<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. L'article 82 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el qual es regula l'ocupació de llocs de feina en comissió de serveis.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Instrucció 1/2021, del president de l'IMAS, de 29 de gener, d'establiment dels criteris generals per a l'ocupació temporal de llocs de feina de l'IMAS per mitjà de comissions de serveis.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per això, i a l'empara de la competència que m'atribueix l'article 7.17 dels Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de dia 11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019).</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. RESOLUCIÓ</span></span></strong></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Funcions del lloc de feina:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Dirigir, coordinar i supervisar els llocs de feina del Servei. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Mantenir actualitzada la normativa que afecti la matèria pròpia del servei. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Dur a terme les actuacions de prevenció i de vigilància de la salut en els aspectes assistencials, preventius, pericials i gestors.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Coordinar les diferents branques professionals de la prevenció de riscs laborals.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Redactar les proposes de resolució en els expedients de canvi o adaptació de llocs de feina per motius de salut. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Col·laborar amb la inspecció mèdica de l'Institut Nacional de la Seguretat Social i de l'IB-Salut, amb la Inspecció de Treball i Seguretat Social i amb altres autoritats laborals. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Dur a terme les funcions establertes en l'article 37 del Reial decret 39/1997, de 17 de gener, corresponents al nivell superior (seguretat a la feina, higiene industrial i ergonomia i psicosociologia aplicada). </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">h) Qualsevol altra que li sigui encomanada pel superior jeràrquic d'entre els que corresponent a l'escala, subescala, classe, especialitat o categoria d'adscripció. </span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">II. APROVAR L'ANNEX 1 DE L'ESMENTADA CONVOCATÒRIA.</span></span></strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A aquesta convocatòria es pot presentar el personal funcionari de carrera de l'IMAS, del Consell de Mallorca, d'altres administracions locals i administracions autonòmiques que reuneixi els requisits exigits referents a grup, Escala, Subescala, classe, especialitat, coneixements de llengua catalana i altres requisits del lloc de feina, especificats a la convocatòria.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. EL TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS </span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a. El termini per presentar sol·licituds comença l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i finalitza en un termini de set dies hàbils a comptar de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat l'anunci de la convocatòria en el BOIB.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b. Les sol·licituds s'han d'ajustar al model que es recull a l'annex d'aquesta convocatòria.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c. La sol·licitud s'ha de presentar telemàticament d'acord amb el que estableix la disposició addicional primera de l'Ordenança per la qual es regula l'Administració electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca i els organismes que en depenen, aprovada per Acord del Ple de 14 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 69, de 16 de maig), modificada per Acord de dia 9 de juny de 2022 (BOIB núm. 122, de 17 de setembre de 2022).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A través de la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca seguint la tramitació electrònica del procediment de la comissió de serveis; accedint per la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca, Ciutadania, tipus d'actuacions, Recursos Humans, Comissió de Serveis CS 165/2024, Sol·licitud de participació en la comissió de serveis, tramit electrònic, o directament al següent l'enllaç https://imas.secimallorca.net/carpetaciudadana/tramite.aspx?idtramite=13419 ; i s'hi ha d'adjuntar el Curriculum-vitae i la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits exigits, mitjançant els documents originals o la fotocòpia compulsada.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d. No es prendran en consideració les sol·licituds dels aspirants que no reuneixin els requisits exigits per accedir al lloc de feina sol·licitat.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e. La data de referència per al compliment dels requisits exigits al·legats pels aspirants serà el dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. FORMA D'ACREDITAR</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Acreditació de requisits: A la sol·licitud s'hi han d'adjuntar originals o fotocòpies compulsades dels documents acreditatius de la titulació o titulacions i dels altres requisits que s'exigeixen a les bases de la convocatòria.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. DURADA</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La durada inicial d'aquesta comissió és de dotze mesos, prorrogable a instància de l'òrgan corresponent. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les publicacions successives a la de la convocatòria en el BOIB es faran en el «Tauler d'anuncis» de la Seu electrònica.
