&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La present convocatòria té per objecte regular les condicions i procediments per a la concessió, en règim de concurrència competitiva amb prorrateig,de subvencions , per part de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;l&amp;apos;Ajuntam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ent&lt;/span&gt; de Calviá,destinades a l&amp;apos;adquisició d&amp;apos;elements i a la realització d&amp;apos;actuacions que contribueixin a la millora estètica interior i/o exterior d&amp;apos;establiments físic oberts al públic, en general, amb una superfície màxima de 150 m2 (excloent zona d&amp;apos;emmagatzenatge i aparcament), i/o a les actuacions dirigides a la innovació i la digitalització de l&amp;apos;activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;que compleixin els requisits establerts a les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No es podran beneficiar de les ajudes previstes en aquesta convocatòria les persones i entitats en què concorri alguna de les prohibicions que estableix l&amp;apos;article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Bases reguladores per a la consessió, al municipi de Calviá i per l&amp;apos;any 2024, de subvencions per a la millora estètica i actuacions dirigides a la innovació i a la digitalització &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d&amp;apos;establiments&lt;/span&gt; físics al terme municipal de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;alvià&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;assignació pressupostària per a la present convocatòria és de vint-i-cinc mil euros (25.000,00 €) per a l&amp;apos;any 2024, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 603-43100-7700000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds podran presentar-se durant els deu (10) dies hàbils posterior des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de l&amp;apos;extracte de la convocatòria al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
