    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per acord del Consell d'Administració de EMSA SAU, Empresa Municipal de Serveis d'Alcúdia SAU, de data 22 de desembre de 2022, se va aprovar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per l'Estabilització de l'ocupació temporal i aquesta es va publicar al BOIB Núm. 169 de 29 de desembre de 2022, en compliment del que preveu la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública i en la Llei 22/2021, de 28 de desembre, de Pressupostos Generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Nomenament de les persones guanyadores de les places per concurs.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per acord del Consell d'Administració d'EMSA, Empresa Municipal de Serveis d'Alcúdia SAU de data 18 de juliol de 2024, s'aprova publicar el llistat de persones guanyadores de les places, els processos selectius de les quals han finalitzat, en l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Presa de possessió de la plaça.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.1. La presa de possessió, constitueix l'últim pas obligat per a l'adquisició de la condició de personal laboral fix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.2. La presa de possessió es realitzarà telemàticament o presencial. Cada persona rebrà per correu electrònic els documents de presa de possessió. En un període no superior als 5 dies hàbils des de la publicació de l'adjudicació de la plaça o haurà de signar-lo, perquès aquest sigui vàlid.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.3. La pressa de possessió es farà efectiva al dia següent a la signatura del document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.4. La no acceptació de la presa de possessió implicarà la renúncia a la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
