Aquest decret tendrà efectes des de la seva signatura, sense perjudici de la preceptiva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, conforme al que disposa l&amp;apos;article 44.2 del Reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, aprovat per Real decret de 28 de novembre de 1986, i se&amp;apos;n donarà compte al Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Queden sense efecte els anteriors decrets relacionats amb la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
