&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. Aprovar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les Bases específiques reguladores&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;de les convocatòries dels processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari i laboral del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, pel sistema de concurs oposició pel torn de promoció interna, que consta dins de les ofertes d'ocupació pública dels anys 2021, 2022 i 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. Convocar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les proves selectives per a la provisió de les places vacants que es detallen a les bases anteriorment esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart. Publicar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el text íntegre de les bases específiques i la convocatòria de les proves selectives en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i l'anunci de la convocatòria al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOE) o al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; segons correspongui, i ambdues a la Seu electrònica del Consell d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es) al catàleg de tràmits Convocatòries i borsa d'ocupació. Les dates de publicació al BOE i al BOIB serviran per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE REGIRAN LES PROVES SELECTIVES PER A LA SELECCIÓ I LA PROVISIÓ DEFINITIVA D'UNA PLAÇA D'AUXILIAR D'INFORMACIÓ TURÍSTICA, CORRESPONENT A L'OFERTA D'OCUPACIÓ PÚBLICA DE L'ANY 2023, PEL TORN DE PROMOCIÓ INTERNA, MITJANÇANT EL SISTEMA DE CONCURS OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte i normes generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es cobrir, pel torn de promoció interna i mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, una plaça d'auxiliar d'informació turística, vacant a la plantilla de personal funcionari, pertanyent a l'escala d'Administració Especial, subescala auxiliar, classe auxiliar, grup C, subgrup C2, dotada pressupostàriament, corresponent a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 172, de 21 de desembre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El sistema de selecció de les persones aspirants serà el de concurs-oposició, i constarà d'una fase d'oposició i d'una fase de concurs, amb el temari i la valoració de mèrits que consten en els annexos d'aquestes bases específiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La data, el dia, l'hora d'inici i el lloc de celebració de la primera prova es publicarà al BOIB i a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les bases generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, publicades al BOIB núm. 173, de data 18 de desembre de 2021 i per l'acord del consell executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de data 26 de gener de 2024, BOIB núm. 16, de data 1 de febrer de 2024, d'adaptació temporal de les bases generals reguladores dels processos de selecció del personal funcionari per les places de promoció interna incloses dins les ofertes d'ocupació pública dels anys 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 i 2024, que es desenvolupin mentre durin els procediments d'estabilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Al llarg del procés selectiu, es publicarà a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, seu.conselldeivissa.es, tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seua identitat pública, han d'indicar en la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seues dades, per a la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La participació de les persones interessades en els processos selectius implica l'autorització a tractar les dades de caràcter personal recollides en la sol·licitud i en la tramitació del procés selectiu, així com a publicar en els butlletins oficials, taulers d'anuncis, seu electrònica i, en general, en qualsevol mitjà que s'utilitzi per comunicar els resultats parcials o definitius del procés selectiu, conformement amb les previsions establertes en l'article 8 i la disposició addicional setena de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, atès que els procediments selectius estan regits pel principi de publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admeses a la realització d'aquest procés selectiu, les persones aspirants han de complir, a més dels que es preveuen a les bases generals, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en possessió o en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds del títol de graduat/graduada en Educació Secundària Obligatòria (ESO) o graduat escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger s'haurà d'acreditar que s'està en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, si s'escau, l'homologació del títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Ser funcionari/funcionària de carrera del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de l'escala d'administració especial, grup agrupacions professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Trobar-se, respecte del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en el grup esmentat en el punt anterior, en situació administrativa de servei actiu o en una situació administrativa que comporti reserva de plaça en el Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Haver prestat serveis efectius durant un període mínim de dos anys com a funcionari/funcionària de carrera del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en el grup agrupacions professionals de l'escala d'administració especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar la titulació d'anglès nivell B2 i una segona llengua estrangera nivell A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de llengua catalana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;corresponent al nivell B1 (nivell llindar) o superior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de conformitat amb el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència dels coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat corresponent a un nivell igual o superior al que exigeix el Decret 11/2017, expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els estudis de llengua catalana de l'ESO i del batxillerat es poden homologar amb els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana A2, B1, B2 i C1 de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acceptarà l'homologació del certificats de català sempre que s'hagi realitzat abans de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats obtenguts a Catalunya i a la Comunitat Valenciana i els estudis d'ESO o batxillerat realitzats en aquelles comunitats autònomes no són directament vàlids i se n'ha de sol·licitar l'homologació corresponent a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Acompanyar a la sol·licitud per prendre part en el procés selectiu el justificant original d'haver satisfet els drets d'examen de 12,02€ per participació en el procediment de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 8 de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, publicada en el BOIB núm. 106, d'11 d'agost de 2022, les bonificacions aplicables a les tarifes per la participació en procediments de selecció són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Persones amb discapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33%, un 50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Persones que figurin com a demandants de feina, un 50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Membres de família nombrosa general, un 50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Membres de família nombrosa especial, un 75%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'haurà de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud la documentació que ho acrediti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits exigits a les bases generals i en aquestes bases específiques s'han de tenir el dia de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i gaudir-ne durant tot el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de falsedat o manipulació en algun document, decaurà el dret a participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que vulguin prendre part en el procés selectiu hauran d'incriure-s'hi telemàticament a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es/Convocatòries i borses d'ocupació) dins del termini de vint dies naturals, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE) i s'han de dirigir a la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. Si el darrer dia de presentació recaigués en dissabte o festiu, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També poden presentar-se per les altres formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits a valorar en la fase de concurs només l'han d'aportar les persones aspirants que superin la fase d'oposició. Els mèrits es valoraran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que siguin necessàries adaptacions per a la realització de les proves han d'indicar-ho en la sol·licitud i han d'adjuntar-hi l'informe d'aptitud i/o adaptació emès per la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència de la Conselleria de Serveis Socials i Esports o be el document de sol·licitud d'aquest. En tot cas l'informe s'ha de presentar un mínim de quinze dies abans de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de l'inici del procés selectiu, als efectes del que estableixen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, es publicarà al BOIB i en la seu electrònica del CIE la designació de les persones titulars i suplents que formaran part del tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la valoració dels mèrits al·legats i acreditats documentalment per les persones aspirants, fins a un màxim de 40 punts, i de conformitat amb l'escala següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Graus universitaris o equivalent: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diplomatures universitàries o equivalent: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol inferior als anteriors: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els títols acadèmics que s'han fet servir per obtenir una titulació acadèmica superior o s'hagin presentat com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Cursos de formació i perfeccionament. Puntuació màxima: 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament impartits per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) –abans Institut Balear d'Administració Pública, IBAP), per la Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB), pel Consell Insular d'Eivissa, per la Universitat, pels col·legis professionals, per l'Administració de l'Estat, autonòmica o local, i altres cursos convalidats per l'EBAP. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència, per la qual cosa no seran acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran tots els cursos de formació certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, impartits o promoguts per qualsevol administració pública de base territorial i escoles d'administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es valoraran en aquest apartat els cursos de formació homologats per les escoles d'administració pública, els cursos impartits per les organitzacions sindicals en el marc dels acords de formació contínua amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos amb aprofitament o impartits es valoraran a raó de 0,02 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos amb assistència es valoraran a raó de 0,01 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat acreditatiu del curs indica crèdits, es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tots els casos, es valoraran una sola vegada les accions formatives relatives a una mateixa qüestió o a un mateix programa, encara que se n'hagi repetit la participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior o el certificat que acrediti un nombre superior d'hores d'entre els referits a una mateixa aplicació d'ofimàtica com a usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Coneixements de llengua catalana. Puntuació màxima: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nivell B2 o equivalència reconeguda: 2,25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C1 o equivalència reconeguda: 2,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C2 o equivalència reconeguda: 2,75 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LA o equivalència reconeguda: 0,25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'acumularà a l'altre certificat que s'aporti. Si només es presenta el certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu es valorarà a raó de 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestos coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació de títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears i les equivalències previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Coneixements de llengües estrangeres (nivells del Marc comú europeu de referència per les llengües, MCER). Puntuació màxima: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell B1 (llindar): 0,75 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell C2 (mestratge): 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats emesos per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes o equivalents i només es valorarà el certificat de superior nivell presentat per a cada llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Experiència professional. La puntuació màxima serà de 22 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts al Consell Insular d'Eivissa com a personal funcionari o personal laboral en la mateixa categoria que es convoca: 0,10 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts al Consell Insular d'Eivissa com a personal funcionari o personal laboral en categoria del subgrup immediatament inferior a què s'opta: 0,08 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts en una altra administració, tant com personal funcionari com personal laboral, en la mateixa categoria que s'opta: 0,06 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts en una altra administració, tant com personal funcionari com personal laboral, en categoria del subgrup immediatament inferior a què s'opta: 0,04 punts/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'atorgar la puntuació que proporcionalment correspongui quan la jornada sigui inferior a l'ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas, ocupar un lloc de treball reservat a personal eventual o alt càrrec o d'estricta confiança política no constituirà mèrit per accedir a la funció pública o a la promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la persona aspirant hagi desenvolupat simultàniament dues o més modalitats professionals anteriors, només se'n computarà una a efecte de valoració, que serà la que atorgui una puntuació més alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació d'aquestos mèrits s'acreditarà mitjançant la presentació de l'original o de la còpia compulsada de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Treballs realitzats a l'Administració pública: certificat de l'organisme corresponent, en el qual constin: temps treballat, categoria, grup o subgrup i vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionari de carrera, funcionari interí o contracte laboral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'acreditar que s'han exercit funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàleg a les de la categoria professional per a la qual s'opta. Només es podrà valorar l'experiència laboral quan de la documentació aportada es desprenguin clarament les funcions realitzades i l'analogia amb les del lloc que s'ha de proveir. Es pot acreditar mitjançant la presentació, juntament amb els mèrits, d'un certificat de funcions realitzades o d'un informe, emès per la persona responsable del servei, de les funcions desenvolupades en el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
