    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per acord de la Junta de Govern Local de data 6 de setembre de 2024, es va aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions por concurrència competitiva per la millora del medi ambient urbà en el terme municipal d'Andratx 2024, i que diu així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DE SUBVENCIONS PER CONCURRÈNCIA COMPETITIVA EN MATÈRIA DE MEDI AMBIENT ANY 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquestes subvencions es regiran pel que s'estableix en les bases reguladores de la present convocatòria, en les bases d'execució del pressupost general de l'Ajuntament per a l'exercici 2024, en la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; en el Reglament General de la Llei de Subvencions aprovat per Reial decret 886/2006, de 21 de juliol; en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; en el Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes públiques; en l'Ordenança General de Subvencions, publicada en el Butlletí Oficial dels Illes Balears núm. 47 amb data 20 d'abril de 2017 i en les restants normes de dret administratiu que si és el cas siguin aplicables, i en defecte d'això, les normes de dret privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procediment per a la concessió d'aquestes subvencions serà en règim de concurrència competitiva, mitjançant la comparació de les sol·licituds presentades, a fi d'establir una prelació entre les mateixes d'acord amb els criteris de valoració establerts en aquesta convocatòria, adjudicant, amb el límit fixat en el punt següent, aquelles que hagin obtingut major valoració en aplicació dels citats criteris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Crèdits pressupostaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es destinarà la quantitat de 20.000 euros, amb càrrec a la partida 170.48000 de l'exercici pressupostari de l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Objecte, condicions i finalitat de la concessió de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La present convocatòria té per objecte la concessió de subvencions destinades al finançament d'actuacions orientades a la millora del medi ambient en el terme municipal d'Andratx i la seva projecció exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquestes subvencions estan dirigides a diverses entitats i col·lectius del municipi que, d'acord amb els compromisos 1, 3, 4 i 9 del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per als exercicis 2023-2025, fomentin i donin suport a projectes i activitats que contribueixin a la millora del medi ambient en el terme municipal. Es busca promoure l'educació ambiental, la conservació d'espais naturals, el benestar animal i la sostenibilitat. A més, es pretén: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Protegir i projectar el patrimoni natural i cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sensibilitzar i visibilitzar polítiques de minimització de residus i reciclatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Millorar la qualitat, sostenibilitat, manteniment i neteja de l'espai públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Preservar l'entorn natural i la seva connexió amb espais verds urbans i platges, promovent un ús cívic dels mateixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Reduir l'impacte ambiental de les activitats del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Augmentar l'eficiència en el consum energètic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Millorar la qualitat democràtica, fomentant una ciutadania lliure i responsable i un govern en xarxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Incrementar el nombre de xarxes ciutadanes i aconseguir un associacionisme més sòlid, viable i coresponsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Reforçar les polítiques de participació ciutadana per a fer-les més coresponsables, continuades i transformadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condicions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La concessió de les subvencions contemplades en la present convocatòria se subjectarà als principis de publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació, així com a l'eficàcia en el compliment d'objectius i a l'eficiència en l'assignació i utilització dels recursos públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No són subvencionables les següents despeses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les atribuïbles al funcionament ordinari de l'entitat (llum, telèfon, internet, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pel que fa al cost del personal, només és cost subvencionable en la proporció atribuïble a la tasca desenvolupada per a l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Excepcionalment els costos relatius a menjars, refrigeris, serveis de menjars o altres semblants, que estiguin directament relacionats amb l'activitat subvencionable, es podran considerar despesa subvencionable; sempre que no superi un 10% del cost total de l'activitat subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'import de la subvenció podrà cobrir el 100% del pressupost de l'activitat subvencionada i l'activitat haurà d'haver-se executat en el terme municipal d'Andratx, durant l'any 2024, de l'1 de gener al 30 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Els beneficiaris es comprometen a donar publicitat adequada al caràcter públic del finançament de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció. A aquest efecte, hauran d'esmentar el suport per part de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en tots els elements publicitaris de l'activitat subvencionada. Això consisteix en la inclusió de la imatge institucional de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en llegendes, plaques o altres materials impresos o mitjans electrònics o audiovisuals, xarxes socials o esments en mitjans de comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Els beneficiaris hauran de contractar una pòlissa de responsabilitat civil que cobreixi l'execució del projecte o activitat subvencionada, si existís risc per a tercers en la seva execució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.- Beneficiaris: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Podran ser beneficiaris d'aquestes subvencions les següents entitats i col·lectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes (APIMAs).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Confraries de pescadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cooperatives agrícoles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Associacions de cavallistes del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Associacions de gossos o animals domèstics del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Entitats sense ànim de lucre i ONGs que desenvolupin la seva acció en el terme municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.2.- Distribució de fons:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;L'import total destinat a les subvencions ascendeix a 20.000 euros, que es distribuirà entre els diferents tipus d'actuacions de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes (APIMAs)&lt;/strong&gt;: Fins a un màxim de 3.000 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Confraries de pescadors&lt;/strong&gt;:Fins a un màxim de 1.500 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooperatives agrícoles&lt;/strong&gt;: Fins a un màxim de 1.500 euros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Associació de cavallistes del municipi&lt;/strong&gt;: Fins a un màxim de 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Associacions de gossos o animals domèstics del municipi:&lt;/strong&gt; fins a un màxim de 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entitats sense ànim de lucre i ONGs que desenvolupin la seva acció en el terme municipal:&lt;/strong&gt; Fins a un màxim de 12.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.3.- Reassignació de fons no utilitzats:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En el cas que no s'esgoti el pressupost assignat a alguna de les línies d'actuació, l'import no utilitzat es reassignarà a les entitats sense ànim de lucre i ONGs que hagin presentat sol·licituds vàlides però que no hagin estat completament finançades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisits per a sol·licitar la subvenció i manera de justificar-los&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Per a sol·licitar la subvenció, les entitats o col·lectius hauran de complir amb els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Associacions de pares i mares d'alumnes (APIMAs):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Estar oficialment reconegudes i estar situades en el terme municipal d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Presentar un projecte o pla d'acció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Confraries de pescadors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Estar legalment constituïdes i registrades en el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Presentar un projecte o pla d'acció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooperatives agrícoles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Estar legalment constituïdes i registrades en el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1. Incompatibilitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;La concessió d'aquesta subvenció serà compatible amb altres subvencions, ajudes o ingressos procedents de qualssevol administració o entitat pública o privada, tant d'àmbit nacional com de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals. No obstant això, en cap cas la suma total de les aportacions podrà superar el cost total de l'activitat subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Òrgan competent per a la instrucció i resolució del procediment&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;L'òrgan competent per a la instrucció de l'expedient és l'àrea de medi ambient de l'Ajuntament. Una vegada comprovada la documentació presentada obrant en l'expedient i l'informe de la Comissió avaluadora, l'òrgan instructor formularà la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;L'òrgan competent per a resoldre serà la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Les sol·licituds es formularan en el model que figura com a Annex d'aquesta convocatòria. Es dirigiran a la Batlessa de l'Ajuntament, i es presentaran en el Registre d'entrada de l'Ajuntament o per qualsevol dels mitjans assenyalats en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, en el termini de 10 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de l'extracte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Hauran d'acompanyar-se a la sol·licitud els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Documents que acreditin la personalitat del sol·licitant i, si és el cas, la representació de qui signa la sol·licitud (còpia de l'escriptura de constitució o modificació, còpia de l'acta fundacional i Estatuts, còpia del NIF, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Declaració responsable a la qual el sol·licitant exposi que no ha demanat una altra subvenció per a dur a terme l'acció subvencionable de la sol·licitud o, si és el cas, la relació dels suports econòmics, de les subvencions i de les ajudes sol·licitades i/o concedides, i que no concorre cap de les circumstàncies que impedeixin obtenir la condició de beneficiari de subvencions públiques, establertes en l'article 13 de la Llei General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Certificats d'estar al corrent e els pagaments a l'Agència Tributària, a la ATIB i a la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Certificat de l'entitat financera on el sol·licitant tingui el seu compte, indicant el codi IBAN de la mateixa (Model SEPA facilitat per l'Ajuntament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Projecte o pla d'acció: Programa detallat de les activitats a realitzar i per a les quals es sol·licita la subvenció. La manca d'aquest requisit no és objecte de requeriment i esmena i serà motiu d'exclusió. Aquest apartat haurà de tenir una extensió màxima de 40 fulles (les fulles&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt; que excedeixin d'aquest número no seran tingudes en compte) en format Din A4 i haurà de recollir el contingut mínim següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Denominació de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Introducció (breu exposició general que descrigui les actuacions a executar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Justificació (raons per a les quals s'executen les accions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Objectius (el que es pretén aconseguir amb la seva execució).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pressupost total degudament desglossat en el qual figuri el cost de les activitats proposades i les fonts de finançament. Per a l'adquisició de material haurà d'aportar-se pressupost detallat de les empreses subministradores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Andratx podrà requerir en qualsevol moment de la tramitació de la sol·licitud els documents que consideri necessaris a fi de garantir la correcta adjudicació de la subvenció segons els criteris d'avaluació establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no reuneix els requisits establerts en la norma de convocatòria, l'òrgan competent requerirà a l'interessat perquè l'esmeni en el termini màxim i improrrogable de 10 dies, indicant-li que si no ho fes se li tindrà per desistit de la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Proposta de resolució provisional, resolució definitiva, terminis i notificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds, per l'òrgan instructor es formularà la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que serà notificada als interessats mitjançant anunci en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i en la pàgina web, concedint un termini de 10 dies per a presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Després d'examinar les al·legacions si n'hi hagués, es formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva, que haurà d'expressar el sol·licitant o la relació de sol·licitants per als quals es proposa la concessió de la subvenció, i la quantia, especificant l'avaluació i els criteris de valoració seguits per a efectuar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Una vegada aprovada la proposta de resolució definitiva, l'òrgan competent resoldrà el procediment. La resolució, a més de contenir el sol·licitant o relació de sol·licitants als quals es concedeix la subvenció, farà constar, si és el cas, de manera expressa, la desestimació de la resta de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El termini de resolució i notificació serà de 6 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El venciment del termini màxim sense haver-se notificat la resolució legitima als interessats per a entendre desestimada per silenci administratiu la sol·licitud de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Fi de la via administrativa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;L'acte de resolució de la subvenció esgota la via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, contra aquesta resolució podrà interposar-se recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la Batlessa d'aquest Ajuntament, en el terme d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció de la notificació, o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció de la notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Criteris de valoració de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comissió de valoració:&lt;/strong&gt; La valoració de les sol·licituds correspon a un òrgan col·legiat en la composició del qual s'haurà de promoure la presència equilibrada d'homes i dones d'acord amb l'article 51 de la Llei orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Després de la valoració de les sol·licituds, l'òrgan col·legiat emetrà un informe motivat en el qual es concretarà el resultat d'aquesta, i si és el cas, una prelació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;L'informe servirà de base perquè s'elabori la proposta de resolució per l'òrgan instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Els criteris per a l'assignació de les subvencions seran els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Per a cadascuna de les línies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Els projectes seran valorats comparativament entre els presentats, per a establir l'ordre de prelació per a la concessió de les subvencions, d'acord amb els criteris següents, a qualificar per la comissió avaluadora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Es valorarà màxim fins a 10 punts el nivell d'innovació del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Es valorarà màxim fins a 10 punts l'impacte positiu que l'execució del projecte genera en el medi ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Es valorarà màxim fins a 10 punts la viabilitat i idoneïtat dels mitjans amb els quals compta el projecte i el grau de coneixement que aquest mostra del mitjà on es realitzarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Es valorarà màxim fins a 10 punts el nombre estimat de potencials receptors de la difusió del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Es valorarà màxim fins a 10 punts la idoneïtat del projecte en relació als objectius de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Sent la puntuació màxima possible de 50 punts per sol·licitud presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;La puntuació obtinguda determinarà l'ordre de prelació en la concessió de les subvencions, fins a esgotar el pressupost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Els empats es resoldran d'acord amb l'ordre de registre d'entrada de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En cas de romanent, és a dir, si hi ha crèdit sobrant que no sigui suficient per a subvencionar una sol·licitud íntegrament, s'assignarà igualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Mitjans de notificació o publicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Les notificacions es practicaran en el lloc i pel mitjà que el sol·licitant faci constar a aquest efecte en la sol·licitud, tenint en compte el que s'estableix a aquest efecte en l'article 41 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Mètode de pagament i justificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;La liquidació i pagament de les subvencions es realitzarà una vegada comprovada la documentació aportada per a la seva justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Els beneficiaris hauran de justificar la realització de l'activitat subvencionada, aportant documentalment totes les despeses ocasionades per a la realització de l'activitat, i els seus possibles ingressos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El termini per a presentar la justificació de les activitats finalitzarà el 10 de desembre de 2024. Transcorregut el termini establert de justificació sense que aquesta s'hagi presentat es tindrà per desistit de la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;La documentació justificativa que s'ha d'aportar és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Una memòria de l'activitat degudament emplenada, on se certifiquin les accions realitzades, els resultats obtinguts i el compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, inclosa la publicitat de la subvenció, activitats efectivament realitzades i participants en aquestes, avaluació, balanç econòmic amb indicació d'ingressos i despeses, material publicitari, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Relació detallada i equilibrada de les despeses de l'activitat total objecte de subvenció, amb identificació del creditor, n° de factura o document justificatiu, l'import, la data d'emissió i la de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— &lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Les factures o documents justificatius de les despeses de l'activitat objecte de subvenció, que han d'estar expedides a nom del beneficiari. Haurà de constar obligatòriament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Dades fiscals identificatives del proveïdor i del destinatari.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Data i número de la factura. Només s'acceptaran factures emeses en 2024.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Les factures i els justificants de pagament s'han de presentar en un sol PDF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

Hauran de consignar-se el nom i els cognoms o la denominació social tal com figurin en el document d'identitat (NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APARTADO II.- Representante (Cumplimentar siempre que el acreedor sea persona jurídica o cuando sea persona física que actúe por medio de representante).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; El representante deberá consignar su NIF, nombre y apellidos, y firmar el modelo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APARTADO III.- Alta de datos bancarios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; Código IBAN (24 dígitos), cuya estructura es: “ES”+ Número de control (2 dígitos) + Código de Cuenta Cliente (20 dígitos), y que habrá de ser de titularidad del acreedor (es decir, de la persona que figure en el Apartado I), lo que deberá justificarse:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) En el caso de que el acreedor sea persona jurídica mediante firma y sello de la entidad bancaria correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) En el caso de que el acreedor sea persona física, la firma y sello de la entidad bancaria pueden sustituirse por certificado de titularidad bancaria o de un documento bancario que acredite esa titularidad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lugar de presentación:&lt;/strong&gt; Presencialmente en el &lt;strong&gt;registro&lt;/strong&gt; de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx (siempre que no esté obligado a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con esta Administración) o en cualquiera de los lugares que admite el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
