&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;data 29 de desembre de 2022 al BOIB número 169&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; es publica la Resolució del director gerent de l'Institut Balear de la Natura número 11606 de dia 21 de desembre de 2022, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7 de maig de 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s'emet resolució del director gerent on es publiquen les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;llistes definitives de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de persones aspirants admeses a les categories/especialitats del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;grup B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, per illes, i es publica la mateixa a la web de l'IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la mateixa, es requereix que en el termini de 10 dies hàbils acreditin els mèrits i els requisits al·legats en la declaració responsable, segons l'ordre de prelació de puntuacions aprovat. Així com, es publica la llista de llocs de les categories/ especialitats del grup B perquè les persones admeses puguin fer l'escrit d'elecció de llocs de treball oferts, per ordre de preferència, així com s'estableix a les bases 10.2 i 11.1 lletra e.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I s'adverteix que les persones admeses que no hagin obtingut el mínim de puntuació establert a la base 19.2 de la present convocatòria, és a dir, un mínim de 10 punts, no podran formar part del borsí que es constitueixi de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29 d'agost de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, s'emet resolució del director gerent de l'Institut Balear de la Natura per la qual es publiquen llistes definitives de mèrits del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral del grup B i es convoquen per l'acceptació o renúncia de les places, de les categories/especialitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al mateix temps s'aproven les llistes d'elecció de lloc de treball per ordre de preferència assenyalada per les persones admeses de les categories/especialitats del grup B. Així com, les llistes d'acord de crida de les diferents categories/ especialitats del grup B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I es convoquen a totes les persones el dia 4 de setembre a les dependències centrals de l'IBANAT de Palma i per les places de l'illa de Menorca, a la seu de l'IBANAT a Mercadal per l'acceptació o renuncia de les places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 de setembre de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, tenen lloc les acceptacions i renuncies de les places de les categories del grup B mencionades a l'apartat 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5 de setembre de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; es va rebre registre d'entrada número E427/2024 del Sr. Roger Ferrer Uris en el qual sol·licitava la pròrroga de la presa de possessió de la plaça de Facultatiu Tècnic Forestal de Menorca del Pla d'Estabilització de l'IBANAT per concurs extraordinari de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. En data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5 de setembre de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; és va remetre ofici del director gerent de l'IBANAT en resposta a la petició que considera prou justificada i necessària per vetlar pel bon funcionament de la delegació de Menorca, la necessitat de prorrogar la incorporació, i vist que s'ha de complir amb el termini de finalització processos abans de 31 de desembre de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, és concedeix la pròrroga d'incorporació a la plaça, fins el dia 1 de desembre de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aquests dia, 1 de desembre de 2024, ha de prendre possessió de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2007&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret llei 6/2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Conveni Col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de l'Institut de la Natura publicat al BOIB número 54, de 16 d'abril de 2015 per Resolució del conseller d'Economia i Competitivitat per la qual es disposa la inscripció i dipòsit en el Registre de Convenis Col·lectius de les Illes Balears, i la publicació del Conveni col·lectiu de l'Institut Balear de la Natura (exp.: CC_TA_15/058, codi de conveni 07001922011997) aprovat el dia 14 de novembre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig, d'aprovació dels Estatuts de l'Institut Balear de la Natura (IBANAT) publicat al BOIB, número 74 de 25 de maig de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb tot l'anterior i com a òrgan convocant, en virtut de les funcions establertes a l'article 17 del decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig , d'aprovació dels Estatuts d'IBANAT, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adjudicar els llocs de treball &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'acord amb el que s'indica en l'Annex I de la present Resolució, a les persones aspirants que ha superat el concurs extraordinari de mèrits del Grup B que engloba les categories/ especialitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contractar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; com a personal laboral fix del Grup B, de les categories/especialitats mencionades a l'apartat 1 de la present resolució a les persones que s'indiquen a l'annex I de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La signatura del contracte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del lloc adjudicat s'ha d'efectuar a les dependències de recursos humans de l'IBANAT al C/ del Gremi de Corredors, 10 pels següents llocs de treball adjudicats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'efectuar a les dependències de l'IBANAT a Mercadal (polígon industrial de Llinaritx, naus 5 i 6). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;signatura del contracte s'ha d'efectuar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el termini de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A excepció, del Sr. Roger Ferrer Uris a la presa de possessió de la plaça de Facultatiu Tècnic Forestal de Menorca del Pla d'Estabilització de l'IBANAT per concurs extraordinari de mèrits, que serà el dia 1 de desembre de 2024, per haver-se concedit la pròrroga d'incorporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recordar, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que segons l'establert a les Bases específiques de la convocatòria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;concretament a la base 15.3 de l'annex 2 s'estableix, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que abans de la signatura del contracte del lloc adjudicat, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni que fa cap activitat en el sector públic de les que es comprenen en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'incompatibilitat del personal al servei de les administracions públiques. Si du a terme cap activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho ha de declarar en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la presa de possessió, perquè l'òrgan competent acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Consell d'Administració de l'IBANAT en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del següent a la seva publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar demanda davant la jurisdicció social de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos des de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 10.4 a) i 69 concordants de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
