margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Directament, un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-ne rebut la notificació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la Junta de Govern Local d'aquest Ajuntament, en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-ne rebut la notificació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions publiques. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimació per silenci administratiu del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d'un mes des de la seua presentació sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució expressa del mateix, podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
