&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Territori i la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Habitatge van arribar a un acord perquè els camps de fondeig regulats passessin a ser gestionats per Ports de les Illes Balears, i que fos aquesta administració portuària l'encarregada de planificar, construir i gestionar els camps de fondeig prevists posar en funcionament a praderies catalogades com a “praderies a regular” en l'annex 1 del Decret 25/2018, de 27 de juliol, sobre la conservació de la Posidònia oceànica a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En la sessió celebrada el 25 de maig de 2022, el Consell d'Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears va acordar aprovar les Condicions generals per la reserva i ús de les boies dels camps de fondeig associats als programes de protecció de la Posidònia oceànica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consideracions jurídiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. D'acord amb l'article 27 de la Llei 10/2005, de 21 de juny, de ports de les Illes Balears, l'ens Ports de les Illes Balears exerceix les funcions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;u) L'elaboració i l'aprovació dels projectes, com també la instal·lació i execució, gestió, manteniment i explotació dels camps de boies prevists a la normativa autonòmica sobre la conservació de la posidònia oceànica, sense perjudici dels títols habilitants per a l'ocupació del domini públic marítim-terrestre i de les competències de la conselleria competent en matèria de medi ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Consell d'Administració, en la sessió celebrada el 25/05/2022, va facultar el vicepresident per realitzar les modificacions necessàries de les Condicions generals per la reserva i ús de les boies dels camps de fondeig associats als programes de protecció de la Posidònia oceànica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Aprovar les Condicions generals per la reserva i ús de les boies dels camps de fondeig associats als programes de protecció de la Posidònia oceànica, les quals substitueixen les aprovades per Acord del Consell d'Administració de 25/05/2022, d'acord amb l'annex 1 que s'adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Publicar les Condicions generals per la reserva i ús de les boies dels camps de fondeig associats als programes de protecció de la Posidònia oceànica al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i al web de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Donar compte al Consell d'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Consell d'Administració de Ports de les Illes Balears en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions púbiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present document té per finalitat informar-lo sobre les condicions de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;reserves realitzades mitjançant la present Web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A través d'aquest servei, pretenem posar a la seva disposició informació sobre la disponibilitat i les taxes d'amarrament per ús de les boies en espais LIC per a la protecció de la Posidònia oceànica. El Portal li permet formalitzar la seva reserva d'amarraments de manera online.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La utilització de les boies es farà respectant estrictament les normes d'utilització redactades en aquesta pàgina web. Els camps de boies estan pensats per a la protecció de la prada de Posidònia oceànica, de fondeig per temps limitat i sempre amb condicions de mar favorables, però no com a zones de refugi en cas de mal temps. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reserves per a utilitzar les boies les concedeix Ports de les Illes Balears a través del centre de reserves online o, excepcionalment, in situ en el camp de boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se l'informa expressament que la utilització de la present Web implica l'acceptació per la seva part de la política de privacitat i de les condicions d'ús d'aquesta. Així mateix, la utilització de la secció de la Web destinada a la tramitació de reserves de boies suposa l'acceptació de les presents condicions en la seva última versió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests tractaments poden incloure l'enviament de comunicacions informatives per motius operatius (alertes per raons meteorològiques, restriccions temporals d'ús, requeriments de pagament, etc.) a l'adreça de correu electrònic i/o número de telèfon indicats en la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, l'informem que poden captar-se imatges dels camps de fondeig, amb la intenció d'identificar les embarcacions/matrícules que ocupen les boies amb finalitats de seguretat i control de l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests tractaments són necessaris per a l'execució del contracte o per a l'aplicació de mesures precontractuals relatives a la reserva realitzada a pròpia petició dels interessats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, amb la finalitat d'avaluar i gestionar la qualitat dels serveis relacionats amb els camps de fondeig existents, tractarem les dades relatives als qüestionaris de satisfacció emplenats pels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests tractaments es basen en el nostre interès legítim per a avaluar i gestionar la qualitat dels nostres serveis. Per a la ponderació d'aquest interès respecte als seus drets i llibertats s'ha determinat que el tractament tenia un impacte limitat en la privacitat dels interessats per correspondre a expectatives raonables d'aquests i no plantejava amenaces significatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Reserves de boies a través del Portal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Alta d'usuari: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És indispensable donar-se d'alta la primera vegada com a usuari en el sistema per a poder realitzar una sol·licitud de reserva en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Característiques de la sol·licitud d'alta d'usuari i embarcació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada donat d'alta com a usuari, el sol·licitant podrà afegir embarcacions al seu compte, per a això deurà obligatòriament indicar les següents dades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dades relatives a l'usuari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dades relatives a l'embarcació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7) Nom, matrícula i característiques de l'embarcació (tipus de vaixell, eslora, màniga, calat, bandera i número de pòlissa d'assegurança).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8) Imprescindible annexar per a embarcacions amb pavelló espanyol registrades la FULLA DE REGISTRE MARÍTIM ESPAÑOL, on apareixen clarament les DADES DE L'EMBARCACIÓ, NOM, MATRÍCULA, ESLORA I MÀNIGA, per a embarcacions inscrites el CERTIFICAT D'INSCRIPCIÓ acompanyat de la còpia de la DECLARACIÓ DE CONFORMITAT CE on apareixen clarament les DADES D'ESLORA I MÀNIGA. Per a embarcacions amb pavelló estranger qualsevol document oficial en el qual apareguin CLARAMENT EL NOM DE L'EMBARCACIÓ, MATRÍCULA, ESLORA I MÀNIGA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Característiques de la sol·licitud de reserva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una vegada l'usuari s'ha identificat en la pantalla de login, entrarà en la seva&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;zona privada. La zona privada disposa d'un menú, des d'on podrà&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;realitzar noves reserves, modificar-les, ampliar-les, cancel·lar-les, consultar-les, modificar les dades d'usuari, consultar i afegir embarcacions o canviar la contrasenya per a accedir a la zona privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Una vegada realitzada la sol·licitud de reserva, es procedirà a confirmar en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;temps real, la disponibilitat de boies disponibles en el camp de fondeig sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les sol·licituds de reserves per a l'ús de les boies es realitzaran en línia fins a les 21.00 h del dia d'arribada a través de la web: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://reserves.portsib.es/reserves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'horari d'atenció telefònica és dilluns a divendres de 9.00 h a 20.00 hores i dissabtes, diumenges i festius de 10.00 h a 20.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'horari del servei d'atenció en el camp de boies serà de dilluns a diumenge de 12.00 h a 20.00 h. El contacte amb el patró de servei es realitzarà exclusivament pel canal de la VHF núm. 77.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ESTADA MÀXIMA: Es poden efectuar reserves per a un màxim de tres (3) dies consecutius amb pernoctació. En cas que hi hagués disponibilitat el patró de vigilància del camp autoritzarà la pròrroga de l'estada de dia en dia, prèvia autorització de PortsIB. No es permet realitzar reserves successives amb la finalitat de prolongar aquesta estada màxima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. No està permès realitzar dues reserves amb pernoctació en el mateix camp de fondeig en un període igual o inferior a quatre (4) dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.6. Els serveis que es presten en el camp de boies són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estada amb pernoctació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Són estades per dies complets amb entrada durant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el dia d'arribada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a partir de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.30 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i sortida abans de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.00 hores del dia de sortida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, amb un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;nits d'estada en el mateix camp. No es permet realitzar dues reserves per a la mateixa embarcació o persona en el mateix camp de fondeig en un període igual o inferior a 4 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bo dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Estada en boia durant el dia entre les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.00 i les 18.00 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(solament disponible el mateix dia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bo banyo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Estada en boia durant el dia entre les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.00 i les 14.00 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o entre les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.00 i les 18.00 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(solament disponible el mateix dia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis inclouen l'amarrament a la boia de fondeig i l'ajuda a l'amarrament el dia de l'entrada, sempre segons disponibilitat i durant l'horari del servei d'atenció del patró en el camp de boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'estada amb pernoctació pot reservar-se amb antelació, el bo dia i el bo bany només es podran reservar per al mateix dia a partir de les 00.00 hores, el bo bany només està disponible per a embarcacions de fins a 12 metres d'eslora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Únicament es pot fer una reserva per dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Canvis d'embarcació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ELS CANVIS D'EMBARCACIÓ NO ESTAN&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PERMESOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si les dades de la reserva no coincideixen amb les dades de l'embarcació arribada al camp de fondeig, es denegarà l'amarrament a les boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificació d'una reserva: Existeix la possibilitat de modificar la reserva pel propi usuari mitjançant la plataforma de reserves, abans de la seva entrada i amb una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;antelació mínima de 12 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, accedint a la pàgina web, àrea privada de l'usuari i accedint a “LES MEVES RESERVES”. La modificació d'una reserva es realitzarà íntegrament no es permet canviar dies solts, ni reduir els dies de la reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada realitzada la reserva en un camp, aquesta es podrà ampliar, sempre que l'ampliació sigui realitzada per l'usuari mitjançant la plataforma de reserves, hi hagi disponibilitat, no hagi reservat el màxim de dies per reserva i respecti els 4 dies de descans entre reserves per a un mateix camp de boies, en cap cas podrà reduir-se el nombre de dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Preu i pagament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els preus a aplicar per a la utilització de les boies seran els disposats en la Llei 11/1998, de 14 de desembre de 1998, sobre el règim específic de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;taxes de la Comunitat Autònoma de les illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests preus es refereixen a les reserves ordinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenint en compte la reducció de temps d'estada i els serveis a repercutir en funció d'aquest temps s'estableixen les següents reduccions per als casos d'estades diürnes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La tramitació de la reserva implica el pagament per la seva part de les taxes, la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;quantia de les quals està indicada en la corresponent pàgina de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Només es procedirà a la confirmació de la reserva previ pagament de les referides taxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El pagament de les taxes en la Web només es podrà realitzar mitjançant pagament amb targeta de crèdit/dèbit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El pagament dels drets d'amarrament no dona dret a cap mena de prestació addicional de serveis ni a la zona de fondeig ni en els ports o instal·lacions que poguessin trobar-se en la rodalia del camp de fondeig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6. ABANS D'EFECTUAR EL PAGAMENT, ASSEGURI'S QUE TANT LES DATES D'ENTRADA I SORTIDA COM L'EMBARCACIÓ SÓN CORRECTES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. Requisits per a les embarcacions de llista 6a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a formalitzar la reserva online d'una embarcació de llista 6a es&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;requerirà l'aportació d'un contracte de lloguer que coincideixi amb els dies&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;reservats a nom de la persona que dugui a terme la reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Cancel·lació de la reserva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Cancel·lació per part de l'Usuari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'anul·lació o cancel·lació de la reserva dona dret a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la devolució del 50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'import pagat per ella sempre que es realitzi per l'usuari mitjançant el programa de reserves online amb un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;mínim de 12 hores d'antelació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a l'hora d'inici de l'ocupació autoritzada. Podrà gaudir-se de la reserva en altres dates sempre que la modificació sigui realitzada per l'usuari mitjançant la plataforma de reserves amb una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;antelació mínima de 12 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'hora d'inici de l'ocupació autoritzada, hi hagi disponibilitat, no es modifiqui el nombre de dies de la reserva i es respecti el mínim de dies entre dues reserves per a un mateix camp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EN EL SUPÒSIT DE NO PRESENTAR-SE L'EMBARCACIÓ TITULAR DE LA RESERVA EN EL CAMP DE FONDEIG, EN LA DATA D'ENTRADA, L'IMPORT ABONAT PER LA RESERVA NO SERÀ REEMBORSAT I LA RESERVA ES DONARÀ PER CANCEL·LADA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Cancel·lació per part de Ports de les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. No presentació o presentació tardana injustificada: En cas de no presentar-se el dia d'arribada originalment prevista en la reserva o en cas de presentar-se amb posterioritat a les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.30 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del mateix dia, es cancel·larà la reserva, tret que, amb previ avís i per motius degudament justificats i aliens a la voluntat de l'usuari, l'entrada al camp de boies hagi de realitzar-se una vegada transcorregut el terme avantdit. La cancel·lació de la reserva per motius de no presentació o presentació tardana injustificada comportarà, en concepte de penalització, la retenció, sense possibilitat de devolució, de les taxes pagades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Incompliment de les presents condicions: En cas d'incompliment per part de l'Usuari de les presents condicions, i en particular, sense ser limitatiu, respecte a l'exactitud de les dades relatives a l'embarcació, al canvi d'embarcació en l'entrada al camp de fondeig, a l'ocupació d'una boia no corresponent a la reservada o qualsevol tipus d'actuació fraudulenta, es procedirà a cancel·lar la reserva, que suposarà la retenció per part de Ports de les Illes Balears, en concepte de penalització, de les taxes pagades, tot això sense perjudici del dret a excloure l'Usuari incomplidor dels serveis registrats i de les altres accions que procedeixin en dret. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Força major:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Usuari tindrà dret a la devolució de les quantitats satisfetes en concepte de taxes en cas que una causa de força major obligui a Ports de les Illes Balears a cancel·lar la reserva, sense que, per això, l'Usuari pugui exigir-li el pagament d'una altra quantitat en concepte d'indemnització de qualsevol classe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.4. Embarcació de llista 6ª:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la no aportació d'un contracte de lloguer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que coincideixi amb els dies reservats a nom de la persona que dugui a terme&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la reserva implica la cancel·lació de l'amarrament / reserva per no compliment de les presents condicions. L'import de la reserva no serà reemborsat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Modificació de la reserva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La modificació de la reserva ha de realitzar-se pel propi usuari a través de la web de reserves amb un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;mínim de 12 hores d'antelació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a l'hora d'inici de l'ocupació autoritzada i aquesta modificació està subjecta a disponibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a reserves de més d'un dia, les modificacions es realitzaran del total de dies de la reserva, no es permet fraccionar en dies alterns una mateixa reserva (es modifica el bloc de la reserva).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sempre haurà de respectar-se el nombre mínim de dies entre dues reserves amb pernoctació per a un mateix camp de boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Condicions d'utilització de les boies i els camps de fondeig regulats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al bo amb pernoctació l'arribada al camp amb reserva confirmada haurà de realitzar-se entre les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.30 i les 19.30 hores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Si l'hora d'arribada és posterior a l'esmentada no es garanteix la disponibilitat de la boia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'arribada de l'embarcació a la boia d'amarrament, l'Usuari haurà de presentar la documentació de l'embarcació i el bo de confirmació de la reserva al patró de l'embarcació de vigilància per a la seva verificació o a qualsevol agent portuari de PortsIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El dia de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sortida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; s'haurà de deixar lliure la boia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;abans de les 18.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament ha d'efectuar-se en realitzar la reserva. En cas de no haver-hi boies de la grandària de la seva eslora, se li donarà l'opció de reservar una d'eslora superior, amb la taxa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ports IB es reserva el dret de canviar el lloc d'amarrament de les embarcacions quan el consideri necessari per a la correcta explotació i ordenació del camp de fondeig, sense que el titular de l'embarcació pugui realitzar cap reclamació a causa de danys i perjudicis per cap concepte ni per les despeses ocasionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els patrons hauran d'atenir-se en tot moment a les bones pràctiques en matèria de navegació i seguretat, evitant el contacte de les hèlixs amb els caps a fi d'evitar trencaments, passant el cap d'amarrament per la línia principal deixant 3 m de cap entre la boia i l'embarcació i respectant la taula d'eslores màximes permeses per cada tipus de boia. En tot cas l'usuari haurà de complir les següents normes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atendre les indicacions del patró de vigilància del camp. Especialment en cas de previsió de temporal el patró podrà comminar a abandonar el camp de boies, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en cas de no atendre aquestes indicacions tant l'empresa concessionària com Ports de les Illes Balears declinen tot tipus responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda prohibit el fondeig de més d'una embarcació per boia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda prohibit el fondeig amb ancora a l'interior del perímetre del camp de boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda prohibit deixar una embarcació sense tripulació en el camp de boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda prohibida la circulació amb motos aquàtiques o realitzar activitats amb joguines nàutiques dins del perímetre del camp de boies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Velocitat màxima del vent: 10 nusos. En condicions de vent superior Ports de les Illes Balears i l'empresa prestadora del servei declinen qualsevol responsabilitat per danys que puguin sofrir les embarcacions o les persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És obligatori respectar l'eslora màxima indicada en cada boia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es permeten volums de música alts i queda totalment prohibit la celebració de festes en les embarcacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun usuari vol descendir a terra haurà de fer-lo amb la seva pròpia auxiliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la reserva no és possible el canvi de boia assignada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'embarcació haurà de romandre amarrada a la boia assignada durant la totalitat del període autoritzat, podent-se realitzar entrades i sortides del camp de fondeig durant aquest període. En cas d'abandonar el camp per un període de temps determinat l'usuari haurà de comunicar-ho prèviament al patró del camp (CANAL 77 VHF); en cas contrari no es garanteix la disponibilitat de la boia al seu retorn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La velocitat màxima dins del perímetre del camp de boies serà de 3 nusos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A pesar que els camps de boies estan sotmesos a revisions i labors de manteniment constants. No obstant això, si apreciés qualsevol anomalia preguem informin els telèfons 971439779 i 971439752.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda totalment prohibit realitzar cap mena d'abocament en la mar, seran denunciats els abocaments fecals, aigües de sentines o qualsevol tipus de residu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PORTS DE LES ILLES BALEARS I L'EMPRESA PRESTADORA DEL SERVEI DECLINEN QUALSEVOL RESPONSABILITAT EN EL CAS D'INCOMPLIMENT DE LES NORMES D'ÚS DELS CAMPS DE BOIES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONDICIONS RELATIVES A L'ESTADA EN EL CAMP DE FONDEIG- OBLIGACIONS DE L'USUARI &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El propietari o patró de l'embarcació d'esbarjo de trànsit estarà obligat a complir les instruccions de Ports de les Illes Balears i del personal de l'empresa prestadora del servei, i la normativa o disposicions vigents o que d'ara endavant es dictin que afectin el domini públic marítim-terrestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'ús de la boia per a una embarcació de trànsit es concedeix amb caràcter personal, intransferible i a títol precari exclusivament per al període reservat i acceptat per PortsIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Ports de les Illes Balears es reserva el dret de canviar el lloc d'amarrament en trànsit de l'embarcació dins del camp de fondeig quan el consideri necessari per a la correcta explotació i ordenació del camp de fondeig, sense que pugui reclamar el titular de l'embarcació cap reclamació a causa dels danys i perjudicis per cap concepte ni per les despeses ocasionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
