    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la convocatòria d'ajudes específiques per al desenvolupament de l'àmbit rural i ramader de l'illa de Formentera per a l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprovat pel Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió de caràcter Ordinari de 29 d'agost de 2024, que va adoptar, entre d'altres, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que en aquests moments el Consell Insular de Formentera no disposa de Junta de Govern, les competències delegades de l'art 17.1 lletra h, del Ple a la Junta de Govern han retornat al Ple i per tant, correspon al Ple l'aprovació de les bases reguladores d'una subvenció. En aquest cas, s'aproven simultàniament les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les subvencions, que segons l'art. 28.1 lletra m i l'art. 132.2, les competències correspondrien a la Junta de Govern, però com que aquesta no existeix, retornen al Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, en virtut de les atribucions legalment conferides,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPOSTA D'ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;- APROVAR &lt;/strong&gt;les "Bases reguladores i convocatòria simultània per a la concessió d'ajudes per al desenvolupament de l'àmbit agrícola i ramader de l'illa de Formentera per a l'any 2024" les quals consten adjuntes a aquest document com &lt;strong&gt;ANNEX.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquest acord i el contingut de les Bases a la Base Nacional de Subvenciones ,en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Formentera, als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases reguladores i convocatòria simultània per a la concessió d'ajudes per al desenvolupament de l'àmbit agrícola i ramader de l'illa de Formentera per a l'any 2024.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix a l'empara del que disposen les següents bases reguladores de les ajudes per al desenvolupament de l'àmbit rural i ramader a l'illa de Formentera, de conformitat amb la següent normativa aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Aprovació definitiva del Pressupost General del Consell Insular per a l'any present 2024 (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de gener de 2024). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovació definitiva del Pla Estratègic de subvencions del Consell Insular de Formentera per al període 2024 i 2025 aprovat per Ple en data de 21 de març de 2024 (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de març de 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estructura organizativa y competencial del Consejo Insular de Formentera, así como de las delegaciones de presidencia y del Pleno, para el mandato 2023-2027 (BOIB n.º 112, 12 de agosto de 2023) modificada por las Resoluciones de presidencia de fecha 26 de febrero de 2024 de cese de los cargos del consejero Sr. José Manuel Alcaraz Escandell y los Decretos de Presidencia de 20 de junio de 2024, de renuncia de los miembros del equipo de Gobierno (BOIB núm. 85, de 27 de juny de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276, de 18/11/2003) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Reial decret 887/2003, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 176, de 27/07/2006), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Reial decret 130/2019, de 18 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes publiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 dedesembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de la CAIB (BOIB núm. 196, de 31/12/2005)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (BOE núm. 236, de 2/10/2015)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i) Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic (BOE núm. 236, de 2/10/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j) &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llei 8/1999, de 12 d'abril, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars de Menorca i d'Eivissa i Formentera en matèria d'Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i &lt;/span&gt;Artesania (BOCAIB núm. 051 de 1999) afectada pel Decret 3/2011, de 14 de gener, d'ampliació dels mitjans econòmics adscrits a les funcions i els serveis inherents a les competències que al seu moment foren traspassades a l'extint Consell Insular d'Eivissa i Formentera per la Llei 8/1999, de 12 d'abril, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars de Menorca i d'Eivissa i Formentera en matèria d'agricultura, ramaderia, pesca i artesania, la titularitat i l'exercici de les quals assumeix avui, també per mandat legal, el Consell Insular de Formentera, en l'àmbit territorial d'aquesta illa, des del moment de l'entrada en vigor de la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer (finançament dels costos vinculats a l'execució de programes d'assistència i assessorament tècnic i capacitació del sector agrari, com també de promoció, seguiment i protecció territorial dels productes agroalimentaris, a l'illa de Formentera) (BOIB núm. 9, de 18 de gener 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donar ajudes al sector agrícola i ramader per a pal·liar el sobre cost de la triple insularitat i reduir els efectes de la sequera per tal de mantenir l'activitat agrícola i ramadera tradicional de l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La quantitat màxima que es destinarà a la present convocatòria és de 50.000 € a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 2024.1.410.48000.01, d'agricultura, ramaderia, pesca i caça, i a les aplicacions pressupostàries establertes a cada línia de subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que, dins el mateix capítol, una línia no esgoti el pressupost establert, s'imputarà la quantia sobrant a les línies pressupostàriament esgotades, publicades en aquesta mateixa convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Procediment &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que en aquests moments el Consell Insular de Formentera no disposa de Junta de Govern, les competències delegades de l'art 17.1 lletra &lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;, del Ple a la Junta de Govern han retornat al Ple i per tant, correspon al Ple l'aprovació de les bases reguladores d'una subvenció. En aquest cas, s'aproven simultàniament les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de les subvencions, que segons l'art. 28.1 lletra &lt;em&gt;m&lt;/em&gt; i l'art. 132.2, les competències correspondrien a la Junta de Govern però com que aquesta no existeix, retornen al Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) L'òrgan competent per aprovar les presents bases reguladores i la convocatòria per al 2024 és el Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vegada aprovades, les bases reguladores es publicaran al BOIB d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, així com al tauler d'anuncis i edictes electrònic del Consell Insular de Formentera. Així mateix, serà obligatòria la seva inscripció a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les sol·licituds de subvenció i tota la documentació que es requereix es dirigirà a la Conselleria de Sector Primari del Consell Insular de Formentera i es presentaran, dins el termini establert — l'endemà de la publicació fins 15 dies naturals des de la publicació —, en el registre general d'Entrada del Consell Insular de Formentera i en altres llocs previstos a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (en endavant, LPACAP). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La Conselleria de Sector Primari serà la competent per instruir el procediment de tramitació dels expedients de sol·licitud d'ajudes regulades en aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient i l'informe de l'òrgan col·legiat —comissió avaluadora— formularà la proposta de resolució provisional, la qual es notificarà als interessats i disposaran d'un termini de deu dies naturals per presentar al·legacions, documents i/o justificants que estimin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La comissió avaluadora estarà integrada pels tècnics d'agricultura i ramaderia de l'àrea de sector primari i la lletrada adscrita a l'àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) La proposta de resolució definitiva de les ajudes es resoldrà mitjançant Decret de presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per raons d'eficàcia i eficiència procedimental cada línia d'ajudes es tramitarà com un sub-expedient respecte l'expedient matriu de la present convocatòria d'ajudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Règim d'ajudes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les ajudes regulades en aquesta convocatòria no són compatibles amb una altra mena d'ajuda o subvenció que pels mateixos conceptes atorgui el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant això, sí són compatibles amb altres ajudes o subvencions que pels mateixos conceptes atorgui altra Administració o entitat privada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les ajudes regulades en aquesta convocatòria són compatibles entre si.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les ajudes no generen cap dret a l'obtenció d'altres ajudes en exercicis posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'import de les subvencions o ajudes que es concedeixen no poden superar en cap cas, de forma aïllada o en concurrència amb altres ajudes, el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Requisits i obligacions de les persones beneficiaries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A) Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones (físiques o jurídiques) sol·licitants de les ajudes que es preveuen en la present convocatòria hauran de complir els següents requisits generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar al corrent de totes les obligacions econòmiques amb el Consell Insular de Formentera amb la AEAT i amb la Seguretat Social. El Consell Insular de Formentera comprovarà d'ofici aquest requisit una vegada formulada la sol·licitud d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) L'àmbit territorial de l'activitat de les persones beneficiaries serà l'illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Els requisits específics que es detallen a cada línia d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) No poden ser beneficiaries de les subvencions les persones, les entitats o les agrupacions en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 13.2 i 13.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions (BOE núm. 276, de 18/11/2003) (endavant, LGS); Prohibicions que en el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions en l'àmbit de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 196, de 31/12/2005) (endavant, TRLSCAIB) estan recollides en els apartats 1 i 2 del seu article 10. Tampoc, a més, les empreses i entitats que es trobin en els supòsits que preveu l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juny, d'Igualtat de Dones i Homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B) Obligacions i règim sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones (físiques o jurídiques) beneficiàries hauran de complir les obligacions previstes en l'article 14 LGS; en cas d'incompliment s'aplicarà el regim sancionador previst al en el Títol IV de la esmentada Llei. Obligacions que en el TRLSCAIB estan recollides en el seu article 11, estant previst el règim sancionador en el Títol V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, hauran d'acceptar els compromisos i les obligacions establertes en la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Sol·licitud i documentació a adjuntar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per a cada una de les línies d'ajudes hi ha un imprès de sol·licitud que consten als diferents annexos d'aquestes Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El període per presentar aquesta sol·licitud és de l'endemà de la publicació fins 15 dies naturals des de la publicació, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per sol·licitar les ajudes s'haurà de presentar el formulari de sol·licitud corresponent a cada línia correctament emplenat i signat, així com:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més de la que s'especifica en cada línia de subvenció, s'aportarà la següent documentació&lt;span style="background-color:silver"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Sol·licitud signada, que suposarà l'assumpció de les declaracions anteriorment esmentades, així com l'autorització al Consell Insular de Formentera per la comprovació del compliment dels requisits establerts en l'apartat 6.b mitjançant certificats telemàtics, sempre que tècnicament sigui possible. No obstant això, la persona sol·licitant podrà denegar expressament el consentiment; en aquest s'haurà de presentar la documentació en els termes previstos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. DNI/CIF del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Si la persona sol·licitant és persona jurídica, escriptura o document de constitució o modificació dels estatuts o del reglament intern degudament inscrit en el registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Si la sol·licitud es presenta a nom d'un altre, fa falta acreditar la representació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Certificat de titularitat de compte bancari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. En el cas de persones jurídiques, acord de l'òrgan competent en que s'aprovi la sol·licitud de subvenció del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. Còpia de la resolució de concessió i/o pagament en el cas d'haver sol·licitat subvenció pel mateix concepte a altre Administració pública o entitat privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consell Insular podrà demanar tota la documentació complementària que consideri per avaluar correctament la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per formalitzar la sol·licitud de subvenció, s'haurà de presentar mitjançant el registre telemàtic a través de l'OVAC (www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat/) o bé, físicament a l'Oficina d'Atenció al Ciutadà, ubicada al carrer de Ramon Llull núm. 6, de Sant Francesc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Selecció de persones beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seran beneficiàries de l'ajuda les persones, físiques o jurídiques, que acreditin complir els requisits generals, així com els requisits corresponents a la línia específica d'ajuda respectiva d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que les sol·licituds amb dret a ajuda superin la quantia prevista en cada línia d'ajuda d'aquesta convocatòria, es reduiran totes i cadascuna de les sol·licituds amb dret a ajuda en el mateix percentatge unitari resultant de l'ajust pressupostari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;És a dir, l'òrgan competent procedirà al prorrateig entre els beneficiaris de la subvenció de l'import global màxim destinat a l'ajuda corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Obligacions de les persones beneficiaries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones beneficiaries de les subvencions estan obligades a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Realitzar l'activitat que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció en la forma, condicions i terminis establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Justificar davant la Conselleria d'Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Caça del Consell Insular de Formentera la realització de l'activitat per a la qual s'ha concedit la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Si es dona el cas, els beneficiaris hauran de fer constar expressament i de forma clarament visible en qualsevol dels mitjans que utilitzin per a la difusió de les activitats subvencionades, que aquestes es realitzen amb el finançament del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, seguiment i avaluació de l'aplicació de la subvenció a efectuar per l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Comunicar, de forma immediata, a la Conselleria d'Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Caça l'obtenció de les subvencions que amb la mateixa finalitat obtingui d'altres Administracions Públiques o entitats públiques o privades, així com el seu import i aplicació a les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Procedir al reintegrament de l'ajuda percebuda en els supòsits regulats al Títol II de la LGS i en el títol III del Reglament de l'esmentada Llei, així com en els regulats al TRLSCAIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Justificació i pagament de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries tenen l'obligació de justificar i comunicar la finalització de les actuacions objecte de l'ajuda a la Conselleria de Sector Primari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donada la particularitat de cada línia de subvenció, la justificació i pagament de cadascuna quedadesenvolupat a l'apartat 8 de cada ajuda específica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es tramitarà una vegada que s'hagi presentat tota la documentació requerida com a justificant i que s'hagi comprovat el compliment de les actuacions objecte de la subvenció, mitjançant la corresponent resolució de pagament emesa per Decret de Presidència, la qual es notificarà en la forma establerta en el punt 3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Revocació de la subvenció, reintegrament i règim sancionador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serà procedent la revocació de la subvenció quan la persona beneficiària incompleixi totalment les obligacions adquirides o parcialment si amb aquest incompliment es frustra el compliment de l'objectiu de les ajudes. Els incompliments parcials poc rellevants podran donar lloc a una revocació parcial proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A conseqüència de la revocació de la subvenció queda sense efecte, totalment o parcialment, l'acte de concessió i/o pagament, i és procedent el reintegrament de les quantitats rebudes indegudament, tot això tenint en compte el que disposa el Títol II de la LGS referent al reintegrament de subvencions, i el que preveu el seu Títol IV referent al règim sancionador; suposats d'igual manera prevists en els articles 43,44 i 45 del TRLSCAIB, així com el Títol V referent al règim sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Publicitat i vigència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'acord d'aprovació d'aquesta convocatòria es comunicarà a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS), així com en el seu extracte, tal com estableixen els articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i a la vista del que disposa el Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, aquest acord es publicarà en el BOIB, s'exposarà en el tauler d'anuncis i edictes electrònics del Consell Insular de Formentera, i s'anunciarà en dos diaris locals, tot això d'acord amb el que estableix el TRLSCAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quant a la publicitat de les subvencions atorgades, d'acord amb el que estableixen l'article 18 LGS i l'article 34 TRLSCAIB, es remetrà a la BDNS informació sobre les resolucions recaigudes en els termes que exigeix l'article 20 LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Règim de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució de concessió de les ajudes exhaureix la via administrativa i davant d'aquesta es pot interposar, o bé, recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, és a dir, davant la presidència del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el termini d'un mes des de la notificació, segons l'establert a l'article 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o bé, recurs contenciós administratiu davant els jutjats del contenciós administratiu de Palma (Mallorca), en el termini de dos mesos des de la notificació, segons l'establert a l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Règim jurídic i publicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria se regeix per aquestes bases, i en allò que no hi estigui previst, per allò establert en l'article 96.2 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars i en la disposició addicional novena d'aquesta Llei sobre Normativa en matèria de subvencions que se'n remet a la legislació de subvencions de la comunitat autònoma (representada pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears a aplicar en tot allò que no contradigui la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; el Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En especial, cal atendre al que estableix l'article 17.2 de la citada Llei de subvencions respecte a l'aprovació de les bases presents, en el marc de les Bases d'execució del Pressupost general del Consell Insular per a l'any 2024, així com a la disposició addicional 14a de l'esmentada Llei, regles també aplicables als consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes bases es publicaran al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i s'aplicaran l'endemà de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línies específiques d'ajuda per al 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Ajuda associada a les explotacions ramaderes d'oví i/o cabrum&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Es concedirà una ajuda associada als titulars d'explotacions de bestiar oví i cabrum a fi i efecte de garantir la viabilitat econòmica d'aquestes explotacions i reduir el risc d'abandonament d'aquesta activitat productiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les ajudes es concediran per animal elegible i any. Seran animals elegibles les femelles de l'espècie ovina i caprina mantingudes com a reproductores de conformitat amb la declaració censal obligatòria establerta en l'article 11.4 del Reial decret 685/2013, de 16 de setembre, pel qual s'estableix un sistema d'identificació i registre dels animals de les espècies ovina i cabruna, i que estiguin correctament identificades i registrades, de conformitat amb la normativa vigent, a 1 de gener de l'any 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) L'explotació a la qual pertanyin els animals susceptibles de percebre l'ajuda haurà de complir les disposicions establertes en el Reial decret 479/2004, de 26 de març, pel qual s'estableix el Registre general d'explotacions ramaderes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La quantia màxima d'aquesta línia d'ajuda és de 25.000 €, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 2024.1.410.48000.01.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que les actuacions no esgotin el pressupost que s'estableix, s'imputarà la quantia sobrant a la línia d'ajuda que s'hagi esgotat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisits i actuacions objecte de l'ajuda dels sol·licitants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les explotacions on s'hauran d'ubicar els animals elegibles hauran de complir els requisits següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar inscrites en el registre general d'explotacions ramaderes (REGA) amb el tipus d'explotació “Producció i reproducció” o “Pastura”. En el primer cas, en l'àmbit de sobreexplotació, hauran d'estar classificades com a explotacions d'oví o caprí amb una classificació zootècnica de «reproducció per a producció de llet», «reproducció per a producció de carn» o «reproducció per a producció mixta».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Tenir un cens de femelles elegibles de 9 o més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Tenir un llindar de moviments de sortida de l'explotació d'almenys 0,3 anyells/cabrits per femella elegible en el període comprès entre l'1 de maig del 2023 i el 30 d'abril del 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant això, també es poden considerar, a l'efecte del compliment del llindar mínim de moviments de sortida de l'explotació, els animals nascuts en l'explotació del sol·licitant comercialitzats per a reposició amb menys de 12 mesos que surten de l'explotació d'origen amb identificació individual, i dels quals hi hagi constància que no s'han considerat com a reproductors en la declaració censal de l'1 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per al càlcul del nombre d'anyells per femella elegible, s'agafarà el resultat d'arrodonit a 1 decimal, de manera que aquest decimal que determina el resultat quedarà invariable si el segon decimal és menor de 5 i s'elevarà al nombre natural immediatament superior si el segon decimal és 5 o superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) L'explotació ramadera s'haurà de mantenir d'alta en el Registre d'Explotacions Ramaderes de les Illes Balears durant el període mínim d'un any des de la resolució d'atorgament de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Sol·licitud i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la sol·licitud (annex I) s'adjuntarà, a més de la documentació que s'esmenta en les disposicions generals, la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Si el sol·licitant és persona jurídica, escriptura o document de constitució o modificació, dels estatuts o del reglament intern de funcionament, degudament inscrit en el registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cartilla ramadera amb la corresponent declaració del cens d'animals a data 1 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c)Còpies acreditatives de les guies sanitàries realitzades en el període establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Règim de les ajudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Als sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits i els compromisos establerts en aquesta convocatòria, se'ls podrà concedir una ajuda resultant de multiplicar el nombre de femelles elegibles per un import unitari de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 50 €/femella elegible per explotacions amb un llindar de moviments d'animals igual o superior a 0,3 anyells/cabrits per femella elegible en el període comprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 75 €/femella elegible per explotacions amb un llindar de moviments d'animals igual o superior a 0,6 anyells/cabrits per femella elegible en el període comprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La quantia total subvencionada no podrà excedir la quantia de 3.000 € per titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concessió d'aquestes ajudes es durà a terme mitjançant règim de concurrència no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que les sol·licituds amb dret a ajuda superin la quantia prevista en el punt 2 d'aquesta línia d'ajuda, es tindrà en compte el que disposa el punt 3 i es reduiran proporcionalment totes i cadascuna de les sol·licituds amb dret a ajuda que quedin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els titulars d'explotacions ramaderes que hagin obtingut aquesta ajuda hauran de complir amb totes aquelles obligacions que resultin de l'aplicació de les disposicions generals d'aquesta convocatòria, i de la resta de normativa aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Justificació i pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta subvenció es concedeix en consideració a la concurrència de la condició de ramader registrat i que compleix les obligacions com a tal, per tant, d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 30.7 de LGS, la presentació de la documentació requerida al punt 4, només caldrà la justificació de l'acreditació de la situació esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Ajuda associada a les explotacions agrícoles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta línia d'ajuda associada als titulars d'explotacions a fi i efecte de garantir la viabilitat econòmica d'aquestes explotacions es reduir el risc d'abandonament d'aquesta activitat productiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La ajuda va destinada a aquelles explotacions agràries actives, que en els darrers 3 anys han realitzat actualitzacions i modificacions de la seva explotació, i que a la darrer declaració del IRPF, impost de societat o qualsevol altre forma admesa amb dret, hagin declarat uns ingressos mínims de 300€, i generin almenys 0,15 UTA (Unitats de Treball Agrícola).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb aquestes ajudes es pretén reduir els costos derivats de la triple insularitat a les explotacions agrícoles bonificant les despeses derivades dels insums necessaris com llavors, planter, adobs, fertilitzants, material de reg, assessorament tècnic... pel correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat agrària, per aconseguir que aquesta activitat econòmica sigui viable i evitar un abandonament de les explotacions agràries que contribueixen a mantenir el paisatge rural de l'illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignació pressupostària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La quantitat màxima assignada a aquesta línia d'ajuda és de 25.000 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 2024.1.410.48000.01&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que les actuacions no esgotin el pressupost que s'estableix, s'imputarà la quantia sobrant a la línia d'ajuda que s'hagi esgotat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Sol·licitants &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podran sol·licitar la subvenció aquelles persones físiques o jurídiques titulars d'una explotació agrària, sempre que reuneixi els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Que l'explotació estigui situada a Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Disposar algun d'aquests grups de cultius amb una de les següents superfícies mínimes de cultius, amb la densitat de plantació mínima indicada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Cultius en extensiu de secà (cereals): 2 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Cultius herbacis en regadiu: 0,5 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Cultius hortícoles al aire lliure (inclosa patata): 0,3 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Fruiters de fruita secà i olivar: 1 ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Vinya de vinificació: 0,5 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Oliveres: 60 arbres/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ametllers: 80 arbres/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Garrofers/figueres i altres: 30 arbres/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vinya de vinificació: 2.000 ceps/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Fruiters en regadiu: 0,5 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Hortícoles sota plàstic: 0,15 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Que l'explotació estigui inscrita en el Consell Balear de la Producció Agrària Ecològica (CBPAE) i la inscripció sigui vàlida per a l'any en curs, o bé que estigui en fase d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. En el cas d'explotacions amb vinya per vinificació, aquesta superfície ha d'estar inscrita al Registre Vitícola de les Illes Balears per computar les UTAs. Aquesta comprovació es farà d'ofici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actuacions objecte de l'ajuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra de matèries primeres necessàries per a la producció agrària com són: abonaments, llavors, planter, plantons d'arbres fruiters, productes fitosanitaris autoritzats, trampes per al control de plagues i altres materials per a la lluita biològica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els serveis d'assessorament tècnic i analítiques, el lloguer de maquinària o la contractació d'altres serveis prestats com per la Cooperativa del camp o altre empresa de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra d'elements per la protecció de cultius, com tanques, protectors per plantons de vinya i arbres, xarxes, cintes o altres elements per espantar animals, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra d'elements com bombes, canonades, filtres, capçals, aspersors, gotes i altres materials per les instal·lacions de reg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Altres despeses justificables pel correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra de maquinària agrícola i altres inversions de d'infraestructures agràries com magatzems, corrals, parets o altres construccions no es bonificaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les compres realitzades han de ser en el termini comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2023 i el 30 de juny de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Sol·licitud i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la sol·licitud (annex II) s'adjuntarà, a més de la documentació que s'esmenta en les disposicions generals, la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Compte justificatiu simplificat de les factures (annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Factures amb justificant de pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Document acreditatiu d'inscripció o de renovació en el CBPAE o, si escau, còpia de sol·licitud d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Document acreditatiu de la condició d'agricultor professional i/o de la titularitat d'una explotació agrària prioritària o preferent, si és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Règim de les ajudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'import de les ajudes que es podran concedir a les explotacions són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Les explotacions agràries prioritàries inscrites en el RIA de Formentera podran ser beneficiàries d'una ajuda màxima de fins 5.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Les explotacions agràries preferents inscrites en el RIA de Formentera podran ser beneficiaries d'una ajuda màxima de fins 3.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· La resta d'explotacions agràries inscrites en el RIA de Formentera que compleixen els requisits mínims ja descrits al punt 1 i punt 3 de les presents bases podran ser beneficiaris d'una ajuda màxima de fins 1.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada sol·licitud d'ajuda haurà de presentar el compte justificatiu simplificat de les factures (annex III) de les despeses realitzades en el període definit, acompanyat de les factures corresponents i justificant de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es subvencionarà el 35% del cost total realitzat bonificable del període estipulat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas d'explotacions ecològiques es subvencionarà fins un 50% del cost total bonificable del període estipulat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Requisits de selecció &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criteris a tenir en compte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Que la sol·licitud s'adeqüi als objectes i a les condicions d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Que les despeses previstes guardin relació amb les activitats productives que es realitzin en l'explotació i siguin les efectives per a desenvolupar-les, tal i com es detallen al apartat 4 de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Es valoraran en primera instància les explotacions agràries Prioritàries, en segona instàncies les explotacions agràries de categoria Preferent, i per últim la resta d'explotacions agràries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Una vegada valorada econòmicament la subvenció de les explotacions agràries Prioritàries, la partida econòmica restant servirà per subvencionar les sol·licituds d'explotacions agràries Preferents, en cas de no disposar suficient crèdit per arribar al màxim establert per aquesta categoria d'explotacions, es farà un prorrateig. En el cas de disposar romanent, aquest es farà servir per subvencionar la resta d'explotacions agràries, si no es pot arribar al màxim establert per aquesta categoria d'explotacions, es farà un prorrateig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els titulars d'explotacions agrícoles i ramaderes que hagin obtingut aquesta ajuda hauran de complir amb les següents obligacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Compliment dels compromisos adquirits amb el CBPAE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Realitzar les pràctiques agràries necessàries per al manteniment de cultius d'agricultura ecològica per als quals s'hagi concedit l'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Totes aquelles que resultin de l'aplicació de les disposicions generals d'aquesta convocatòria, i de la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Justificació i pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quant a la justificació i el pagament, es comprovarà la documentació específica del apartat 5 d'aquesta línia d'ajuda (annex II, compte justificatiu, factures amb justificant de pagament, document acreditatiu d'inscripció al CBPAE i document acreditatiu de la condició d'agricultor/a professional, de titular d'explotació agrària preferent i/o prioritària), i la que disposa el punt 9 de les disposicions generals d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Que no incorr en cap causa d'incompatibilitat segons la legislació vigent per rebre la subvenció ni en cap de les prohibicions establertes a l'article 13.2 i 13.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; prohibicions recollides als apartats 1 i 2 de l'article 10 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions a l'àmbit de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, aprovat per Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i a l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Autoritzo al Consell Insular a comprovar d'ofici que compleix amb les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social, davant l'Administració de l'Estat i davant de la hisenda autonòmica, i em compromet a mantenir el compliment d'aquest requisit durant el període de temps inherent al reconeixement o l'exercici del dret al cobrament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dur a terme les actuacions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria amb subjecció a les disposicions que s'hi estableixen, a les bases reguladores i a la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Facilitar la documentació i/o les inspeccions que es duguin a terme des del Consell Insular de Formentera per tal de comprovar el compliment de tots els punts d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditar davant el Departament el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que s'exigeixen per concedir els ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adoptar les mesures necessàries per proporcionar informació al públic i donar-ne publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ADJUNT &lt;/strong&gt;a aquesta sol·licitud d'ajut, d'acord amb el que s'estableix a la normativa vigent, la documentació exigida que figura a continuació i que marc amb una &lt;strong&gt;X&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Sol·licitud signada, que suposarà l'assumpció de les declaracions anteriorment esmentades, així com autoritzar al Consell Insular de Formentera per la comprovació del compliment dels requisits establerts en l'apartat 5.A mitjançant certificats telemàtics, sempre que tècnicament sigui possible. No obstant això, la persona sol·licitant podrà denegar expressament el consentiment; en aquest s'haurà de presentar la documentació en els termes previstos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ) DNI/CIF del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquest acord i el contingut de les Bases a la Base Nacional de Subvenciones ,en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el tauler d'anuncis del Consell Insular de Formentera, als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Annex.- Es dona per transcrit el text reproduït més amunt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes bases es publicaran al BOIB i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
