&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, del 17 de novembre, General de subvencions, per mitjà del present edicte es publiquen les referides bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte i finalitat de la convocatòria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria és la regulació de la concessió de subvencions dineràries, en règim de concurrència competitiva, a les entitats esportives locals (clubs), sense finalitat de lucre i que tenen la finalitat de fomentar la pràctica esportiva entre tots els grups d&amp;apos;edat possibles. La finalitat d&amp;apos;aquestes subvencions és ajudar a fer front a part de les despeses inherents al desenvolupament de les activitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Les subvencions concedides a l&amp;apos;empara d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, en depenen dels següents àmbits temporals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Àmbit federatiu: &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;la temporada 2023-2024 (sistema clàssic de temporada) o bé 2024 (sistema modern de temporada d&amp;apos;any natural).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Àmbit temporal de l&amp;apos;execució de les despeses: L&amp;apos;execució de les actuacions objecte de subvenció, i per tant de les despeses, s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;haver realitzat en el període comprès entre l&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;agost de l&amp;apos;exercici pressupostari anterior al de l&amp;apos;any de la convocatòria (2023) i el 30 de juny de l&amp;apos;exercici pressupostari de la convocatòria (2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Per tal de donar compliment als objectius estratègics definits al Pla d&amp;apos;Actuació del Mandat, i d&amp;apos;acord amb les previsions del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per al present any, aquestes subvencions hauran de fomentar projectes/activitats d&amp;apos;interès públic o social que tinguin per finalitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;-Finançar les entitats esportives de la ciutat (clubs), per la gestió ordinària i suport a l&amp;apos;acció de promoció i foment de l&amp;apos;activitat física i l&amp;apos;esport així com la participació en competicions oficials amb l&amp;apos;objectiu de promoure, potenciar i diversificar la pràctica de l&amp;apos;activitat esportiva en la ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els perceptors i beneficiaris de les subvencions seran els clubs esportius locals &lt;/span&gt;legalment constituïts i reconeguts, que figurin inscrits en el Registre Municipal d&amp;apos;Associacions/Entitats de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisits dels beneficiaris i el moment d&amp;apos;acreditar-los&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Demostrar ser una entitat sense ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estar inscrit en el registre públic corresponent (CAIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estar inscrit en el Registre Municipal d&amp;apos;Entitats i Associacions Ciutadanes, amb les dades actualitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No incórrer en les circumstàncies previstes en l&amp;apos;article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estar al corrent del compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estar al corrent de les obligacions de reintegrament (fruit del preceptiu expedient de revocació) de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Acreditar haver participat en competicions oficials durant aquesta temporada esportiva 2023/24 o bé 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Haver justificat les subvencions concedides i abonades en exercicis anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No concórrer amb cap de les circumstàncies previstes en l&amp;apos;article 8, punt 2, de l&amp;apos;Ordenança General Reguladora de la Concessió de Subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Complir amb totes les condicions per a ser beneficiari previstes a l&amp;apos;article 6è de l&amp;apos;Ordenança General Reguladora de la concessió de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquests requisits caldrà demostrar-los en el moment de la presentació de la sol·licitud de la subvenció. En cas que la documentació presentada sigui incorrecta o incompleta, es requerirà al/a la persona beneficiari/ària, per tal que en el termini de deu dies hàbils a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà a la publicació en el taulell electrònic de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca a la pàgina web www.incaciutat.com, procedeixi a la seva rectificació o a les esmenes necessàries, amb la indicació que si no ho fa així, s&amp;apos;entendrà desistit de la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Bases reguladores específiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Per acord del Ple de data 21 de març de 2024,&lt;/span&gt; van ser aprovades les Bases Reguladores Específiques per a l&amp;apos;atorgament per part de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament a través del Servei d&amp;apos;Esports, de subvencions destinades a finançar &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;les entitats esportives de la ciutat (clubs), per la gestió ordinària i suport a l&amp;apos;acció de promoció i foment de l&amp;apos;activitat física i l&amp;apos;esport així com la participació en competicions oficials amb l&amp;apos;objectiu de promoure, potenciar i diversificar la pràctica de l&amp;apos;activitat esportiva en la ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;En tot allò no previst a les bases i en aquesta convocatòria, serà d&amp;apos;aplicació el que s&amp;apos;estableix a l&amp;apos;Ordenança general de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament i a la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Crèdit i partida pressupostària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament destinarà un fons estimat de trenta-set mil euros (37.000 €), amb càrrec a l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 2024 000 34100 4830001. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquests ajuts són compatibles amb altres ajuts destinats a la mateixa actuació, però, en qualsevol cas, conjuntament amb els altres ajuts, les quantitats atorgades no podran excedir el cost total de l&amp;apos;actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;import de la subvenció, juntament amb el de les subvencions concedides per a la mateixa finalitat per altres entitats públiques o privades, no pot ultrapassar el cost de l&amp;apos;activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Terminis concrets de presentació de sol·licituds i de justificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Termini de presentació: finalitzarà quinze dies (15 dies) després a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;l&amp;apos;extracte &lt;/span&gt;de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial (BOIB).&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Qualsevol sol·licitud presentada fora d&amp;apos;aquest termini no serà admesa a tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Termini de justificació: El beneficiari resta obligat a justificar a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament l&amp;apos;aplicació de la subvenció a l&amp;apos;actuació subvencionada, que haurà de presentar-se en el termini fixa&amp;apos;t, adjuntant el compte justificatiu integrat. La modalitat de justificació de les subvencions és el de compte justificatiu simplificat amb aportació de justificants de despesa (CJJD). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció pressuposa el coneixement i l&amp;apos;acceptació de les normes que la regulen&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
