&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Poden accedir als ajuts que els correspongui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Per a l&amp;apos;L1, les persones físiques o jurídiques o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d&amp;apos;unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat sense personalitat jurídica que tenguin el domicili fiscal i un establiment operatiu a Menorca de naturalesa productiva (fabricant, productor o artesà), el qual, sota la figura de micro, petita o mitjana empresa, consti d&amp;apos;alta de l&amp;apos;impost d&amp;apos;activitats econòmiques en les divisions 0 (sempre que l&amp;apos;explotació estigui donada d&amp;apos;alta en el Registre insular d&amp;apos;explotacions agràries en data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, com a activitat complementària de venda directa i de transformació, si n&amp;apos;és el cas), 1, 2, 3 o 4 de la secció primera o l&amp;apos;agrupació 86 de la secció segona del Reial decret legislatiu 1175/1990, de 28 de setembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aproven les tarifes i la instrucció de l&amp;apos;impost sobre activitats econòmiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Per a l&amp;apos;L2, les associacions empresarials amb un àmbit d&amp;apos;actuació circumscrit, totalment i en exclusiva, a l&amp;apos;illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Per a l&amp;apos;L3, les cooperatives agràries o les cooperatives de consumidors i usuaris que constin inscrites en el Registre de cooperatives de les Illes Balears en el moment de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Per a l&amp;apos;L4, les persones físiques o jurídiques o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d&amp;apos;unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat sense personalitat jurídica que tenguin el domicili fiscal i un establiment comercial ubicat a qualsevol terme municipal de Menorca (excepte urbanitzacions i polígons industrials), el qual, sota la figura de comerç al detall, consti d&amp;apos;alta de l&amp;apos;impost d&amp;apos;activitats econòmiques (IAE) en algun dels epígrafs relacionats a l&amp;apos;annex I (extret de les agrupacions 64 i 65 de la primera secció del Reial decret legislatiu 1175/1990, de 28 de setembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aproven les tarifes i la instrucció de l&amp;apos;IAE). Només serà subvencionable un establiment comercial per empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquests ajuts, majoritàriament de minimis, és promocionar els productes agroalimentaris autòctons, estimular el petit comerç local i les cooperatives agràries i de consum, donar suport al sector industrial i avivar l&amp;apos;artesania de l&amp;apos;illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La convocatòria es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;regirà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; les bases reguladores aprovades pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter ordinari d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;26 d&amp;apos;agost &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Import &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
