de gerència de l'Institut Municipal d'Innovació, al Coordinador general d'Innovació i Districte Digital, Sr. David Díez Herreros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÉ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Eximir els llocs de treball d'òrgan directiu, del requisit de ser nomenats entre personal funcionari de carrera de l'Estat, de les Comunitats Autònomes, de les Entitats Locals o amb habilitació de caràcter nacional que pertanyin a cossos o escales classificats al subgrup A1,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d'acord amb allò establert a l'article 47 del Reglament orgànic del govern i administració de l'ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÉ.- &lt;/strong&gt;La jornada laboral serà de 40 hores setmanals i les retribucions a percebre són les determinades en el vigent Pressupost de Despeses per a les direccions i coordinacions generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITÉ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Per garantir el funcionament de l'Administració Municipal, qui ostenti coordinacions i direccions generals nomenades per part de la Junta de Govern, continuaran en el seu lloc de feina malgrat hagi expirat el mandat de la Corporació, no produint-se el seu cessament de forma automàtica, sense perjudici de la decisió que pugui prendre amb posterioritat la nova Junta de Govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVÉ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aquest acord es ratificarà pel Ple a la primera sessió que se celebri i s'inclourà al Decret de Batlia que aprova l'estructura de l'organització de govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESÉ.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el present Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la intranet municipal.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
