    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb els principis constitucionals rectors per l'accés a l'ocupació pública, recollits a l'article 55 del reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic, es convoca un procés per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de personal laboral no permanent del grup A en la categoria professional de Tècnic/a titulat/ada Superior Especialitat Jurídica de la relació de llocs de treball d&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'article 18.2 de la llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, es disposa que en la selecció del personal laboral s'han de respectar els principis de publicitat, igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'article 29 del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears al qual el FOGAIBA es va adherir en data 31 de març de 2015, s'estableix que la selecció de personal laboral no permanent del FOGAIBA s'ha de dur a terme segons ordre de prelació establerta al mateix, essent el primer les borses de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 13 r) del decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, amb l'autorització del Consell de Direcció del FOGAIBA dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Aprovar la convocatòria per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de personal laboral no permanent en la categoria professional de Tècnic/a titulat/ada Superior Especialitat Jurídica de la relació de llocs de treball d&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Designar els membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; conseller d'Agricultura, Pesca i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Medi Natural, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la seva publicació, d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i en els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, tot allò sense perjudici d'interposar qualsevol altre que estimi pertinent en defensa dels seus interessos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normes d'aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. Aquestes bases regeixen la convocatòria d'un concurs per seleccionar personal per integrar la borsa de treball de personal laboral no permanent per dur a terme treballs ocasionals i urgents, per substituir personal laboral amb reserva de lloc de treball, o bé per cobrir per interinitat les vacants que es produeixen en la categoria professional objecte de la convocatòria o per qualsevol altre tipus de contractació laboral mitjançant la modalitat de durada determinada subjecta a la legislació laboral vigent, limitat exclusivament a la categoria objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. El contingut d'aquestes bases s'ajusta als principis rectors de l'accés a l'ocupació pública establerts en l'article 55.2 de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (EBEP) i al que disposa l'article 29 del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, respecte de la confecció de les borses de treball. La convocatòria i les bases s'han negociat amb la participació del Comitè d'Empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Contractacions de personal derivades de la borsa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les contractacions han de tenir per objecte la realització de treballs ocasionals o urgents, la substitució per interinitat del personal laboral amb reserva de lloc de treball, per qualsevol altre tipus de contractació laboral mitjançant la modalitat de durada determinada subjecta a la legislació laboral vigent, limitat exclusivament a la categoria objecte de la convocatòria, o la cobertura de places vacants, exceptuant la jubilació parcial, que està regulada de forma específica per la negociació col·lectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisits que han de complir les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones interessades han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna d'altra de les que permeten l'accés a l'ocupació pública &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;segons &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'empleat públic, aprovat per Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tenir 16 anys d'edat complerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No haver estat separades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes; ni trobar-se inhabilitades de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per exercir funcions similars a les que complien, en el cas que haguessin estat separades, inhabilitades o acomiadades disciplinàriament. En el cas de ser nacionals d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitada o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmesa a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions del exercici de les funcions de la categoria laboral professional i especialitat a què correspon la borsa específica a la qual opten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; Estar en possessió de la titulació següent: Títol de Llicenciatura en Dret o Grau en Dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estar en possessió del coneixement de llengua catalana nivell C1 (nivell avançat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;No tenir contracte laboral fix del FOGAIBA de la mateixa categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El model normalitzat de la sol·licitud i de la relació de documents acreditatius per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'ha d'ajustar a l'annex VI d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en aquesta convocatòria s'han de dirigir al FOGAIBA i s'han de presentar en el registre d'entrada del FOGAIBA preferiblement per via telemàtica o en qualsevol de les oficines que preveu l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, dins els deu dies hàbils següents a la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'ha d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud emplenada adequadament la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats en la forma establerta i la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Llevat que l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aspirant s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'hi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;oposi expressament, la secció de personal del FOGAIBA verificarà les dades relatives a les titulacions acadèmiques a través de la plataforma d'intermediació de dades. Si la persona aspirant s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;oposa a la comprovació d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ofici, adjuntarà c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;òpia del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ítol acadèmic requerit (anvers i revers) o de l'homologació corresponent del títol, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Si el FOGAIBA no pogués consultar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; les dades relatives a les titulacions acadèmiques a través de la plataforma d'intermediació de dades, es requerirà a la persona interessada que aporti còpia del títol acadèmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Còpia del&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;certificat de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Autobaremació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, les persones aspirants han d'emplenar obligatòriament l'autobaremació de mèrits, que té igualment la consideració de declaració responsable, en la qual s'hi han de fer constar els mèrits al·legats i la valoració que atorguen a cada un d'ells. La valoració declarada vincula la persona aspirant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cap cas es valoraran mèrits que no hagin estat al·legats en l'autobaremació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— Còpia de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats: per acreditar l'experiència professional al sector privat, a part de l'informe de vida laboral, s'han d'adjuntar còpia dels contractes laborals o qualsevol document admès en dret que l'acrediti. En els casos en què no es pugui aportar còpia del contracte o a aquests no s'especifiqui la categoria professional o no correspongui amb l'exigida, s'haurà d'aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat per l'empresa que exposi l'experiència i les funcions a l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per acreditar l'experiència professional al sector públic, s'haurà d'aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat per l'Administració pública corresponent que indiqui la categoria laboral en la qual ha estat contractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es valorarà cap mèrit que no s'hagi presentat degudament dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds registrades fora de termini no es tendran en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No serà necessària la presentació de mèrits si aquests ja s'han presentat en procediments anteriors del FOGAIBA. En aquest cas, s'haurà d'indicar el procediment concret en què consten aquests documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió, de caràcter essencial, de qualsevol dada o informació que s'incorpori en la declaració responsable en relació als requisits exigits per participar en aquest concurs, o la no presentació davant l'administració convocant de la documentació que, si escau, hagi estat requerida per acreditar el compliment dels requisits declarats, determina l'exclusió del procediment selectiu, sens perjudici de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives en què s'hagi pogut incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Comissió Tècnica de Valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració estarà constituïda per quatre persones com a membres titulars i pels seus &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;suplents.&lt;/span&gt; Tres persones seran designades pel director gerent, una de les quals exercirà les funcions de presidenta,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una altra de secretària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;una tercera persona que actuarà de vocal, a més una quarta persona serà designada pel Comitè d'Empresa entre els seus components. Per a cada persona que sigui membre titular també se n'ha de designar una de suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les persones que són membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració poden cessar en aquestes funcions encara que ja les hagin començat a exercir i ser substituïdes per l'òrgan que les va nomenar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Per a la constitució vàlida de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració a l'efecte de fer sessions, deliberacions i valoracions i prendre acords es requerirà sempre la presència de totes les persones que en són membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les funcions bàsiques de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Valorar els mèrits al·legats per les persones concursants al lloc de proveïment d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Elaborar una llista en la qual, per ordre de puntuació, han de figurar totes les persones aspirants presentades i les puntuacions obtingudes per cadascuna d'elles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Resoldre les al·legacions presentades per les persones candidates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Fer la proposta corresponent de les persones candidates seguint l'ordre de puntuació més alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- S'aixecarà acta de totes les reunions que la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració faci, que hauran de signar totes les persones que en són membres i que hi hagin assistit en acabar la sessió o abans de començar la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sistema de selecció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El sistema de selecció és de les persones aspirants és el concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració ha de valorar els mèrits al·legats pels aspirants conforme al barem i les puntuacions que s'especifiquen a l'annex II d'aquesta resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En haver conclòs la valoració dels mèrits, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració ha de fer pública la llista provisional amb la puntuació final obtinguda per les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La puntuació final serà el resultat de sumar els totals corresponents a cada bloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'ordre de prelació de les persones aspirants es determina per la puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas d'empat en la valoració dels candidats, i en el cas de que hi hagi infrarrepresentació d'homes o dones, se seleccionarà a la persona que pertanyi al col·lectiu menys representat. Es considerarà que hi ha infrarrepresentació quan la proporció d'un dels grups (dones – homes) sigui superior al 60%. L'àmbit al qual es calcularà la proporció serà el conjunt de persones de la mateixa categoria al FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si hi persisteix l'empat s'aplicaran els següents criteris de desempat seguint l'ordre establert: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Experiència professional al FOGAIBA en la mateixa categoria professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Experiència professional a altres administracions en la mateixa categoria professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Puntuació obtinguda en formació complementària relacionada amb el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Puntuació obtinguda en coneixements d'informàtica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Puntuació obtinguda en coneixements de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Puntuació obtinguda en coneixements de llengües estrangeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalment, si aplicats aquests criteris l'empat persisteix, es realitzarà un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La llista provisional de puntuacions es publicarà a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la llista, ordenada de major a menor puntuació, hi ha de figurar la posició obtinguda, NIF o NIE encriptats, llinatges i nom de les persones aspirants i la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de deu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per fer les al·legacions o reclamacions que estimin oportunes sobre la valoració provisional dels mèrits del concurs. Les al·legacions o reclamacions s'han de fer per escrit amb registre d'entrada en el FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no es presenten reclamacions i no hi ha modificacions, la puntuació dels mèrits serà definitiva. En el cas de que hi hagi modificacions es publicarà la llista a la pàgina web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalitzada la fase de valoració de mèrits, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració proposarà al director gerent el llistat dels aspirants per ordre de puntuació que formaran la borsa de treball per a futures contractacions amb les mateixes característiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La llista definitiva es es publicarà a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Resolució de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini per a la resolució de la convocatòria és de dos mesos comptadors des de que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. L'entitat pot ampliar aquest termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb la publicació a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA de la llista definitiva de constitució de la borsa de treball, queden derogades les borses anteriors de la mateixa especialitat, les quals deixaran d'estar vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Vigència de les borses de treball&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El període de vigència d'aquesta borsa de treball temporal és de tres anys, comptats a partir de l'endemà de publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si a la finalització del termini d'aquest període no s'hagués constituït una nova borsa que substitueixi l'anterior, la vigència d'aquesta s'ha de prorrogar de forma automàtica una única vegada més amb un màxim de 6 anys, sense necessitat d'acte exprés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant això, es pot convocar una nova borsa abans que transcorri el període de vigència, amb la informació prèvia al Comitè d'Empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Crida&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si es produeix una vacant i és necessari proveir-la, s'ha d'oferir als aspirants que formen part de la borsa de treball seguint l'ordre de prelació establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les citacions a les persones interessades es faran preferentment per correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona interessada tindrà un termini de dos dies hàbils per acceptar l'oferta. Si la persona interessada no contesta al correu electrònic remès dins termini o renuncia a l'oferta rebuda, passarà al darrer lloc de la llista, llevat que es produeixi alguna de les circumstàncies següents, justificada oportunament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Que tengui una malaltia, acreditada mitjançant un parte de baixa per IT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Que estigui en període d'embaràs, de maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció i d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, i inclou el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles, en els supòsits anteriors, o casos justificats degudament de càrregues familiars, d'acord amb el que disposa el Conveni col·lectiu vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Que presti serveis al FOGAIBA, l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears o algun dels ens que en depenen, com a personal funcionari interí o com a personal laboral temporal al ja sigui amb contracte de durada determinada, interí o indefinit. Aquesta circumstància s'acreditarà mitjançant el nomenament o contracte de treball i una nòmina recent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones que al·leguin alguna d'aquestes circumstàncies romandran en situació de “no disponible” i conservaran el seu lloc a la borsa i no rebrà cap oferta més mentre es mantengui la situació. Correspon a la persona interessada comunicar al FOGAIBA, per qualsevol mitjà que permeti deixar-ne constància, la finalització de la concurrència de les causes esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A més, estaran en situació de no disponibilitat aquelles persones integrants de la borsa de treball que ja es trobin prestant serveis com a personal laboral al FOGAIBA en la mateixa categoria professional objecte de la convocatòria. Excepcionalment, aquestes persones poden sol·licitar estar en situació de disponibilitat per una possible crida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Motius d'exclusió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Són motius d'exclusió de la borsa els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Renunciar a un contracte de treball, el qual fos adjudicat en virtud de la borsa de treball, una vegada iniciada la relació de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) No haver superat el període de prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Haver estat sancionat mitjançant un expedient disciplinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Haver rebutjat dues vegades consecutives una oferta de treball, sense que es produeixi cap de les circumstàncies justificatives que preveu el punt vuitè d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Cursos amb una durada d'entre 10 i 19 hores: 0,0975 punts; cursos amb una durada d'entre 20 i 29 hores: 0,195 punts, i cursos de 30 hores o més: 0,39 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si s'acredita més d'un curs d'un programa informàtic, només es valorarà aquell que doni més punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tots els cursos corresponents al present epígraf realitzats o amb el certificat emès abans de l'1 de gener de l'any 2.000 tindran el 50% de la puntuació establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Formació complementària relacionada amb el lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats acreditatius expedits per centres oficials o escoles de l'Administració pública en les matèries relacionades a continuació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(P = 0,025&lt;/span&gt; x hora). &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puntuació màxima &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si s'acredita més d'un curs d'una mateixa matèria, només es valorarà el més recent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els cursos no inclosos en la llista anterior es valoraran sempre i quan estiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Coneixements orals i escrits d'anglès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Únicament es valoraran els certificats oficials superats (no només realitzats) de coneixements d'anglès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, sempre entesos dins el Marc Comú Europeu. Es valoraran els certificats de les escoles oficials d'idiomes (EOI), de les universitats, i d'altres entitats amb els criteris següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puntuació màxima &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valoraran les titulacions acadèmiques dels estudis que estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions de l'especialitat jurídica del FOGAIBA. La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració decidirà quines són. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es valoraran aquells estudis que són un pas previ per cursar els estudis que es valoren o que constitueixen un requisit per participar en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
