&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Havent-se establert un termini de presentació de sol·licituds de deu dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anunci en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. JUSTIFICACIÓ, OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA I CARACTERÍSTIQUES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tracta de la creació d'una borsa de persones interines per programes per cobrir les necessitats relatives a les circumstàncies que permeten nomenar personal funcionari interí per programes segons allò que preveu l'article 15.2.d de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears estableix, entre d'altres, la possibilitat de nomenar personal funcionari interí per desenvolupar programes temporals que responen a necessitats no permanents de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que prenguin possessió com a funcionàries interines cessaran sense possibilitat de pròrroga el dia 31 de desembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix com a procediment de selecció el concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les característiques del lloc de treball són: personal funcionari interí per programes, Grup C, subgrup C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les funcions i tasques més significatives estan marcades en el Projecte d'inversió corresponent que defineix la posada en marxa de les taules de coordinació i abordatge de les violències masclistes constituïdes a la Mancomunitat Pla de Mallorca i són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La realització d'una diagnosi dels municipis, que reculli les institucions i entitats implicades en temes d'igualtat i violències masclistes, les dades de violència del municipi, les accions implementades els darrers anys i les principals necessitats. La diagnosi feta durant el 2023 per l'elaboració del PEPI servirà de base i es podran fer les modificacions i actualitzacions necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Planificació anual dels objectius i fites que es volen aconseguir per tal de millorar la prevenció, la detecció, la intervenció i la coordinació interinstitucional en temes de violències masclistes i igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Definició de les necessitats existents sobre promoció de la igualtat i l'abordatge de les violències masclistes de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Identificació dels i les agents que participaran/formaran part de les diferents Comissions i com s'organitzaran els municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coordinar, a l'àmbit de les funcions del projecte, les diferents àrees de l'ajuntament, institucions i entitats implicades i/o amb competències en matèria de lluita contra les violències masclistes al municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crear un reglament de la Taula i Comissions del municipi. En cas que ja existeixi aquest reglament, s'haurà de realitzar una revisió per tal d'actualitzar-lo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lideratge, organització, planificació, programació, difusió, implementació i dinamització de la Taula, de les Comissions i de les subcomissions de treball sorgides d'aquestes. Entre d'altres han de desenvolupar les següents tasques: temporalització, proposta d'accions i objectius, establiment de l'ordre del dia, elaboració i enviament de les actes, gestió de les confirmacions de les i els participants, recollida, seguiment i execució dels acords establerts, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Difusió dels resultats i acords de la taula i les comissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Organització i participació de reunions amb persones, recursos i/o serveis que formaran part de la Taula i de les Comissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coordinació, lideratge i suport al seguiment de les accions i les actuacions en matèria d'igualtat, sensibilització, prevenció, detecció i atenció a les violències masclistes sorgides i acordades a les Taules i Comissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Impuls de les activitats pròpies a desenvolupar per l'entitat local i col·laboració i participació en la preparació, disseny, i execució de les activitats vinculades a la Taula i a les Comissions que realitzin la resta d'entitats i o institucions participants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informar, orientar i assessorar a professionals del municipi en matèria d'igualtat. Aquestes accions es poden realitzar a través d'actualització i/o difusió de guies, protocols i altres documents tècnics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Difusió d'informacions, eines, documents, activitats i accions relacionades amb la promoció de la igualtat i l'abordatge de les violències masclistes traslladades per les diferents institucions supramunicipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoure el treball en xarxa al si de les taules i de les Comissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar i/o impulsar actuacions formatives amb perspectiva de gènere a la Taula, i a les Comissions per promoure la sensibilització, la prevenció, detecció i actuació de les violències masclistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recercar i compartir bones pràctiques en matèria de sensibilització, prevenció, detecció i actuació enfront de les violències masclistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Impuls de la participació ciutadana al si del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Creació d'un sistema de seguiment i avaluació del projecte d'inversió que inclogui indicadors quantitatius i qualitatius i permeti realitzar accions de millora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaboració de la documentació que es desprengui per al correcte desenvolupament del projecte, així com la requerida a l'annex 4 de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaboració d'una memòria anual de seguiment del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cooperar, col·laborar i mantenir reunions periòdiques de seguiment amb les tècniques del Servei per a l'impuls i la implementació de les Taules Locals de Coordinació per a l'abordatge de les violències masclistes a les Illes Balears de l'Institut Balear de la Dona, amb l'objectiu de fer un bon seguiment del projecte, de les tasques i els acords.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Col·laboració i participació en la Taula Suprainsular de Coordinació per a l'abordatge de les violències masclistes, en els termes que s'estableixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formar part del Consell d'igualtat del PEPI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. REQUISITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en la convocatòria i ser admès/a al procés selectiu, els interessats i les interessades han de complir, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, els següents requisits, dels quals han d'estar en possessió durant tot el procés selectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, la d'un dels altres estats membres de la Unió Europea, o la dels estats als quals, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, s'apliqui la lliure circulació de treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Haver fet els 16 anys el dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds i no excedir, si escau, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estar en possessió dels estudis de grau superior per a la promoció de la igualtat de gènere; també hi podran participar les persones diplomades o graduades en Treball social i en educació social, així com llicenciats o graduats en psicologia si, com a mínim, poden acreditar 80 hores de formació específica en referència a Igualtat de gènere i/o abordatge de les violències masclistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Posseir la capacitat funcional. No patir cap malaltia ni defecte físic o psíquic que impedeixi el desenvolupament de les corresponents funcions i tasques del lloc de treball. Acreditat mitjançant un certificat mèdic oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap de les administracions públiques ni dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que li impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Abans de la contractació, l'interessat o la interessada ha de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni duu a terme cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep cap pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si du a terme alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals comptadors des del dia de la presa de possessió, perquè la Corporació n'acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana, nivell de certificat B2, mitjançant l'aportació del certificat o document lliurat per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per a l'administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Estar en possessió del permís de conducció classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. PRESENTACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per participar en el procés de selecció s'han de presentar, segons els models normalitzats que s'adjunta, annex I i annex II d'aquesta convocatòria, adreçades a la presidenta de la Mancomunitat Pla de Mallorca, dins del termini de 10 dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). Si el darrer dia de presentació fos dissabte o festiu, el termini s'amplia fins al dia següent hàbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds i la proposta d'autobaremació es poden presentar al Registre general d'entrada de la Mancomunitat, situat al C/ Hospital, nº 28 de Petra, en horari d'atenció a el públic (9:00 a 14:00), o per qualsevol dels mitjans admesos en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o bé telemàticament a través de la seu electrònica http://plademallorca.sedelectronica.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies presentades en la forma prevista a l'esmentat article 16, han de comunicar-se, abans de la finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies, a la gerència d'aquesta Mancomunitat mitjançant correu electrònic: registre@mancomunitatplademallorca.net amb la justificació de l'enviament en què consti la data de remissió de la sol·licitud del dia en què es presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per a ser admès o admesa, i prendre part en el procés selectiu, els i les aspirants han de manifestar a les sol·licituds, mitjançant declaració de responsable, que reuneixen tots i cadascun dels requisits exigits a la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria per a l'exercici del lloc, referides sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, adjuntant-hi la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El Document Nacional d'Identitat en vigor o, en cas de no posseir la nacionalitat espanyola, una fotocòpia compulsada del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La titulació acadèmica exigida per a formar part de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El certificat del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana expedit per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística de Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé dels títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El permís de conducció exigit en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els mèrits no serà necessari presentar-los amb la instància i la declaració de responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada seleccionat per ordre de prelació hauran d'aportar a la Mancomunitat els documents que els mèrits al·legats i dels quals siguin titulars que el Tribunal hagi de valorar a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les persones aspirants han de presentar proposta d'autobaremació conforme al document annex a la present convocatòria. La no presentació serà causa d'exclusió de la convocatòria i de la posterior bossa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzen de la veracitat dels documents que presenten. La presidenta o el gerent de la Mancomunitat, per pròpia iniciativa o a proposta de tribunal avaluador, pot sol·licitar, en cas d'haver-hi dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades o amb l'efecte que correspongui, que els interessats aportin els documents originals per confrontar-los i comprovar els punts en què se suposi que s'ha incorregut en inexactitud o falsedat a l'hora de formular la sol·licitud corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La presentació de la instància implica, als efectes de la Llei Orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades Personals i garantia dels drets digitals, el consentiment dels afectats que la gerència i el tribunal qualificador l'empri per fer les gestions oportunes. S'ha d'emplenar obligatòriament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es disposa, en tot cas, dels drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició en els termes previstos en la legislació vigent; el responsable de l'arxiu és la Mancomunitat Pla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la presidenta de la Mancomunitat dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional de persones d'admeses i excloses, juntament amb la designació de tribunal avaluador i la data de realització de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució serà publicada en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la Mancomunitat. Es concedirà un termini de tres dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes i siguin esmenats els errors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi ha, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la resolució que aprovi la llista definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos; aquesta i els successius anuncis del procediment selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la seu. En cas de no haver-hi reclamacions a la llista provisional, aquesta s'elevarà a definitiva, circumstància que es farà pública als taulers d'anuncis físic i electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. TRIBUNAL AVALUADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els òrgans de selecció s'han d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal avaluador estarà constituït per un nombre imparell de membres, no inferior a tres. Haurà de comptar amb un/a president/a i un/a secretari/ària que actuarà amb veu i vot. La seva composició serà predominantment tècnica, i hauran d'estar en possessió de titulació o especialitat igual o superior a les exigides per a l'accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, indistintament, ni sense el seu president/a, ni sense el seu secretari/ària, i prendrà les decisions per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Presidenta de la Mancomunitat nomenarà les persones membres del tribunal i les suplents i es publicarà juntament amb la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos. Tendrà la consideració d'òrgan dependent de la seva autoritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres de tribunal han d'abstenir-se de formar-ne part quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. INICI I DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà el del concurs oposició, ja que es considera el sistema més adequat d'acord amb la titulació exigida, especialitat del lloc convocat d'administració especial i la urgència de la present convocatòria, atès que permet una millor aplicació dels principis de mèrit i capacitat, així com la valoració de l'experiència laboral, atesa l'especificitat de la plaça, garantint alhora el principi d'igualtat en la selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres de tribunal seran responsables d'adoptar les mesures més idònies a la prova per garantir la confidencialitat de les dades de les persones aspirants i permetre alhora la identificació de l'exercici corresponent a cada persona aspirant sense conèixer-ne les dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot el que no preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la fase d'oposició, el tribunal valorarà els mèrits conforme a les autobaremacions presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase d'oposició 50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici de caràcter obligatori&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a contestar un qüestionari de 50 preguntes amb respostes alternatives sobre la totalitat dels temes relacionats en el programa d'aquestes bases, en un temps màxim de 60 minuts. Per a cada pregunta es proposaran quatre possibles respostes , essent correcta només una d'elles. Les respostes errònies descomptaran un quart del valor de la pregunta. Les no contestades no puntuaran ni descomptaran. La puntuació màxima d'aquesta prova serà de 50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La data de realització de la prova es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis electrònic ubicat a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat, juntament amb la llista definitiva de persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació obtinguda per les persones aspirants a aquesta fase es publicarà també al tauler d'anuncis electrònic ubicat a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada persona aspirant disposarà d'un termini de tres dies hàbils des de la publicació de les qualificacions per efectuar reclamacions contra la qualificació obtinguda a aquesta fase, i el tribunal disposarà d'un termini de 5 dies hàbils per resoldre-les. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de concurs, Valoració de mèrits 50&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que es valoraran es referiran com a màxim a la data de finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies i s'hauran de presentar conforme a la proposta d'autobaremació i declaració de responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriorment, una vegada seleccionat i feta la crida, únicament es valoraran aquells mèrits que estiguin adequadament i clarament acreditats d'acord amb l'autobaremació. L'aportació de documentació falsa, errònia o no acreditada segons l'autobaremació serà motiu d'exclusió i d'inici de les responsabilitats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es pot assolir en la fase de concurs. 50&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es determinarà per la suma de tots els mèrits; en cas d'empat, es tindrà en compte la major puntuació obtinguda a l'apartat d'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquesta fase es valoraran els mèrits i condicions personals de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició, d'acord amb la relació que es detalla a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiència professional: puntuació màxima 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1 Valoració:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats a l'empresa privada o com a professional lliure o autònom exercint les professions exigides a la convocatòria: 0,3 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en qualsevol administració pública, en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera o interí o personal laboral, sempre que es trobin dins de l'àmbit d'aplicació de la Llei 70/1978, de 26 de desembre, de reconeixement de serveis prestats a l'administració pública, exercint funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,7 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2 Forma d'acreditar els serveis prestats (una vegada feta la crida per iniciar la feina):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Treballs realitzats a l'administració pública: certificat de l'organisme corresponent, en el qual ha de constar: temps treballat, categoria, grup o subgrup i vinculació amb l'administració (funcionari de carrera, funcionari interí o contracte laboral) juntament amb el certificat de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Treballs realitzats a l'empresa pública societària o privada i autònoms: còpies dels contractes de treball acompanyats del certificat de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social. Hi ha de constar el temps de treball, la categoria laboral i el grup de classificació professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acreditar la feina d'autònom s'exigeix el document d'alta a l'activitat econòmica juntament amb el certificat de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social. Si l'activitat professional no queda reflectida en la vida laboral, s'haurà d'adjuntar el certificat de col·legi professional que acrediti l'exercici de l'activitat en els períodes que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins de l'àmbit de qualsevol dels dos apartats anteriors, s'haurà d'acreditar que s'han exercit funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàleg a les de la subescala, la classe o la categoria de la borsa a la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà l'experiència laboral quan de la documentació aportada es desprengui clarament les funcions fetes i l'analogia amb les del lloc que s'ha de proveir. Es pot acreditar mitjançant la presentació, juntament amb els mèrits, d'un certificat de funcions realitzades o d'un informe, emès per la persona responsable del servei, de les funcions desenvolupades en el lloc de treball. A excepció de l'experiència en treballs realitzats en l'administració pública amb qualsevol categoria, cas en què n'hi ha prou d'acreditar-la amb el certificat emès per l'organisme corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas s'haurà d'aportar un informe de la vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Titulacions acadèmiques oficials: puntuació màxima 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1 Estudis que es valoren:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren en aquest apartat les titulacions acadèmiques de caràcter oficial o l'equivalència de les quals tengui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d'Educació, així com els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau establerts per les universitats espanyoles en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis, quan estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el primer cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo, excepte en el supòsit del títol de doctor, màster oficial o títol propi de postgrau, en què sí que es valora la llicenciatura o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les titulacions relacionades amb el lloc del mateix nivell acadèmic o superior o de nivell inferior, sense que en cap cas es pugui valorar l'acreditada com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 Puntuació: Puntuació (màxima 25 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estudis universitaris: màxim 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació acadèmica oficial addicional (i conforme amb les tasques a desenvolupar) de grau, segon cicle universitari, llicenciatura, enginyeria o equivalent (i que no se correspongui amb la que dona accés a presentar-se a la present convocatòria): 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estudis de postgrau: màxim 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada títol de doctor/a: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Màster: els títols de màster universitaris oficials i els títols propis de postgrau (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari i curs d'actualització universitària)(en cas que no s'hagi utilitzat com a requisit per a l'accés a la present convocatòria). 1 punts per cada títol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Formació i perfeccionament: Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. Màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos relacionats amb les tasques pròpies de la plaça amb un màxim de 5 punts, es computaran com 0,02 punts per cada hora d'aprofitament i amb 0,01 punts per cada hora d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tindran en compte els cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/ o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competència en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos es valoraran sempre que estiguin relacionats directament amb les tasques pròpies de la plaça a la qual s'opta, dins Es valoraran en tot cas els cursos de l'àrea jurídica administrativa, cursos de l'àrea de seguretat i salut laboral, àrea d'igualtat entre homes i dones i prevenció de la violència de gènere, àrea de protecció de dades de caràcter personal, àrea de qualitat i àrea d'informàtica vinculats a les funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos han de tenir una durada superior a deu (10) hores. Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament. No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques. Tampoc es valoraran els cursos de doctorat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'hauran d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de la titulació o certificat acreditatiu expedit per institució pública, oficial o homologada, en original o còpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Coneixement de la llengua catalana: màxim 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats i/o titulacions expedides o homologades per l'EBAP, per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut, per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes, així com els reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica i segons el barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat Nivell C1: 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat Nivell C2: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de la titulació o certificat acreditatiu expedit per institució pública, oficial o homologada, en original o còpia compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. RELACIÓ DE PERSONES APROVADES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la fase d'oposició i valorada la de concurs, el tribunal avaluador exposarà al tauler d'anuncis la relació provisional d'aspirants per ordre de puntuació obtinguda i, com a identificació, el document nacional d'identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils des de l'exposició, per efectuar les reclamacions que considerin oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva valoració davant el tribunal. A aquesta revisió, hi podran assistir acompanyats d'un/a assessor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal tendrà un termini de set dies per resoldre les reclamacions i, tot seguit, farà pública la llista definitiva d'aspirants, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, com a integrants d'una borsa de treball treballar com a tècnic/ques d'igualtat en el desenvolupament de les taules de coordinació i abordatge de les violències masclistes constituïdes a la Mancomunitat a partir la la subvenció de l'IBDONA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. FUNCIONAMENT DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop confeccionada la borsa de treball, la presidenta n'aprovarà la constitució, i es publicarà al tauler de la seu electrònica, per tal de garantir el principi de transparència i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa tendrà una vigència màxima de tres anys des de la resolució que n'aprovi la constitució. Un cop hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps, la borsa perd la vigència i no es pot reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop constituïda la borsa, les persones aspirants seran requerides segons faci falta per ocupar les places per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, el departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic o per correu electrònic, amb un màxim de tres intents, amb la persona que correspongui, li comunicarà el lloc a cobrir i el termini en què s'ha d'incorporar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins el termini màxim de dos dies hàbils comptadors des de la comunicació (telefònica o per correu electrònic) la persona integrant de la borsa ha de manifestar el seu interès amb el nomenament. Si en aquest termini no manifesta la conformitat, o renuncia expressament al lloc oferit, o no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o una altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, perdrà el seu lloc a la borsa i passarà a ocupar-ne el darrer lloc i el departament de Recursos Humans avisarà el següent aspirant de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si una persona integrant de la borsa renuncia tres vegades seguides a diferents ofertes de treball (és a dir, no manifesta la conformitat a incorporar-se al lloc de treball, renuncia expressament a la contractació, no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o una altra circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació), quedarà definitivament exclosa de la borsa de treball a tots els efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa cessi en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball ocupant el darrer lloc de la llista, sempre que el nomenament hagi estat superior a tres mesos; cas contrari, tornarà a ocupar el primer lloc de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS I CONTRACTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que formin part de la borsa, quan se'ls telefoni i donin la seva conformitat a la contractació proposada, hauran de presentar, dins el termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des del dia en què manifestin la seva conformitat, els documents acreditatius dels requisits exigits a la base segona, conforme a la proposta d'auto-baremació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació que cal presentar és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La documentació que acrediti que reuneix tots els requisits exigits a la base segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat mai separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni de trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, ni tampoc per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que li impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir ni orfandat. Si realitza cap activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho ha de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals comptadors des del dia de la presa de possessió, perquè la corporació n'acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cas que l'aspirant proposat/da no reuneixi els requisits exigits, o no els acrediti en el termini establert, la Mancomunitat acordarà la seva exclusió i proposarà la contractació de l'aspirant següent per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada que l'aspirant seleccionat/da hagi presentat la documentació, i si aquesta està conforme, s'efectuarà la corresponent contractació com a personal laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Període de prova: La Mancomunitat Pla de Mallorca podrà deixar sense efecte la contractació efectuada si durant el transcurs de sis mesos des del seu començament, es produeix una manifesta idoneïtat de la persona proposada per al desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies del seu lloc de treball; aquest període es considera com a part integrant del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procediment de selecció en tot allò que no prevegin aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En allò no previst a les presents bases serà d'aplicació la normativa bàsica estatal, Llei reguladora de les bases de règim local, la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, així com allò que disposen els articles 167 i 169 del text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local, aprovat per Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, i la resta de normativa d'aplicació; el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic; la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears; el Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria, les bases i actes administratius que es derivin d'aquesta i de les actuacions del Tribunal podran ser impugnats pels interessats en els casos i en la forma que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
